Rooms were very clean a spacious. I wish I was informed earlier of the $200 hold per room but other then that an no elevator to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor I can’t complain.

Stayed here many times, only one criticism, poor wifi. The staff are very friendly nothing is too much trouble we felt very safe, great for families

We arrived late Saturday October 11th. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they put us on a 2nd floor unit. The next day I went back to the courtesy desk because I had a question. They asked how our unit was and they realized that I was handicapped so they changed us to a ground floor unit. It made our stay so much easier.

We stay here every year when we go to the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT and year after year it is perfect.

Love this resort, have stayed here many times and we are always comfortable and happy. I like that there is a security guard so I do not worry about my vehicle or my safety. The pool and hot tub are clean and nice to relax. Rooms are clean and the staff here is amazing.

It was an amazing place very nice and organized. And the workers are all really nice and cool. Only issue I had is there was these little ant looking bugs that would be on the kitchen counter. And even a couple in my little sisters bathroom. You wouldn’t notice it until you look at the kitchen table then you will see a bunch of them running around. It didn’t bother me too much but is something to get cleaned up. Other than that I highly recommend this place for people who like a clean look and non smoking. Friendly and everyone was respectful. Besides the lil bugs which are everywhere in the world I highly recommend.

Good holiday resort and we will coming again

The apartment was sparklingly clean, fully equipped and spacious. Parking was just outside the door and extremely convenient for me to bring in the groceries. The kitchen was large and we had fun preparing dinner together. It was so close to Disney Springs and we even drove there for extra shopping after dinner. We even played pickle ball the next morning and the hotel provided the paddles and balls. We were extremely satisfied for our 3-day stay. The only thing that was bit disappointed was the swimming pool was small as compared  to the size of the vacation club.
