For the conference I attended, this was an excellent venue. The facilities were neat and clean, and the audio/visual equipment all worked well. Even the lunch was good. I would gladly attend a conference here again.

Easy to get to, right off I69. The rooms are very nice, with comfortable beds (although the bathrooms are a little "cozy"). We didn't get room service, but the service from our servers at the conference meals were terrific! Will definitely stay there again, if the need arises!

Cool wedding venue. Didn't stay the night, but seemed like a lot going on with the pool for visitors. Hallways and a few public spaces seemed a bit dated but again, I have no experience with any of the rooms since I was there for a wedding. The wedding room itself in the domed area was nice.

The beds were very comfy. They are to high off the ground for shorter people, my mil had a hard time. But the customer service was the best. Christina was at the desk when we I checked in and she was great. I had food delivered and she went out of her way to help make sure I had everything I needed for a great night stay . I am riding a bike across the country and have stayed in 60 different hotels in the last 2 months and I have had a range of experiences. The Holiday Inn Purdue Fort Wayne was my top of list. The front desk staff far exceeded expectations and all the staff (cleaning, restaurant, etc) I met were incredibly kind. The hotel was spotless. My husband and I are staying at Comfort Suites in Fort Wayne for 4 nights. So far it's been great. We are in a King Suite with a Jetted Tub. Breakfast is pretty good, so far we have had make-your-own waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, donuts, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, juice, coffee, milk....and more. Our dining experience was great. Great food, our server, Doug, was fantastic, and the atmosphere was amazing (we sat on the lounge side). Breakfast was nice, but not exceptional. Exterior leaves a poor first impression but the interior sure makes up for it. The slick, old fashioned decor makes it a memorable experience. Location and amenities were great. Staff at front counter and main office weren't as attentive as I would have assumed. Phone kept ringing over and over at the reception counter without answer and front office mgr was in their office, could clearly hear the phone but made no attempt to answer or get someone who would.

Our stay was ok. The rooms could use a refreshing but reasonably comfortable. Getting to the hotel was not fun. The "street" was a bumpy mess. The hotel itself is okay if not the best Best Western I have been in and definitely not the worst. They have kept the rooms up to date and very clean. Breakfast could use a lot of work. They are using an old slushy machine for their juices. I guess too cheap to buy a proper juice dispenser.

Reserved a room with a king bed. Got two double beds instead. Having a medical problem with my shoulder and the small bed was a problem. It was so small my feet hung over the end. Staff was unwilling to help and not empathetic.

Cheap, comfortable, quiet, and clean. Booked for a week and every day I have been coming home to a very clean room. Staff is also very friendly. The only problem I have is that the hot water isn't very hot and it doesn't stay on for longer than 5 minutes. Since that has been the only problem so far, I don't feel like it warrants a star.

The room was good. Clean and orderly. Staff are accommodating and courteous. However, I didn't like the fact that the body towels were midget sizes and they are rough to touched. This hotel is located behind Storming Crab Restaurant. I like the location. All retails & food chains closed by in walking distance from this hotel. We weren’t here too long, just over a weekend, so it was great for the time and price. Only issues we had were that the window in our room was insanely drafty and the heater was right next to the window so it was always either boiling or freezing in the room, but that was manageable. We weren’t able to get any extra pillows as well. Otherwise, great for the price and location relative to the family...

We booked our room thru a 3rd party and it went badly but Sharron was there to save the day. She went the extra mile to help us on countless phone calls and was able to resolve the situation. I got the handicap suite because I was having surgery and live to far to go home after and was how very well the room met my needs.

The hotel is undergoing construction but that didn't hinder the cleanliness of the hotel or the hospitality of the staff. We were in town for a show choir competition and had 75+ staying overnight. Breakfast was hot and they kept the food coming to make sure everyone had something to eat.

This is the only hotel that I go to in Fort Wayne. The staff are always extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are always clean. It's conveniently located near a multitude of restaurants and the shopping mall is just down the road. The zoo is only a few miles away.
