Aston Kona by The Sea in Aloha Kona

Our stay at Aston Kona by the Sea was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered was so warm and welcoming — the true spirit of aloha was everywhere. The property itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool and hot tub were pristine and perfectly heated — an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring.

The views were nothing short of breathtaking — every sunset felt like a postcard come to life. Housekeeping went above and beyond to keep our room fresh and comfortable; they paid attention to every detail and made us feel so well cared for.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, friendly, and luxurious Hawaiian escape, this is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back! 🌺🌴

Okay, the location was awesome, right on the water. The view was also pretty good. The staff was very helpful with every request we had. They even let us check out an hour late which allowed the kids extra time to swim in the pool and shower afterwards. We always try to help the house keeping staff wherever we staff by tiding up as much as possible, even when places have a hefty cleaning charge. It's sort of our way of tipping. The room/condo had updated appliances and was completely free of insects. Outside the rooms did have some bugs but it's Hawaii, bugs are pretty much unavoidable. There was a covered parking garage there but it was sometimes tricky maneuvering into a spot with a SUV. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and well kept. Very comfortable. A beautiful sunset view.
Not a beach for swimming and not a great place to walk.
Close to dining options, and we always felt safe and sevure.

The room is quite big and well-arranged, but no one came on the day of the free cleaning.

As a resort hotel, the room facilities include a full set of tableware, pots and pans, a five-burner stove, a grinder, an American coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a washing machine and a dryer, and even a dishwasher. The room is large enough.
In addition, the mattress is soft.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a kitchen, so there is no three meals. The nearest store, restaurant, and farmer's market are 2.7 kilometers away. You can take a taxi or order takeout.

You can see the beautiful sea from the balcony of the room. The room is fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and cooking equipment. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. It was a satisfactory stay.
