Staff was great! Friendly and welcoming. Amenities were exactly as described and I enjoyed all of it.

Place has potential. Units need some updating. Got asked for Id 3 times during check in. Had to go to three different counters to complete the check in. It says you don’t have to sit through the sales pitch for time share but they ask/sell you to go. Keep saying no. Pools were nice. Slide was closed because we there was no life guard yet the kids could swim in the pool. That didn’t make sense....

Property was very well maintained and clean. The staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

The property was nice overall. Upon check-in there is a fee for parking. After that they send you to another desk which tries to upsell a timeshare. They were pushy and told multiple times no. Push to get you to take a meeting for 90 minutes. Did not do it but spent 15 minutes saying no before I got my hotel keys. Other than that the property was nice. The room was a very good size. Staff was super friendly. I was able to check-in early which was helpful. The studio I stayed in was great - very spacious and had a full kitchen.

Basic and dated. No daily housekeeping. Not all studios have a balcony as shown in pictures.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The staff here is attentive to every possible detail, always smiling and kind and going out of their way to be helpful. I did not meet one person that worked here that did not seem genuinely happy and eager to help. The food is absolutely amazing. The beds and pillows are so comfortable this brand new resort is so tastefully decorated and the suites are breathtaking...

The place is clean it's on the water it's a Marriott Hotel. None of that seems like it should be five stars however, it's the people. Sheila out by the pool always has a smile at always always always there to help if you need it. Then there's Kim at the restaurant when you walk in you're greeted by a nice smile easy conversation she sits you buy a nice table and then Georgia comes over or Adrian there...

My wife and I were so impressed at the level of amenities and service at this resort. They recently renovated, and it looks like a brand new hotel and resort. Ashley at the front desk and others were very helpful and kind to us and our children. We would come back to Pompano Beach specifically to stay here again.

I had such an amazing time on my short trip to Pompano Beach. I only stayed one night and cannot wait to come back. The absolute best part of my whole stay was the pool! Elzie Robinson is AMAZING! He made lounging by the pool so much better. He was so attentive, always smiling, and making sure that everyone was comfortable and had what they needed. Yes the balcony view was AMAZING, love it every time. Bar have several selections of drinks..Looking forward to stay again after the holidays. Madison and Rob serve at bar they were great. It was amazing seeing boats stop by for a drink. Love every moment of my stay there.

Good location, nice view, convenient parking, places nearby to eat, beach nearby. Excellent staff service, they make you feel welcome!

The breakfast was an apple and a yogurt. Not even worth the time to get it. No thought went into it at all.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly specially The agent named Divine at the front desk. She was very helpful and always made sure I didn't need anything. Breakfast was good, the pool and its area was clean. Parking lot does get a bit full after 10 or 11 but there was always atleast one spot left luckily. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

We just been there in January for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was on the 5th floor and very clean. Breakfast was also very good with different items on both mornings. We were very satisfied with our stay and they made our stay very enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had to split my time between Boca , S. Miami and little of everywhere in between. This location suited us well. The 7th floor gave us a great view. Staff was accommodating. The room was clean and the area felt safe (I walked around across the street with my coffee). Certainly one to keep in mind when visiting family again.

Large room, which looked modern and fairly new. My only bad point is that the shower could be a little more powerful but it's a minor point. Check in was swift and easy. Theres parking on site. Breakfast is also included which is a bonus... theres eggs, bacon, cereal, fruits, bread and waffles on offer. Enjoyed my stay here. Very nice property with gorgeous landscaping you can tell they care about. Customer service and check in was easy inside of the bodega. Pool was well maintained and the room was clean and very spacious. We were impressed with our stay and would definitely stay again!

You get what you pay for for this motel, that’s fine with me. It was a great budget stay. The linens were comfortable and clean, but don’t expect a super nice facility. The bathroom definitely needed to be updated, minor maintenance things like the tub missing a plug and grout being stained or needing to be replaced, and major updates like the drywall in the ceiling falling apart and being water damaged...

Nice small property Check in was tough. Room basic but very clean and comfortable. Property outside small but well maintained. On main highway so some traffic noise. Not walkable to anything but other hotels.

Great housekeeping, plenty of towels, great area across the hotel to the beach public access. Great price for the stay. 💯% recommended.

The staff (Darrin and Phillip) were warm, friendly, and eager to make your stay pleasurable. Rooms were well kept and clean.

It was such a nice place, very quiet, very clean, the bedrooms are big and spacious, and the kitchen is a plus. The beach is super close and Darren is very attentive, for sure I will come back in my next trip.

The owner clearly cares about the property. There wasn't a speck of dirt on the room floor and not around the pool either. We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the place was probably built in the 60s or so, it is really well kept, even the landscaping was meticulous.
