The room was very dirty. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and the other had hair all over them.

Room was clean and service was great. One of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Did not have indoor pool like it said online which is only reason I booked the room for my 6 years olds birthday an they refused to give me even part of my money back definitely not people I’ll ever do business with again

Light switch in bathroom broken, no hand soap dispenser off the wall and no soap. Just went to shower and no body soap. Is it not the responsibility of house keeping to check these things? Staff on duty did provide hand soap as soon as I reported it after checking in. I had a gut feeling should have checked shower lotions

I felt harassed because there was a white guy around like 3-4pm he was working and me and my friends went to go look at the snacks and and changed our minds and put them back and he was claiming that we stole when there was clearly NOTHING GONE. He just keep saying and asking questions that didn’t concern him.

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly.
The room was subpar. I give the following as areas of opportunity to improve:
* The room was outdated, not a USB port in sight. Even the alarm clock needed a USB adapter for power, making it useless.
* There was no hand soap in the room.
* The tub was dirty and had mold.
Positive:
The bed was fairly comfortable
Quiet building, which was great.
The lobby looks as it was recently remodeled, hopefully there are plans to do the same to the rooms.

Staff and accommodations were 5star for the price. Breakfast was a little cold but might have gotten there late. Overall great experience

Staff wasn’t super friendly and spoke very quickly, hard to understand. Bathroom light wouldn’t turn on and sink wouldn’t drain.

Sadly I was underwhelmed by the state of the room. No high touch areas were cleaned so much so a disinfectant wipe became stuck to a substance on one of the night stands. The shower had hair all over it, the toilet seat had not been lifted and cleaned so seeing urine stains and hair was disgusting. A dirty towel was last on the back of the bathroom door, the floor hadn't been vacuumed and multiple packs of ear plugs were on the nightstand. Ok to of all of these things the breakfast attendant obviously doesn't like her job, sure made several comments about non functioning equipment and products that weren't ready. I found hair in potatoes. I made the staff aware but, no concerns were immediately addressed. I won't be giving this location a second chance.

Had bed bugs and staff didnt even seem concerned at all they offered other room looked at it was disgusting not swept in looks liek weeks pill on floor trash under couch
So i asked for refund and went somewhere else
Still havnt heard how to get refund yet
