The room was very nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Also the location was convenient.

Very nice and clean. House keeping was very good on my stay. They were there when I needed something. I will definitely return.

For the conference I attended, this was an excellent venue. The facilities were neat and clean, and the audio/visual equipment all worked well. Even the lunch was good. I would gladly attend a conference here again.

The food is VERY tasty, and the service is great. I highly recommend going here for breakfast/ brunch. You won't regret it!

Easy to get to, right off I69. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds (although the bathrooms are a little "cozy"). We didn't get room service, but the service from our servers at the conference meals were terrific! Will definitely stay there again, if the need arises!

Cool wedding venue. Didn't stay the night, but seemed like a lot going on with the pool for visitors. Hallways and a few public spaces seemed a bit dated but again, I have no experience with any of the rooms since I was there for a wedding. The wedding room itself in the domed area was nice.

Had an plumbing issue that forced us to change rooms after fully settling in. Not good when you arrive in the late evening. Have stayed here before and had great experiences. Just not this time

The beds were very comfy. They are to high off the ground for shorter people, my mil had a hard time. But the customer service was the best. Christina was at the desk when we I checked in and she was great. I had food delivered and she went out of her way to help make sure I had everything I needed for a great night stay . Thank you Christina!

I am riding a bike across the country and have stayed in 60 different hotels in the last 2 months and I have had a range of experiences. The Holiday Inn Purdue Fort Wayne was my top of list. The front desk staff far exceeded expectations and all the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc) I met were incredibly kind. The hotel was spotless. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for doing an awesome job!!

This location felt like it had been a little bit abused by the guests during their stays. I drove from Illinois to Indiana for business and stayed at the Hyatt in Fort Wayne. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was having a bit of car trouble as this winter has been pretty harsh with the freezing temperatures. Unfortunately, my car wouldn't start one day and was stuck in the parking space. Very nice hotel and well kept up. Good place to host a meeting and grab a bite at the cafe. The staff is very courteous.

We always love staying at the Hyatt Place. This was our first stay at the one in fort Wayne. It's as good as the others. It's clean, the staff are awesome and it's always so comfy. They let housekeeping have the day off on Christmas which was a huge plus in my book. Their breakfast is always so good too. Plenty of food, always clean and really deliciously cooked food. We will continue to choose Hyatt...

Location and amenities were great. Staff at front counter and main office weren't as attentive as I would have assumed. Phone kept ringing over and over at the reception counter without answer and front office mgr was in their office, could clearly hear the phone but made no attempt to answer or get someone who would.

Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

Room was clean and breakfast was good with had a big selection. You can tell me they've done some updates. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

Our stay was ok. The rooms could use a refreshing but reasonably comfortable. Getting to the hotel was not fun. The "street" was a bumpy mess. I have five stars for service because the complimentary breakfast was really good. The cooked foods were properly prepared and there was a nice selection of items.

My partners and I stayed here a whole week. We stayed on the 3rd floor it was very pleasant. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was amazing it was so massive. The view was beautiful. It's a great place to stay Highly recommend.

The hotel itself is okay if not the best Best Western I have been in and definitely not the worst. They have kept the rooms up to date and very clean. Breakfast could use a lot of work. They are using an old slushy machine for their juices. I guess too cheap to buy a proper juice dispenser.

I recently stayed for two nights at the Best Western Luxbury Inn and had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, the pool was well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was also top-notch. I stayed in Room 208 on the 2nd floor, which was decent overall. While I could hear the highway, that was expected. However, there was some noise from the neighboring room at 1-2 a.m...

Fabulous find! We struck gold. For this price point everyone should be giving this hotel 5 Plus stars not to mention their kindness in accommodating your pet with certain first floor rooms. Very accommodating. It’s not a brand new hotel but the beds are clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a good price, a comfy bed, kind and genuine staff-this is your spot!

Stayed here 3/14/25. Hotel was clean and somewhat updated. Our room was nice and fairly spacious. Shower was coming loose and had rust on it. Breakfast was great with lots of items to choose from. Big issue for me was the fact that there was no hot tub even though the website still advertises it (along with showing pictures of a hot tub). I stayed here for years and had to leave, because my job transferred. I do not want to leave here. The staff is so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is the best in the city. NO bugs, clean rooms, nice staff. Low weakly and daily rates. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I just left this hotel today it say that this hotel is closed, but it is not. Someone put that there intentionally. Good hotel clean,cheap, and no bugs.

This hotel is open, and always will be. This is one of the best hotels in Fort Wayne. The nicest people, free WiFi, cable, phones. No bugs I stayed for over a year and had zero bugs. Friendly staff Staff was fantastic. Elevators were down for part of a day but fixed quickly. Pool & hot tub was nice. Location is very close to 69/469, hospitals & restaurants.

Ft Wayne’s best We stayed one night with 6 people in two suites. Great service, easy check in, great breakfast. Their staff are very helpful, friendly, they even recommended a dinner restaurant. We returned on our way home and had the same great service.

This hotel was not bad. Weird check in, seemed like the front desk did not believe I am who I said I am. She questioned my name. Then the fire alarm went off at 7:30pm due to excessive **** smoke and again at 1:30am with no reason why. Breakfast was good and the manager was very respectful to guests and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am on the fence whether I would stay there again.

The suite was perfect for my stay with 2 young children. They had plenty of room to play and move about. We used the indoor pool frequently and it was kept clean. The breakfast buffet served hot food and had plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

For us, it was situated in the perfect spot. Food was near by. The road to our family and the church was right out front. It accommodated our many family members on short notice and everyone was extremely nice and polite.

All staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Our room was clean and inviting.
