The entire staff at this hotel is so welcoming! I noticed that they were very busy , and still had time for guests. We were extremely surprised with the refurbished hotel rooms and the decorative lobby. Can’t wait for our next annual trip!

We checked in late, yet the two young men at the desk were helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and nice. It came with a good breakfast. It was just a stop over for the rest of our drive but we will stay there again.

An ok place if you really need to stop. Lobby was clean although it smelled like curry. Room was clean although the plumbing was dodgey. There is no breakfast. Your best bet is the Waffle House across the highway or the McDonald’s down about a quarter mile. There are other choices in the area. The Sweet Dream Inn looked nice, but the Hotel Del Sol looked very sketchy.

This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it claim to be. However, my room was very clean and comfortable, and when I needed service the desk clerk interrupted his dinner to resolve my issue immediately. Well worth the very reasonable price in my opinion.

This is not a high end hotel, but if you are looking for a clean comfortable place to stay at a low cost then this is your place. They were really friendly. The toilet was not working properly when we arrived and within 30 minutes of reporting the issue they had it fixed. The room was very clean and the beds slept great. This was perfect for what I needed it for, a clean overnight stop. I was not expecting fancy or frills. It was clean enough to walk barefoot, no bugs and pleasant staff. Con I had a smoke free room and nothing smelled of smoke until I got in the shower. It wasn’t the towels or washcloth but actually in the shower. Everything was as one might expect low budget but provided all the essentials.

the rooms were ok, the desk clerk nice and friendly, but they did not tell us the pool was closed until we had already paid for the rooms. no discount for no pool, and there is no breakfast, only coffee and there is a snack machine that you can purchase snacks from. we went to the waffle house for breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Treated my family with kindness during our stay. Rooms were clean cozy and comfortable. The Breakfast was also fulfilling and great.

The only complaint we could have was we weren't offered clean towels our second night. We would definitely use the hotel again.

Everything was nice from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. My only issue was the breakfast, very limited options on what's being served

We were just passing through so a quick one night stay for our family. We were met with friendly customer service and they called us 30 mins after getting to our room to make sure we had everything we need. Room was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options between hot and cold items and healthy or quick on the go options. Check out was simple and we were on our way.

U had a wonder stay at Marriott hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was supper friendly & attentive. The location was convient for shopping & restaurants.

Rooms When I got there the room they gave me wouldn’t open so they got me another room and went into that room it wasn’t clean it was a room that was used and it wasn’t cleaned so on the third time they finally got me a room

Person at check-in was upset that we rang the bell per the instructions and said “what do you want” to which we said “here to check in” he then replied “not if you’re ringing my bell like that”. Poor mentality employee. Don’t put a bell to ring then disrespect customer when it’s rung, multiple times as you did not respond to the first 2 rings.

Woman at the front is very friendly. Walked into a very clean room. Comfortable beds and pillows. For what you pay it’s well worth it. I’d stay here again for sure

We wanted a smoking room. Not many hotels offer that anymore. You get what you pay for. Wood look floors help with the aesthetic. There are cosmetic issues like rust in the mini fridge but an okay room for the price

This hotel is vastly underrated. After reading a couple of reviews, I was wondering about my choice but it turn out much better than expected. For the most part quiet, close to I-10 and other attractions, and more price friendly than other hotels in the area. Now I know where to stay next year when I come down to Pensacola!

The room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I was disappointed the hot tub was not clean,( there were leaves in it.) The breakfast was good.

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good- many protein options. Unfortunately traffic from New Warrington road was LOUD at night. We were on the 4th floor on the north side of the building. Other than that staff was great and the hotel was about 20 minutes from most areas.

The hot meals were quickly replenished and the variety was perfect for the whole family of 6 that came with us ranging from 4 years old to 74 years young.

Our stay was nice besides the hot tub was drained and they were resealing it. I guess I should have called ahead because that was one of the main reasons we booked a room for a couple days,so the wife and I could just get away and relax. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the bed was excellent! We loved the breakfast buffet too.

Not a good area to stay in. Pool was dirty. Hot tub did not function. Our bathroom door did not shut. TV only worked on the weather channel. The breakfast staff was the one amazing thing.

The stay was good! The hotel had a weird smell but could have been the ac units it’s an older hotel. As far as cleanliness it was not anything special could have used more of a deep clean.
