The staff was so kind. I was staying to be near the hospital, as my father just went into hospice care.

Room was very clean. The facility was clean as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice open middle of hotel was pretty along with the multiple water fall features. Breakfast was made to order fast and very good. Morning breakfast staff was fast cleaning and clearing tables. Bonus evening reception with snacks and beers/drinks was a very nice touch. Did not eat at the restaurant that is onsite but they did have a decently large menu. Room service was available after 5pm. I would and probably will stay here again. This is definitely in my top three of Peoria area hotels now.

Rooms were super clean and huge! Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was super helpful. Im in an electric wheelchair and the whole place was very accommodating. If i had a complaint it would be that the breakfast ended too early, especially on a weekend (Sunday) morning. We didn't get to try it

Very clean common areas and room, except there was big stain on the carpet in the "living room" area. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Really did not like paying for parking, but the 2 free drinks made up for it.
Generally, the breakfast was fine, but the line to get an omelet or a waffle was always too long.

Overall average stay. The views are good and the external visage of the hotel is great but the rooms are outdated. The room we stayed in was pretty musty and had stained carpet. We had to request new sheets and bedding for pullout couch as it looked like it hadn’t been opened or touched in many years. Breakfast was excellent which was saving grace.

It was ok, their was one incident that made the experience not as great, when I arrived early to check in the front desk attendant said the initial room I booked was not available and that my room had to be down graded to a different room that was available, being tired from the drive in I agreed and ask about the price difference he said my room rate dropped to $130, the next day as I was getting ready to check out I inquired about how I would get the difference refunded as I had prepaid for my room, the staff said nothing was noted and that their was no downgrade so that was confusing and left me feeling unsure about my stay

It appeared that someone had laid on the bed after making it.A pillow had a dent in it and the covers were ruffled. The thermostat was set to 78 which was way too hot. We were charged $12 for parking, which inand ofotself is ok, but they don't divulged that until after you check in. It wouldbe more hospitable if the site disclosed this fee upfront.

However, the bed was comfortable abd clean.The made to order breakfast was
top notch, the gentlemen that prepared our breakfast was kind and friendly.
Barb cleared our dishes and wished us safe travels.

Clean room and beautiful view. They’re a long wait times at the breakfast with only a single cook doing made to order. If you wanted to get bacon or sausage, you had to wait in that line as well.

I am from "up North" and we don't have any Steak and Shakes, so this a must stop destination anytime I am working or traveling in the South. Really great food at a great price. The fries are amazing! I also enjoy the Cajun seasoning at each table. The malts are old fashioned and yummy. the store in Peoria sits right on the river across from downtown with great views. Good place for lunch and good place for dinner while watching the sunset over downtown Peoria.

Steak and shake is always good! The shakes are awesome and the burgers are thin and crispy on the edges. I got the chili over spaghetti for the first time this visit and it was good too! We'd never been to this location before since we're from out of town and were visiting family. I really liked how it looked out over the river. It was such a nice view for this basic diner type restaurant. The heat on one side of the building wasn't working properly but the employees were great about accommodating us and moving us to the other side that was much warmer despite my mother in law being a bit rude about it! The manager and several waitresses impressed me with how they handled her complaints and rude comments!

Good place to eat. Waterfront view is nice on sunny days. Food is prepared fast and fresh and the servers are all friendly and quick to top you off if you're low on your beverage. The store can get pretty packed during lunch but the staff remains as responsive and friendly as ever.

Always clean and always busy. The staff is great they really want to please. Drive through takes a bit but they do make the food fresh.

Normally I am a big fan of Steak N Shake, but I wasn't too pleased with this particular one. We went just after 11 pm on a week night and they wasn't very busy at all..which should be a good thing. It wasn't since it took them a while to even acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated...one waitress was too busy talking with people..not taking an order, just chatting. We was seated by a waitress that wasn't busy chit chatting and the table we was put at was clearly dirty. The sweet tea sucked. The chili was good..the only thing good during the entire experience. Forget this Steak N Shake, I'll take my "normal" one back home.

The restaurant was dirty. We were set by the kitchen. We heard nothing but complaining between the employees. The common complaint was the lack of management. No one was busying the tables. Waitresses would grab the tickets from the tables and maybe a dish and leave the rest. Hostess would tried to seat people and would find tables dirty.

Clean place, friendly staff and very attentive. It is like a Texas Road House only I think it is nicer. I really like the burgers there. Easy parking, quick seating when we go there. Price seems pretty good.

This was my first time at Logan's. I was amazed with the ribs. Food was great.. But I had loaded mashed potatoes for a side. Upon my third or fourth bite I looked down n noticed a fly was cooked into the cheese on top of the mashed potatoes.. I didn't make a big deal but they gave me a free desert to make up for it.. I would eat there again.. Best Ribs

Wasn't exactly impressed. My country fried steak was mostly breading. My drink, well let's just say this, there is a major difference between a good strong drink and something that tastes like a shot. I only give 3 stars for the waitress cause she was awesome otherwise it would be 1.

I like Logan for a good steak and a friendly casual atmosphere. Will have a tall cold draft beer sometimes. I like the in the Shell peanuts too. A good place to dine as a couple other alone. I like the back round music, which isn't too loud.
