For the price, value wasn't there. Building is run down in multiple places, walls, elevator, windows. Confusing billing and billed for breakfast that was covered in package. Great service and wheel-chair help with my sister. Appreciated. Valets are too aggressive to move me out of way, needed to pickup up disabled sister at the front.

We had a nice view and a fairly quiet room. The pools didn’t do much for us but we could see how kids may enjoy them. Staff were all lovely We heard guests in the neighboring room coughing and their baby crying intermittently but it was tolerable. Was wonderful, staff super nice, room was clean. Only down side was that a big portion of hotel was blocked off for construction and the elevator by our room was out of service which made getting to our room a bit of a maze

Staff were great. From Check in to the staff at the restaurant and cleaning crew. Pool was nice and big and overall happy with my decision in selecting this resort.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and made us feel as if we were at home. The resort could not have been more beautiful, the room was spacious, beds comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our stay and will be returning next year for sure.

We had a great stay! Our 4 year old enjoyed the pool and the local beach (poipo. If you’re traveling with kids, they will definitely enjoy the pool area. It’s kid friendly.

the grounds were nice. location was good. pools have no restrooms, so... bbq's conveniently located, but only lit by a battery powered light on the grill. bbqs sit on very small, elevated concrete pads +/- 6" which was a little dangerous. our first room was terribly hot, and even though the property is designated as being smoke free, our neighbor under us who apparently is a resident, was smoking heavily...

The condo was clean and well equipped. If you needed anything additional the front desk was helpful. The portable air conditioner was a life saver for being able to sleep. My only concern was the bed and pillows. They definitely need updated. The pillows need to be updated ASAP.

Clean spacious rooms with full kitchen and bathrooms. Very good location not far from Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. Convenient parking. Cool winds and good views.

The perfect setting to watch each sunset, central to most every attraction on Kauai from Waimea Canyon to Princeville and all parts in between. We will return here again

We were very surprised when we arrived our condo had no air conditioning! I was told most units do not have air. The front office helped move us to a suite with air in the bedroom, thankfully as we were there for 6 nights. I feel it should be advertised better on the website that air conditioning is limited. We had a great experience at Whaler's Cove! The space (#212) was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 kids), and had everything we needed. We were comfortable and loved the view! The location was so great as well - close to good food, shopping, and easy for day trips around the island.

Alexis at the front desk is a customer service super star. She went above and beyond to help me book when I had some complicating factors. I can’t remember the last time a customer service employee did such a thorough, thoughtful, and professional job! She even anticipated several things I never thought of. I basically booked here vs online or other places because she was so helpful.

We were so happy with our choice for vacation this year. Whaler’s Cove exceeded all expectations. We had an amazing time. Kudos to you and all the staff. This was the most beautiful location we ever stayed at. The sea shore is very picturesque and the sunsets on the lanai were incredible. From the lanai we could see turtles, dolphins and whales. The location was perfect. We were a last minute booking and we could not be more pleased. The AC was vital for us and the zone system was perfect. The short walk to Poipu Beach park was a plus.

The location was fantastic, very short easy walk to the best turtle viewing in poipu. AC worked great, kitchen had everything we needed (so nice to have laundry) and Dale and Lisa were very accessible and made sure we had the proper evacuation plan during the tsunami! We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The owners have stocked the kitchen perfectly, we had everything we needed. It was very clean, and we loved dining outside. The house is secluded and quiet, but just a short distance to the beach. Owner communicated very well. Having 4 beach chairs, towels and a cooler made our day trips wonderful. Just a perfect place.
