We stayed in September for a wedding nearby and loved our stay. The staff was so nice and the rooms were great with comfortable beds. If you're looking into this place to stay for the night or more than 1 night, make sure the room you reserved is the room you'll get. We checked in late Saturday afternoon/early evening. We reserved a room with a King size bed for me and my wife. The person manning the front desk informed us she'll give us the room with 2 - Queen beds. After having my reservation "dropped" by the Staybridge around the corner. I had to scramble for a room for the night (and everything was pretty much sold out) I was so lucky they had 4 rooms left so we could book one literally at the last minute. We had a great stay overall. For the price we paid, housekeeping should be done daily. The front desk was amazing; everyone was so friendly and polite. We especially liked Candi; she is incredible. She truly went above and beyond the call! She had to deal with a difficult group of people and she managed it very well.

Husband and I stayed one night on our anniversary trip. Hotel staff were great and very helpful with parking. Our room was mostly just fine - we were offered a different room with two queen beds that was a little newer and larger, but we wanted the king bed. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and roomy. They weren't as quiet as I would have liked. I could hear people in the halls and talking in the room next door. Breakfast was great - the Irish cook put a smile on everyone's face! It would have been nice to have hot coffee available 24/7. Not a fan of the parking fee.

Nice hotel! The front desk person was absolutely wonderful! Overall we will be back just from the front desk lady alone! Her name may have been Jennifer. Not positive but she was just absolutely awesome!

It was very clean and everyone working there was so nice we were not on same schedule as their housekeeping was so they would check to see if we needed anything when we came back at night the restaurant in the hotel had the most amazing food as well ! Only downside was the parking they need more parking

The riverside view was nice. A member of the morning staff was extremely rude and should consider employment outside of guest relations.

Plenty of variety of slots need more high limit slots though would attract bigger spenders. Slots are tight spent 5k came out with nothing. Before 2020 was a very good casino to go to and win. Just seems right these days.

I always enjoy spending time and some money at the casino. The staff are good and the drink hostess last Thursday was great. She was working two floors and found my coat left there. She tracked me down and returned it. Wow! That's service. Thanks and I left with some extra money.

The rooms are great. The bed is nice and soft. Shower could use a little more pressure but it is spacious enough for 2 people and if you get a suite you could have lots of fun inside😉

The boat is fun 3 floors of slots if that's your thing. It's always clean and the food is good at Boyd's and the Tin Lizard. 3 stars because over the last year the service of the slot attendees and friendliness has gone way down. We hit a hand pay and it took over an hour before someone came and another 40 min to get our money. I'm patient because I know sometimes they are busy but they were not and...

The location was far off of the highway, no road noises

Very nice hotel, sparkling clean, very warm, welcoming, and great staff. Quick overnight, but I'd sure make a stop again at this hotel! Definitely stay here in the Peoria area.

I like the nice smell when entering the facility. Our room was upgraded to a hot tub room which was greatly appreciated. All the jets in the tub did not work and the tub drained extremely slow. I forgot to tell the manager. Service was top notch.

My husbands and I have stayed many places and you can tell when staff really cares about the people they have staying here. The rooms are clean. The staff really take the time to put everything into place for the guests and it really shows. Breakfast is good and they always have hot coffee or tea with cookies all the times. The staff seems to be more like a family. They do need a little updating but...

The rate for the suite is okay but the pull out sofa is awful. Impossible to get to sleep on those springs, no cushioning at all.

Rented their great room for a baby shower. Pricing was very reasonable. They were accommodating and clean. They provided us with coffee, extra tables, and privacy. Would highly recommend!
