sign says they are renovating
. and there was obvious work being done in the room I stayed in.. but it wasn't quality work.. tile work was not even.. grout lines were all varied. tile height was not level.. paint job was a thin coat at best. the shower Nozzle in my room wasn't mounted to the wall had to hold it up to use it. bathroom floor was covered in construction grout debris not loose but just discolored like not properly cleaned after new tile was installed. no chair in the room other than a very small uncomfortable rolling chair. says it has hot breakfast but on the days I was there it was 🧇 waffle irons but had no syrup.. which basically makes that useless. everyone I spoke to at other businesses near by advised me to be careful over there. value for price was fair.. but be aware it's not a high quality quality inn and suites.. it's a meh version..

We had to change rooms twice. The 2nd room was worse then the 1st. 1st room, the sink was clogged. 2nd room, the headboard fell off as soon as I sat on the bed and there wasn't a light in the bathroom. Rooms weren't very clean and all we kept getting told was there wasn't any maintenance available and suck it up. The breakfast food ran out before 8 am and wasn't good anyway.

Only two lights worked, door had lock falling off, phone wasn’t hooked up, tile and wallpaper falling off wall, tv would not turn on once it was turned off, key had to be reset each day, etc.

They should make better hotel recommendations. In my case, I couldn't even take a bath in that hotel because the bathtub was dirty, full of cockroaches and mold, the mattress was old, and there were many other problems. That Quality Inn hotel should be shut down.

This was the worst stay ever. It started with a rude receptionist. We had trouble getting the door unlocked. The room is in very poor condition. Some outlets didn’t work and there was no light over the sink. The faucet is loose and the tub looked rusty. The water is hard and foul tasting. The bedding didn’t look washed and there are blood stains on the left side. The pillows are limp and the coverings ver thin. It was a cold night and I shivered all night. There was no breakfast, just coffee. The TV and remote needed the receptionist to turn on and we couldn’t change channels. The refrigerator didn’t work. The only good I can find is that we didn’t sleep outside.

Room was disgustingly run down. Holes in walls, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, ice pail was filthy with no bags to put ice in. The whole place was so rundown. Staff was rude. Would never ever recommend this hotel…

The Room was very dirty and smelling. There was no blanket in the room,. For breakfast there was no basic food like bread, waffle syrup, fruits etc. Front desk lady said they are out of stock for days.

It's close to a lot....true. Clean...kinda. this place needs a good DEEP clean and tile needs to be replaced because of mold. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes after check-in time waiting for the the housekeeper and there's still shampoo left on the shower wall. The room itself is fine but the bathroom is disgusting. Also missing the filter holder on the coffee pot. This is obviously a hotel for longer staying guests. It was quiet till around 9 there was a lot of running, shouting and music. The smell was like old smoke. Blankets were very thin. No ceiling light. Only lock on the door was a swing latch. Ac worked great but had a rattle. TV service was good. I'll splurge an extra $40 for the Country Inn next time.

Hotel was remodeling. Room was ok for one night while traveling. We were placed in an old room, which needed some maintenance. There was only one nightstand table and the appliances were well used.

The lady at the front desk was great. However my room was absolutely disgusting . There was bugs everywhere. The comforter was not clean. The light over the sink was out. The closet door was broken. The smell was overwhelming. The refrigerator was nasty. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy
