We had to change rooms twice. The 2nd room was worse then the 1st. 1st room, the sink was clogged. 2nd room, the headboard fell off as soon as I sat on the bed and there wasn't a light in the bathroom. Rooms weren't very clean and all we kept getting told was there wasn't any maintenance available and suck it up. The breakfast food ran out before 8 am and wasn't good anyway.

This place needs to be shut down immediately! Discovered mold in the bathrooms and walls which caused major headaches throughout my stay. After checking online reviews, it seems multiple guests have complained about mold, dirty rooms, and rude service so this is clearly a pattern that has yet to be solve for years. The manager Jennifer obviously hates her job and is unhappy. She’s very rude, ignorant, and doesn’t care when you bring a problem to her attention. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

I stayed here on a business trip and the room was infested with mold. Once I noticed the issue I brought it up with the employees and I was denied a refund. They treated me as if I did something wrong for bringing it up. I informed the health and building department but unfortunately it was near the end of their work day so they were not able to make it to test the mold while I was still there. The way the employees reacted to the situation was completely unacceptable and it would not surprise me if they tried to disinfect the room before the health inspector can make it out. I highly recommend finding other accommodations.

Do not book at this location. The building was in shambles. When our room was denied because of sanitation and run down conditions and a bed bug within 5 minutes, we asked for a different room on the main floor. Desk person said there were no more ground floor rooms available. When I questioned that they were booked full, she said no they arent liveable! When i asked for a refund, she said i'd have to call the manager tomorrow. I did and was told I'd be refunded. When I returned home 3 weeks later. The charges were still there. Called corporate to inquire and they called the hotel. Acting manager said we stayed the night. We didnt and had proof of our alternative accomodation with another hotel. We got refunded! Dangerous crowd living there. Filthy rooms. This is an insult to the corporation and the other franchises! Beware!

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it wasn’t a bad stay. We were late scheduling a stay during a trip to Florida and most hotels in Valdosta were filled on this Saturday evening. This one had a couple rooms left and we reserved one. Mistake, should have continued down the road. Room 256, last room on the second floor, and absolutely filthy. Horizontal surfaces like lamp bases and shelves were covered with dust. The drawers in the bed stands had trash and pennies left in them. When we closed the bathroom door, there was filth behind the door that hadn’t been cleaned up. The HVAC unit was crooked and the vents were so covered with dirt, I didn’t turn the fan on for fear it would become airborne. The sheets were clean, so we stayed the night. I gave the desk clerk a list of issues with the room as we checked out and received a shrug and an “OK” as a response. We don’t know how this place is still a Quality Inn. We will never stay there again.

I have been staying at this hotel over 2 years,recently they hire a manager Jennifer Lee I’m a choice diamond member,on 12-19,and 12-23,I drove from Florida an South Carolina,on both occasions was told no room available,think race issues

I wish I can give a 0 star because on 12/14 checked in around 3pm but didn't actually go into room 146 until late that night l, it was disgusting it had live roaches and dead roaches on the wall, been bottles, cigerettes packs on floor, dirty ice bucket, dirt on floor, bathroom shower dirt, toliet dirt and the sheets dirt and lach was broke. I do have photos. They gave me another that morning on 2/15 and guess what we left and cam back that night and was unable to get in the room, according the representative in the front office no one suppose be in that room because when people closes the door in automanually locks because the top lach is broke. I let the representative now that I had to get in the room due my mom chemo medicane was in there and she needed it because they want to put us in another room until someone can open room 113 whichwe have no lock that night. I have to call her on call nurse to see if was ok to miss a dosage which yes but no just make sure she take meds soon as she get up. They us in room 141 which had no refrigerator. Got up the next morning spoken with I believe her Nora which was the worst tell her what was going and her to call maintence which was supposed to be there at 9am and it was now 9:45am on 12/15, she stated at me ,rolling her eyes and said I'll him when he get here, I told her call them now she repeated her, informed that she was not trying help and I want to speak with her manager or supervisor she her know when she get here, I said no you need to call her I been going through hell since been, you are not trying to help and you staring at me and rolling your eyes as if you don't care, then she check out is at 12pm, then I really got mad and I give a damn about check out time I need my mom medsis will be the second does miss. I asked her the number to corporate she told me I can look it up, I give damn what can do I'm here asking you so gave the number to there hotel. I left because beyond mad that I was in tears so called The police. They came told them what's happening, we go in the office and lady greeted the officer with the most beautifulist smile, spoken so nice and she finished talking to the officer i told her i wish i could have got the same treatment. Lastly we finelly got in the room around 11:30am when i was leaving my sister when in there to corporate number was told they don't have a corporate number. This place is the worst place ever.

This place is the worst of the worst. First, my wife is a Gold Member of choice hotels and the desk staff couldn’t have cared less. The room was filthy and we killed over 8 bugs in the room. Ceiling had scrapings coming off them. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed it seemed like in over a month. We refused to step on any of it unless we had shoes on. We arrived at 11:30 pm and needed sleep is the only why we stayed. We woke up at 5:30 am and left as soon as we could. I wouldn’t have trusted the coffee in the place.

Horrible place. We drove all day and decided to stay there on our way to Florida. We checked in at 11:30 pm hoping for a good night sleep. The room didn't have clean bedding!!! They didn't change sheets and pillowcases. We complained to the front desk. The girl there told us that she doesn't have any clean room and she doesn't have spare clean sheets. She told us to check out! The tiles were missing and the mattress was filthy. We filled a complain with the corporate office. This place should be shut down for health inspections.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Never staying here again!! 3 people in the room, 2 bath towels. Go to call front desk, phone not operational (see picture). Went to front desk, “we don’t have any more towels” (same answer the next day)… Coffee maker in the room was rusted out. Bathroom fan didn’t work and was full of gunk. Hair dryer (& outlet) didn’t work. No iron (but there was an ironing board). Sink faucet not bolted down and spinning back and forth. Tub drain broken. When we arrived, had to Febreeze the room because it smelled like really bad body odor (glad I keep it in my car - Lol) Overall, VERY DISAPPOINTED that this was booked through Choice Hotels.
