Room was cold, could never get the heat warm enough to be comfortable. Breakfast was not what we thought it would be. They just bring it to your room choice of what you get is very limited, like a sausage biscuit and a muffin that looked more like a home made piece of cake. Also the weather was very cold they could not help this but we left a day early due to all these things.

The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!

The breakfast was fresh. You get to pick your items and then bring it directly to your room at the time you choose. The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was amazing and everything was clean . It was so welcoming with touch of Christmas . The little Christmas tree in the living room , the breakfast was amazing. The outside area with the waterfall was peaceful . I’m looking forward to coming here again

Staff was very friendly. Felt very safe on the property. Building interiors are outdated but was still manageable and an enjoyable stay. Breakfast needs more options.

Everything was perfect! We had a partial ocean view room with a balcony. We don’t know which was more beautiful, the spectacular gardens or the ocean waves. The delivery of breakfast was such a treat! It was hot and delicious with homemade scones, muffins, and egg croissants. Taking the trolley into St. Augustine was a big plus since the city was extra crowded during Nights of Lights. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great location, friendly, and informative, check-in, very clean with a comfy bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely hotel. Our room was like a private apartment. My wife loved the jacuzzi in the master bathroom (yes, there are two bathrooms!). The free breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. The view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony was wonderful. We loved it here and hope to return someday.

Staff was very welcoming. Our room was immaculate. Very quiet and had a great boardwalk to the beach. Fresh baked scones delivered for breakfast were excellent. Would highly recommend staying here. Beach bus and trolley tour were excellent recommendations for seeing St.Augustine.
