Dirty place staff not helpful at all pools very very small hardly any sunloungers
Pools cold !!!
Location good but that’s about all we have stayed in Florida for 20yrs this is by far the worst place we stayed in

We love this place and will be looking forward to the summer to stay over a month. It's our favorite stay-cation!!

I recently stayed here for 6 nights with my family, the location was very convenient to the theme parks and shopping. I also had a lunch from the grill - good and super convenient. I was able to check in quickly and the front desk employee was very pleasant. The room was nice, clean and QUIET. On my last day, I was able to meet the hotel manager Gyrod who was pleasantly accommodating and offered me and my wife a drink while we relaxed by the pool. Thumbs up all the way around!

The people were nice, which is the only positive thing I can say about this property. My family and I stay at resorts around kissimmee about 4 times a year, so we have stayed in over a dozen different resorts in the last 5 years. The room quality and amenities are the absolute worse out of all the ones we stayed at. I could right a 3 page paper on all of the ways this hotel fails but in short, if you are reading this, DONT stay here. Everything about the room quality was HORRIBLE.

It's not a bad stay, the rooms are a little on the small side, but fine for a weekend. The pools are great though, and they even have a pretty sweet bingo game setup occasionally! That's the most important part! It doesn't always live up to its legacy though...

This resort left a lot to be desired. The rooms have not been updated in a long time and maintenance is not regularly done. Our door had to have a lock replaced because it looked like itwas busted in at some point. One of the electrical outlets looked unsafe to use. Rooms needed a deep clean. There was also no phone in our room to call the front desk, so we had to drive down if we needed to speak to someone. We didn't use any of the resort amenities, so I cannot speak to that. Check in and check out was long because they had trouble finding out reservation.

Our family had such a wonderful experience at Legacy Vacation Resorts Kissimmee! The two-bedroom suite was spacious, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed, including a full kitchen so we could cook meals and save a little during our trip. The kids absolutely loved the splash pad and swimming pools, they were in the water every day.
The location couldn’t be better, just a short drive to Disney and Universal but away from the heavy traffic. The front desk staff were welcoming and quick to answer questions, and even brought extra towels late in the evening without hesitation. A special thank you to the Resort Manager Gyrod Harris, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, he truly made us feel like valued guests.
We also brought our dog, and it was so nice to stay somewhere that is truly pet-friendly. We’ll definitely book here again, it felt like a home away from home.

Very pleasant rooms, though the kitchen and bathroom are dated. They could use an upgrade. A meager 4 is more appropriate.

It was a nice resort, besides two things. First the floor was not clean in the room at all. It felt like you were walking on dirt. 2nd I saw a roach in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub was nice
