Visited here, but didn't stay at the hotel. From the downstairs lobby, everything looks very nice. There's guest services, a small storefront, an open area with plenty of tables and seating for eating. To the left are restrooms and a nice small sports bar that finishes off this part of the wing. Kenyatta Gray-Robinson and her entire team were exceptional! We evacuated from Punta Gorda, Fl, from hurricane Ian and stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. Kenyatta's team helped us get comfortable after a long tiring ride. The bartender and chef worked their tails off into the night to feed us all, then were there the very next morning (they never left!). I found out the entire team had stayed overnight...

One of the better hotels for business travel. The staff was incredible! It's SUPER clean! I was so pleasantly surprised at the level of pride the staff takes in doing their jobs and providing service. I would drive out of the way to stay at this place. In this day and age people are different. It was so nice to deal with these folks. They really care about creating a positive experience...

The Pool needs a little work. For instance, The blocks around the Trees in the pool area need to be pressure washed, The towels provided by the hotel need to be dry and the chain to operate the shower in the pool area is broken off and needs to be fixed. Staff was wonderful, and I live staying at this hotel whenever I am in Lakeland. Really close to everything and easy to get around.

 The room was clean good room neighbors were noisy and that really would did it. What did it was a check out time when I booked it it says checkout time before 12 but in reality, the checkout is before 11. And the housekeeper  I’ll try to come in our room around 10:20 AM  there was no controls for the TV that we had in our room and then when we got the newer controls, there was no cable that experience

Keep your receipts and double check your charges. The property is being renovated so it can be loud at times but it was confortable. The pricing seemed a little sketchy, almost like a bait and switch, but the general manager was very nice and professional. Not too bad for 1 night details- room had multiple tiny flies, resembling fruit flies bad frayed spot on carpet- whole carpet needed replacing toilet was loose- had no calking. also tank loose bath fan grille was filthy- 5 minutes to clean with a broom good: plenty of hot water night clerk "Stephany" was very helpful for late check-in

Way better than the price suggests but the Wi-Fi did not reach my room :(

The rooms were fairly clean but could use improvement. A fire alarm was pulled earlier in the day so a little debauchery was going on, plus the guys in the room next to us were being loud and disrespectful at 3 AM. The walls are paper thin. Other than that, it was a fine stay. The area isn't too bad. There's a good bowling alley and tiki bar across the street.

I stayed one night on the second story in a king sized bed. When I first arrived I began to get slightly nervous as some questionable people where standing in front of the lobby at 9pm. The lobby itself was better than most hotels I've been to and the desk man was just wonderful. He had me in and out within 5 minutes and in a room I loved. The TV was very difficult to use; there needs to be a manual in every room with TV instructions. Beds were not very comfortable. Toilet kept plugging up and was difficult to flush well. Best part of this motel is the staff!

The Hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Hotel staff were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff was wonderful,but as we going to bed we seen roaches going across the headboard. I think there should be more pest control going in and spraying.

They truly made my thanksgiving so relaxing and comfortable. I am really grateful and will be returning within the week. It is clean. And nice and extremely comfortable and livable

the king suite was perfect, they let you stay till 3:55pm for an extra 50 dollars past check out at 11am. I absolutely will be booking again and can’t wait to spend another weekend with my love here ❤️🔥

I've stayed here before but this room was very dirty. On check in the room I booked was not available, so they "upgraded" me from a queen to a king. The couch was very dirty and when by chance I pulled out the fold up bed...oh my days. It looked like a crime scene in a dive bar. Stains, peanut shells,...so gross. As it was late and a shirt stay I didn't say anything but will probably not stay here...

Room has stuff and drawers and also underneath the bed not clean

The lady at the front desk was friendly and informative. Our room was clean and had a working mini fridge and microwave. Sheets and beds appeared to be clean were bug free. Very affordable price! Also within walking distance of fast food places and shopping.

Rooms are improving; better than some of the more expensive Lakeland properties with higher rates!
