If you’re desperate and just need your head to lay then this is for you. Damage to everything inside. No soap no wash clothes. Staff was nice. Just sketchy vibes though staying here .

The room was clean good room neighbors were noisy and that really would did it. What did it was a check out time when I booked it it says checkout time before 12 but in reality, the checkout is before 11. And the housekeeper I’ll try to come in our room around 10:20 AM there was no controls for the TV that we had in our room and then when we got the newer controls, there was no cable that experience

The staff refused to give clean linens and stated that they never had any available. Stayed a month expected to be able to change out linens and towels was informed there was a fee.

It was horrible. Tv didnt work and the manager wouldnt do nothing about it nor comp me for the two days i was rhere and manager was.down right rude

Keep your receipts and double check your charges.
The property is being renovated so it can be loud at times but it was confortable. The pricing seemed a little sketchy, almost like a bait and switch, but the general manager was very nice and professional. One of the girls at the front desk didn’t care that I booked through a third party for $55 a night and told me the rates change daily and that I was Upcharged at $65 a night. At no point during my stay, nor my extension, was I told my agreed upon rate didn’t matter and I had to pay the higher rate until they came knocking at the door asking, several days early, if I was check out or extending.

Rude office staff. Lack of on site maintenance. After a power outage that lasted over an hour being restored there was cable, internet and Wi-Fi disruption. Every channel stated that it was scrambled. After 12 hours of disrupted services I check out a day early. They are refusing a refund of the time I was not there, which was an entire day. Entire property littered with garbage.

Roaches everywhere in the room, from the kitchen to bathroom, bedroom , roaches everywhere, other than that you get what you pay for, so for a room to just sleep it's ok

room had multiple tiny flies, resembling fruit flies
bad frayed spot on carpet- whole carpet needed replacing
toilet was loose- had no calking. also tank loose
bath fan grille was filthy- 5 minutes to clean with a broom
good: plenty of hot water
night clerk "Stephany" was very helpful for late check-in

The photo is totally different than reality. Quite dirty, one cockroach, and had a very run-down feeling.
