The staff was VERY friendly and helpful!
The location was okay, traffic from I-75 was VERY loud. I arrived very late, but there was no one around as mentioned in other reviews. I did not feel unsafe.
There is a smell in the building and in my room. Smells like people had previously smoked in the building to me.
The room was sparsely decoarted but was clean. No lamps just overhead lighting.
It appears they are trying to update and repair the rooms. There was a new wood like flooring, which was nice. The cabinets in the kitchenette was missing doors, but kitchette was very clean. The mattress was comfortable and well maintained - checked for bed bugs before turning on lights and no sign of them, which is always a relief. The TV worked just fine and several choices in channels. The heating/cooling unit could use some attention - it was very loud when it kicked on and acted as if it was struggling to kick on.
If you are looking for a clean, safe and cheap place to stay and don't mind the sound of traffic or aren't overly sensitive to smells, then it isn't a bad place to stay. It is easy to get to, it's in what appears to be a safe area, it's clean, it has a comfortable bed, and the staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful!!

Very strong stale smells of cigarettes, Marijuana odors IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FROM contract WORKERS at 5:30am, empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all down the hallways 1st and 2nd floor!! but there are several signs indicating that it's not allowed on premises. Immediately checked out after walking into the room and it smelled like someone had just put out a cigar. Nice area though but the odors and dust does not mix well with my ASTHMA

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Within 45 minutes of arriving, I witnessed more than enough to know I could not stay. The room was dingy, dirty, and had a strong, foul smell. I saw roaches in the room and even found ticks, which is completely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe.
The parking lot was just as bad—people were camping out there and playing loud music, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable environment. The entire property felt neglected.
To make matters worse, all of this happened in less than an hour. I immediately loaded my items back into the rental car and left. At one point, I honestly wondered if I had done something terrible in my life to deserve this experience.
This was one of the worst hotel encounters I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Love our stay here. Teelia at the front desk has been so welcoming from the first day of our arrival. They have been so sweet in anything we need for our room. The manager Latasha always solves any problems we have with ease. The laundry room always working well. They always work with us. Great staff. Great place to sleep. Would HIGHLY recommend. Ask for Latasha and Teelia.

This place is a GREAT place to stay for a short or long term stay. The rooms are SUPER CLEAN, no smell, clean linen and EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL STAFF. They’re very helpful and friendly. Safety is not an issue with the well lit parking lot not to mention the 24/7 security cameras around the entire property. Management DOESE NOT accept any foolishness or drama on the property. Such a family friendly place. I stayed for 2 months on a nursing contract. Well recommended 10/10

Don’t understand how this hotel has four stars.the carpet was always smelling like Pee on the first floor .the sheets and beds were not cleaned appropriately .you would not have known unless you took off the sheets and bedspreads and put your own on .the bathrooms war Delapitated. They had counters falling apart. the bathrooms had water stains all over the wall . the toilets Harley flushed. I had a room that had cabinets that did not have doors on them. One of the kitchen drawers came off and I had to call management . the brown carpet in my room look liked it never gets cleaned. they allow people to smoke in the rooms even though it’s a smoke free facility. I had to call corporate office for them to do something about the smoking, because management kept telling me they couldn’t do anything. management was rude to me. it was only one staff member that was helpful . management would come into my room and not tell me. I would clean the lamina flooring over and over again and it would be sticky. I would not recommend this place . I was happy I did not get scabies . oh and they have a very bad ant problem on their property . So if you park your car close to the curb you get ants inside your car

Won't lie, I never went in this place. I always pick up people. But it looks well maintained. Forgive me on my rating. I can't tell you if I never been in there before.

They only get one star because of Miss Bev. She helpful, funny and honest. But the place itself get no stars! It's full of roaches!! The downstairs door is broken so, anyone can get in. Nobody came to spray and no matter what kinda spray I used the roaches was still there!. The company makes you stay there. In the contract if you leave early or cancel your stay they still keep your money. The elevator felt like it would break at any moment. The front door only worked when it wanted to work. No lights in the parking lot very dark outside. The windows was trash.the location is good and bad because it's right by the highway but!! It's so close too the highway it's like you sitting on the highway watching cars go by. This was not a good experience for and my daughter. Roaches was coming the bath drain that's sooooooo nasty

Woodspring north has fallen off bad. The customer service has gotten better and more attentive to guest's needs. But the housekeeping has gotten bad. I stayed for about 3 months back in 2017 and the place felt home away from home and was cleaned to the T. Fast forward to 2022 and you pay almost 400 bucks for a a 7 night stay to check into a room thats not even cleaned properly. Hair left EVERYWHERE even in the refrigerator, dresser draws, and the bathroom! Not to mention the infestion of roaches which wasn't a issue at all a few years ago. I checked in to only check right back out the same day because of the roaches. I really hope they go back to the standards that the location is known for!

Location is pretty decent but the rooms are absolutely disgusting. Multiple roaches and the smell was horrible. The carpet was dirty with dog fur and even some in the bed. The price is great but the conditions of the room itself do not make up for it. The walls are really thin as well and you can hear people yelling or running down the hall. Dog barking was also an issue. I cancelled the rest of my stay because of these things.
