If you like pets or have one this is your spot. Can smell/feel the dog and cat hairs in hotel. This is a pet friendly hotel in ALL of the rooms. There is not one room a dog or car has not slept in. Worse than a few years ago. Woof woof

All of staff very friendly and helpful. Everything very clean including room, lobby, front desk, breakfast area and hallways.

The room was very clean. I received a text from the front desk that allowed me to text back with any questions. That was so helpful! The breakfast was amazing as well. I loved that I was able to bring my dog.

Beautiful view, wonderful breakfast. The only complaint we have is the $15/ day charge to self park in their parking lot.

Black mold in corners of shower in our outdated bathroom. Bedroom section ample. Bed comfortable but AC unit made horrendous noise randomly. Only about 5 other cars in parking lot. Is that the best you have to offer at a beach location?

Very accommodating and worked with us to get our larger vehicle a place to park. Have us many suggestions to places to see and things to do. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Would definitely go back.

Location is great! Hotel is dated but our room was clean. Pool is small and great for kids. Salt Life Restaurant is next door and was great.

Clean room, friendly staff, close to downtown. If you are looking for top of the line modern place than check elsewhere but if you are looking for a nice place to sleep this is the place.

Hotel room was very clean, recently upgraded bathroom. Super close to the beach, could see the ocean from our room above the lobby, 1 block walk to the beach! Great place to stay!

Nice! Not too far from all of the fun stuff! We faired quite well all weekend. Parking is hard most places, but eventually you'll find a place.

We made reservations and when we got there we had to wait 35 minutes for one of the rooms. Staff was NOT friendly at all. Staff needs to show some kindness, smile. The room was clean and quiet, except for the air conditioner which was noisy in 223. Over all property was in good shape, staff needs some extra help and a course on how to be nice to the guests.

We stayed on New Year’s Day and the hotel was extremely busy, with only one front desk associate, Chea, assisting guests. We came here to visit St Augustine for Night of Lights. This condominium resort was on the cheaper side and the room and grounds reflected the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great vacation. However you need to bring your own paper products as you cannot get refills. The rooms were clean and good sizes. Pool was beautiful and the beach was very close.

It was a nice place to stay. We would stay there again if I was to go to Florida again. It was very close to the beach, my grandkids went swimming everyday. They had washers and dryers so you could have clean clothes to take home.

Really nice condos. Very close to the beach. Nice pool. If you are renting make sure you put the correct code in,,because it can lock you out. Also, make sure you have a guest pass you can be towed. Near restaurant as well as Publix and Winn Dixie Supermarkets.

The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!

Everything was perfect! We had a partial ocean view room with a balcony. We don’t know which was more beautiful, the spectacular gardens or the ocean waves.
