Motel 6 Pensacola, FL - Airport West in Pensacola

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This is the most disgusting place ever. Our first room didn’t have hot water to shower and no door to the bathroom. They moved us to a room with bugs, spiderwebs, a loud screechy vent in the bathroom and a dingy bathroom mirror. We can smell someone who is outside smoking a nasty cigarette and also smell weed from inside our room because it appears the door doesn’t shut all the way. I’m sleeping in my vehicle as a last resort. This place is TRASH!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! After checking in, we were walking up to our room on the 2nd floor and the whole walk way looked like it’s going to crash down anytime. When arriving at the room, it was super small. Lights were not bright and the toilet was running water. When showering the shower felt like it was going to break through the floor. Turned the tv on and the remote buttons were sticky and would not change channels and could not change the channels on the tv manually either. Only 2 wall outlets to use. Later before bed, there were cockroaches crawling on the ceiling and a dead one on the floor. The whole hotel inside and out smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky feeling and I had to wear shoes while walking on the floor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

I’ve stayed here three times the other times it was nice the staff were wonderful except the light over the bed never worked all three times and the shower door was practically impossible to open all three stays. So I should have known nothing would be fixed after three stays. I always stayed in the same room.
In my opinion this part of town is scary now.
The front desk staff were not friendly like before.
I always stay in the same room after check in I told the front desk guy the fridge wasn’t working. It went from freezing to hot intermittently. I lost all my food then it worked a few days. I was in town for work. Working evenings. Then the fridge was hot I complained four days later no one fixed it I was using my ice cooler yet paying for a fridge.
The maintenance guy or manager
I guess.. when I was packing to check out said I complained. He said he saw the broken fridge in his log book but I should have found him and said something?
He also has two very loud vehicles at the hotel. His truck is the loudest I’ve ever heard and he revs the engine lets it run and works on his truck at the hotel.
I complained about his truck and car waking me up with him fixing the truck there. He even parks both vehicles in a v shape like at a car show and in a no parking zone with a cone saving his parking spot. He said he can make as much noise as possible in the daytime.

Reminding him some of us paying to stay here work evenings and nights did not phase him. He is an employee we are paying to rest so we can work but unless loud cars and no fridge doesn’t bother you don’t stay here.

I complained twice to the same guy at the front desk with no one trying to fix the fridge.

I prefer hotels that guests are considered important.

I took pictures of everything at check-in and check-out. Even though I feel I was not treated well I emptied my trash and left the room as clean as check in.

The housekeeper for my room was excellent and very nice.
The laundry staff were very nice.
