One of the most amazing places. Beautiful location, and the room was awesome! The only thing that surprised me, since I didn't book the room, was the one I stayed in did not have AC. I managed but would have preferred it.

The view was amazing! Our condo was so nice. I appreciated the quick responses from the property on any questions I had. The parking was tight but doable. Great area for everything!

Poipu, Kauai
Great views, beaches within walking distance, well cared for pool right on the water - turtles everywhere! Bathrooms are small and cramped.

The property is in the perfect place on the south shore. Poipu beach is a very short walk. The views are just the best. The propery its self is the best 1 i have ever stayed at.

The location and family were great, but service was sub-par. We paid $700/night for the townhouse rental for a family of 6. They charged $80/a day for housekeeping, but we were told they only clean after we checkout. While we are staying, we had to put our used towels in a bag by the front door and call for housekeeping to swap them out the next morning. We called in for a swap and put our towels in bags as directed for pickup 9a the next morning. However, we left the room early and were out all day without cell phone range. When we came back to shore around 7pm, we saw that we had received a text message at 5:40pm asking if our towels were ready for pickup and to respond within 15 mins since tbe office was closing. Unfortunately. That evening g, we ended up using t-shirts as towels since we had o clean ones.

Other than that. We were right by the water, and it was amazing to sleep by the ocean waves and also saw sea turtles swimming outside our window.

We absolutely loved staying here!!! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location right on the ocean was spectacular!!! We saw tons of sea turtles swimming around. I can't wait to come back!

These are older condos that show some wear and tear but that’s doctors the close proximity to the ocean. Sea water and salt over years. With that being said, probably one of the best stays in Hawaii we ever had. We have stayed in 4-5 star hotels and they are amazing, however for the location and parking and no resort fees, this is the place on Kauai. Your balcony overlooks the ocean and you fall asleep to the waves crashing on the cliff. We saw a pod of dolphins and numerous turtles from our balcony. Our unit was pretty up to date. No air conditioner but you really do not need one due to the location. The staff was very friendly even though they were understaffed, but Kauai right now that seems to be everywhere. I would very much so recommend this place.

Excellent area, unit was quite. Needed some updating and minor repairs. Front desk person was very knowledgeable and kind!

Not really any "service", we had an Airbnb for a week, so you're mostly on your own, but there is a local number and office for any assistance you need. The patio with the waves crashing against the rocks and spraying up in the air was wonderful and very relaxing. Unfortunately, I didn't get a single photo inside the place, only from the patio.
