Very clean rooms. Front desk personnel really made the stay for me. Markus was outstanding. And a young lady working the night shift. I forget her name but overall great stay great crew!

Staff was great and very nice. Room was clean and breakfast was very tasty. Our only issue was they are remodeling and our first day we had to listen to construction noises. We were exhausted after taking the red eye from Vegas and wanted to take a nap before visiting family but it was a bit too noisy on our first day 😕

The carpet,couch, and curtains all had stains on them... the bottom of the bathroom door was peeling apart. The shower curtain had tears at the top and looked like the wall was cracked at the one of the shower curtain rod. Breakfast was mediocre, dont know ill stay there again

The breakfast was great!!! But the construction was just hard to ignore. The smell was very strong, and I was given no warning of the construction when I made my reservation.

I reserved a 4 day stay to attend Boney James in concert Friday. The location was ideal for everything we want to do to explore the city after the concert. The room was clean, smelled lovely, staff was friendly and breakfast was top tier! Even though, my guest and I enjoyed our stay; unfortunately, I have to take one star away. Our room wasn’t serviced during our entire stay. Housekeeping never showed up until the day of my check-out in fact, they showed up as I was leaving. My room should be maintained as such as when I arrived at checked-in. I’m a reasonable man this was unacceptable. In spite of this setback, I still recommend Hyatt Place.

Room was nice but the staff was as friendly as they could have been. The pull out sofa bed and the sofa otself were very uncomfortable.

Efficient check in, spacious and clean room. Super comfy bed. Hot breakfast, one of the better offered at hotels that include breakfast from my experience. We would stay again.

The room was in desperate need of some remodeling. The bathroom was so small that you literally had to climb in and stand between the toilet and the tub to close the door. The shower curtain was torn in multiple places. There was lots of rust around the shower bars. There was lots of construction above us that began at 7:30am and lasted all day. The desk lamp didn’t work. The couch had large stains on the cushions. I am Hyatt member and have stayed at a number of the hotels so I know your standards. They are remodeling but I don’t think they should offer rooms under the construction floor.

The hotel is quite old and feels dated, but the rooms are spacious. For connecting rooms, remember to lock the connecting door. The breakfast is decent, about average for local hotels. The location is good; there are supermarkets, shopping malls, cinemas, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool is small and not very spacious, but it's nice for a quick dip in the summer.

Agaves is the best! They've only improved over the years. Very attentive, friendly staff and the food is delicious.

It was "okay." We got here at 9, closing at 10, and felt like we were inconveniencing the staff for a quick meal and on our way. I thought with the time crunch they'd be more attentive, but they couldn't have cared less with the service. The kitchen held up their end with good food, but the entire wait staff needs an education into the service that pays their checks. I'm never overly negative, they just didn't perform to par.

My father and I stopped in because it was recommended as a pretty good local spot and were really impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic! Our server was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly and I would highly recommend eating there to anyone wanting good, hot, authentic, delicious and PROMPT for and service.

I visited the Fort Wayne restaurant. The food was excellent. On the other hand I do have a complaint. When given the bill I put the money in it. As the server walked away with the payment. She mumbled the words " thank you and have a nice day". Waited 5 minutes for my change and no sight of the server that took the money. Didn't want to make a scene so I took the loose of the money. I always tip the server for good service. Just not what my change was. walking out I noticed the server waiting on other tables. Never again my friend.

VERY good hibachi and their "yum-yum" sauce is delicious. Sushi is almost the best in town. Usually friendly service and accurate take-out.

My wife and I love this place. The Cesar Salad is amazing, and the oysters on the half is always a good choice. If you are in town and looking for a great place to eat I recommend that you eat here. The front room always seems small to me, but they have a back room through the kitchen

We went here for Christmas dinner to enjoy the hibachi grill. The chef put on a great show, the food was cooked perfectly, and my family had a great time. The price is a bit high but the food and experience are worth it.

Went here for lunch break and they were barely busy, waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before being confronted for a seat. When the group finally arrived he got us our drinks pretty quickly, we asked for a few minutes to look through the menu. 20 minutes later the waiter asked if we were ready, and we said we were, but then he asked us to wait.. then he continued to clean and rush around like he was busy? Didn't even get to try the food. Plus. the water tastes bad. Probably never ever going to even consider going back again.

Experience was AWESOME!!! Place was packed, but well worth it. We sat around the grill and it pretty cool watching Ricky do tricks with fire,the egg, the rice, and the vegetables.
Good steak and shrimp. The rice and veggies were good. The octopus,eel, and salmon sushi was good. Large porportions.
