The room was spotless and very comfortable! Staff was great! The stay was fantastic!

- Bathroom Light not working
- Guests on Room 318 (Upstairs) were making excessive noise in every time frame and hotel personal not willing to do anything about it.

No curtain at window. So we had to put up a blanket. There were was a roach in the sink..
And I ordered a handicap room ( I had a receipt) but had to take regular room because it was too late to book another hotel on the site it said room is your until 10;00pm
Also had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because he left the desk to do something in a room, there was a number to call 500 but still no answer, so i just had to wait…

We checked in after hours. The lobby was already locked. No big deal. There was a clear sign that directed us to use the phone for after hours check in. The staff came down in maybe less than 5 minutes and met us to check in. The check in process was a bit longer than I am used to. I don’t think it’s a staff problem - the system was just slow. The facility looked maintained. The rooms were clean. It smelled a bit like cleaning solutions, but the smell went away after awhile. All in all, our stay was pleasant. No complaints here. I would stay here again.

For the price it was a clean room. Dated decor, bathrooms older but clean. Met our needs for one night

Even though the property seems to be newly built, the rooms at least mine was not clean enough, the shower curtain had some stains (looked like poops or vomit), there were neither iron nor iron board. The place was completely empty; you can't even make a coffee.

I loved the price and the kitchenette was nice. It was very noisy and shower water pressure wasn't the best. It was very clean and can't beat the price. Will likely stay again in the near future.

1. The woman at checkin was rude. Told my husband that if we were to smoke, we had to do it away from building, thst was fine. We only smoke in our car anyway, then told us no butts on griund, ok common sense since we dont thriw butts on ground, we have ashtray in car.it was her attitude and the way she said it.
2. Adked about upgrade to get a coffee maker in room, according to your we site you have this choice. But again with the attitude she said, we do t offer that, and thst there was on in the lobby. Which was out of order. Asked if there was a bathroom i could use and she told us thre was no public bathroom. Excuse me, in hotel thst we are staying at?? I have cancer and i had judt came from hospital after having a procedure done and needed a bathroom. She then hannded me a room key and told me to go to the 3rd floor. Where are room was but never told me which room. She got lucky that i made it to the room before a disaster happed thst someone else would have to clean up. After that, everytime we left the building or when we cane back we got discussing looks from her. We come to Indianapolis to see the oncologist. We will not be staying at your hotel again

Most times we have a 4 or 5 star experience. Today was only a 3. Waitress forgot my fresh fruit on 2 requests and I never received. We also had to ask twice for sugar free syrup and the omelette was just OK.

Joy was a FABULOUS waitress and made me and my family excited to return to see her. Food was hot and delicious, Joy kept our drinks full, and overall the prices are incredibly affordable. Portions left us full until supper time. We we're quite satisfied with our visit and I can't wait to go back. I'm sad I'm moving to the west side of Indy because I love going to the Castleton Le Peep.

Tasty breakfast! I highly recommend the kings pancakes they're basically giant buttery crepes. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend.

I had breakfast with my extended family including an aunt and uncle from out of town and it was a wonderful time. Our server, who knew some of us as neighbors and from church, was very attentive, efficient and friendly. The food was good and the atmosphere was perfect for visiting and just enjoying each other's company.

Great food and a good price. The only *complaint* I really ever have with Le Peep is I think aesthetically it could be updated a bit. My favorite breakfast and brunch spot in Indy personally. White lightning is great especially if on a diet. My wife got the egg sandwich and says it was fantastic as well.

Great curries and very nice staff. I get carry out from here at least a couple times a month (if not more). I like that you can get brown rice if you prefer for a small upcharge.

I thought at first the place Just needed some tlc... plealing paint on the wall, missing lit up letters on the Big Sign Outside on the building... the soup was great, the Thai iced tea yummy and our food delivered... a few bites in...and then....... a ROACH BUG was crawling on the wall just above our table! We left right away and i WILL NEVER BE BACK! YES, the word will be spread about my experience there!

This is definitely my favorite Thai place in town. Excellent flavors, menu choices, and the service. Staff is great, especially Edward! He is one of the fastest and most attentive servers I've dealt with. Always committed to giving his customers the best experience by interacting and giving great recommendations regarding menu choices. Overall, this is an exceptional place.
