2-BR Ocean view room is spacious and just a just right above the ocean. The room Is beautiful and has everything we wanted. The only complaint would be the check-in time at 4pm is too late.

They even let us check out an hour late which allowed the kids extra time to swim in the pool and shower afterwards. The property was clean and well kept. Very comfortable. A beautiful sunset view. Not a beach for swimming and not a great place to walk. Close to dining options, and we always felt safe and sevure.

Absolutely wonderful, we had to leave another hotel because it was terrible and then we choose Outtrigger Kona Resort and it did not disappoint. A wonderful way to spend our remaining 3 days in Kona!

When checking out, check what they charge. They may charge you for a service (e.g., a movie) that you've never used. When you point this out, they will just let you go, saying that a manager is not available and that they will email the details later, which they will never do.

The ocean view was very smoothing and relaxing. The kids loved the giant pool and the water slide and we spent a lot of time there! The pool food was better than I expected. The breakfast place was also nice. Close to many activities. We went to the open market right in front of the hotel. We did the kayaking tour that included an exciting cliff jump, and the most incredible night time manta ray experience...

This hidden gem is the perfect place for winding down and enjoying the peaceful setting on a coffee plantation. Exceptional service and outstanding food. Our quiet and very clean cottage had a stunning view.

Visiting Holualoa is paradise! The staff are wonderful, friendly, and always want to do more to serve you. The facility is charming and resembles Hawaii. The breakfasts, snacks, and dinners are delicious.

We stayed in #211, Nov 2025 Excellent oceanfront location The location, view, and apartment itself are fantastic! We really enjoyed the sunsets and watching turtles on the shore below the balcony in the morning! The primary bedroom and living room are both visible from the ground at night - so you have to plan your use of lights at night. Internet speed could be better, and hoping tub in hall drains...

I was very impressed by this place. Not only was the location great, but the staff was wonderful, and the in room amenities were above and beyond. I was also incredibly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Having been a housekeeper, I pay close attention to detail, and I also know the effort that goes into keeping a place so pristine when it’s near the beach. There was not a speck of sand or dust...

We stayed at this location for 2 weeks in Jan/Feb 2023. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is fantastic and the views of the beach were great. The kids loved playing in the pool. The room was a bit worn - peeling paint, torn carpet, etc, but nothing that impacted day-to-day use.

Our first day here and we have been stormwatching. XD But honestly, because the view here is just so phenomenal, we can’t complain! Even with the rain and strong winds, the view is absolutely stunning. And I love how the cool sea breeze just hits you while you are in your residence!
