WoodSpring Suites Macon West I-475 in Macon

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Within 45 minutes of arriving, I witnessed more than enough to know I could not stay. The room was dingy, dirty, and had a strong, foul smell. I saw roaches in the room and even found ticks, which is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. The parking lot was just as bad—people were camping out there and playing loud music, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. The entire property felt neglected. To make matters worse, all of this happened in less than an hour. I immediately loaded my items back into the rental car and left. At one point, I honestly wondered if I had done something terrible in my life to deserve this experience. This was one of the worst hotel encounters I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

The staff was absolutely beyond rude, we have stayed there off an on and never had a problem like we did yesterday, she was awful. We won't ever be staying there again, and there was also roaches and the room wasn't really that clean. The staff was terrible and was talking about us when we left.

Entire hotel reeked of ****. Front desk lady was so rude. She was hanging out with her friends in the lobby when we got there. Acted like my husband was bothering her to check in. Gave us the wrong room number so the key cards didn’t work. When he had to go back down to figure out why the keys weren’t working she was even more rude. Went to Wendy’s for dinner just down the street and received the same treatment. Head to the next town up for a stay. This one is not worth it

The staff were very friendly. The room was not clean 2 roaches in my room one dead near the bed and one alive in the kitchen. The bathroom was not clean. The room smelled moldy. The other guest staying there were nice. I did not stay the entire time. The staff at the front desk was great!

Not a good place to work. The GM Asia shows alot of favoritism. Shes a bully & try her best to get everyone she doesnt like out the door, just because she dont like them. You can be doing your job and she still pick at you! Do not work here. Shes always talking to her employees like trash. Even the guest has witnessed it numerous times. Only good person is Shameka. And she be trying her as well! With out her it wouldnt even be worth applying!!! Asia never takes accountability. And always put her employees under the bus! Lets not get started on rachel!! The person over her before a new guy came in. They were buddies! Whatever Asia told her thats what she believed . Never wanted to hear her employees side of the story only Asia!!! They both are weird. Asia didnt want to give me the number to HR because she didnt want me telling everything she does! She makes up prices on her own for the rooms. And get mad when people mess up because she gave them a certain price they were looking for! Somebody needs to report her since she wont let her employees do so!

Checked in and was barely there for 10 minutes, did not feel safe, entire hotel smelled like pot, people screaming in the hallway. Booked another hotel immediately and just left. Don’t make this mistake

Typical example of don't believe the pictures you see on the internet. Property looks like a 9 or 10 online but in reality, it's a 4 or 5. Our rooms Microwave sounded awful and barely worked, the stove only had 1 burner that worked. You have to go downstairs and request new towels every night if you want them. Lots of noise from the rooms around and above us. Just wasn't as advertised and we won't stay here again.
