Over the top rating of excellence in customer service award goes to Betty Thomas, Rental Manager of Gulf Strand. She’s one lady that gets things done for the best of her customers and for the company. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Strand for many years now and every time we need anything, in booking our stay or during our stay, Betty is right there to assist and does it with such ease and always comes through with glowing results. During our last stay, we had a family emergency back home and had to leave within hours, stressed and frustrated but there was Betty to help in our time of need and made our early departure a win-win for everyone. Betty takes her job to heart and it shows and is greatly appreciated. She is one amazing lady and is a pure asset to Gulf Strand. Another 5 star rating goes out to Janusz, the maintenance man at Gulf Strand, he’s there early everyday to make sure the grounds are kept clean and everything is in its place, a job that just happens when people aren’t out and about. Gulf Strand is always in tip-top shape and it shows. Great people Gulf Strand and they deserve to be recognized !

Overall experience was once again AMAZING. Our first go-to place is Gulf Strand because of Betty Thomas, she's the best communication person, keeps us up to date on everything during the year & once we arrive, she's the go-to lady because we know she will assist us on whatever we need, it's obvious she gives more than 100%. Please, never move her from Gulf Strand. Unit 602 is a beautiful unit and we've already booked for next year. The person behind the scenes is the maintenance man, Janusz. He works hard every morning in the dark before anyone gets up to assure the property is clean and everything is in place, even sweeps the sand off the walkway so it's ready for people to head out to the beach. (makes it easy on the feet) Had the pleasure of meeting Kenji Birriel as a fill-in when Betty had the day off. It speaks volume of the company when people have been with TRS for years and years and Kenji has been with the company for 4 years. This is the best place to stay on St. Pete Beach and we would never think of staying anywhere else. We have been return customers for over 13 years and will continue. Thank you TRS for having great caring people and for providing an amazing beach front property for people like us to enjoy.

Spent 5 beautiful days at this Gulf Strand Resort, Unit 602. It was very clean and inviting. The condo is on the top floor (6th) and it faces the beach. The view was spectacular as you have wonderful vistas from any point in the condo. Would definitely consider this for next year.

Return visit with new partner & child & we all loved it. The best thing about it is the view. You can eat by the ocean indoors or outdoors ocean views/ and sleep by the Ocean. Quiet nights. It is just perfect for the amenities and very comfortable and clean. It has anything you desire. It helps you save money to cook your own meals once in a while and hang indoors when there are storms or just to take a beach break. My young daughter was so happy and she had such fun in the pool. Even beach toys. No need to overpack- laundry in unit. 2 bathrooms convenient. Elevator access for accessibility. Covered parking a bonus. There is community feel & it’s safe & secure. Visitors seemed social and happy there. Office staff friendly efficient. The location and proximity to amenities is fabulous as it is near grocery stores and restaurants, and within driving or trolly distance to the nearby neighbourhoods of Pass-a-Grille and Gulfport and treasure Island. it’s also 30 minutes away from Clearwater for day trips. I believe it’s the best unit of the building as it doesn’t have any unit across like the others and it’s the highest point amazing views. 602 is the way to go. Ocean was warm, often calm, clean & beach long and white sand. They even had chick-fil-e booth on our beach area and rentable covered beach seating. The only bad part is, we didn’t stay long enough ha.
