We have always enjoyed staying with Marriott. This stay was made especially enjoyable by a delightful young lady in the concierge lounge. Meseret was very sweet and attentive in seeing to our needs

Front desk and capitol restaurant staff were very friendly, also surprised my wife and I with a cheesecake, a rose and glass of champagne for our 34th wedding anniversary.

I highly recommend staying in the Pullman Car room! My fourteen year old daughter and I had a blast stepping back in time walking around looking at all of the train cars reading the names of famous people of the past that are painted on the side of the cars and on plaques on the doors to the rooms in them

The front attendant was spectacular checking us in as well as the valet! The whole place was clean and amazing to look through the halls of Union Station! Our rail chair was comfortable and really felt like staying in one

Great customer service from the front desk! The rooms were good and clean. The statues and trains are a nice touch. The indoor pool is great! Convenient valet parking. Close to the entire city center

Wonderful experience overall! I remember staying at Union Station as a kid, and it's just as magical as I remember. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue, and very well put-together breakfast

#2: be prepared if you stay in the blue train that a REAL train may come through in the middle of the night and scare you to death! Haha We didn't realize we were on the side closest to the active tracks

This hotel has SO much cool train and rail history, it's really a hidden gem! Only downsides: the Illinois ballroom and old station wasn't open because there weren't any events going on down there

Enjoyed some food and drinks, watched the snow fall over the lake, and finished some online shopping. Turned out to be a fantastic night to be snowed in at the hotel after a day of Christmas shopping

Bar stayed open until midnight and the pool is open until 11pm! The kids loved that plus the bistro was delicious! Amazing room and the hotel staff was very kind.

Well breakfast wasn’t free as your survey question suggested. Austin who worked in the restaurant/bar area was a very pleasant young man and provided excellent service

Came for the eclipse, and was one of the few hotels not gpuging prices that nite. Cllean, quiet, in a nice location. Nice walkway behind the hotel for a morning jog

2nd night Kickback definitely had more families attending, kids being kids all having a good time. (I'll bet the pool got a workout) Overall a good visit, I'd stay here again

We were in town for a theater show and cheer competition. Even with local construction, easy to get to! We arrived right at check in. We are a family of 6 so we had to get a suite

The Kickback was why we chose this place. It was exactly as listed- FREE. Great food for adults AND kids! Pool was nice, but chilly (it's indoor/outdoor)

Hotel made a convenient base of operations as we tootled around Carmel. Room cleaning request? No problem. Observed a colorful sunset from the 9th floor hallway

Overall, this was one of the best room stays I've had in many years. The room and bed were extremely clean. Bathroom/shower area were clean and fresh smelling

Stayed here to attend Carmel Christkindlmarkt. Easy to find right off the interstate loop around Indy, easy to check in with free parking onsite

I was in a hurry to travel, so I stayed for one night. I was surprised that the hotel actually provided a free airport shuttle bus. I waited in Zone 2 as shown in the picture. The airport hotel bus is fine

The hotel was heavily booked and it did take several hours to get our room, but the staff was amazing and once we did get our room, the king suite, we were very happy

The hotel is very new and the facilities are easy to use. It's a chain hotel, but I'm generally satisfied

We stayed at this location 50 years ago on the first night of our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! When we checked in a very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic Jeff Bobbitt was so kind to upgrade us to suite and gave us vouchers for complimentary desserts

We were in town for a pool tournament and the staff were all so nice and accommodating. Our door broke and they were there in about 15 minutes to fix it. We had wonderful service our entire stay

All the staff were wonderful and the suite was lovely. The food was delicious, both for supper and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much, Thanks!

Area wasn't super convenient, and a lot of construction on the roads made getting around a bit of a hassle

What impresses me the most is the rumbling sound of the air conditioner in the room. I have to be tired from business trips. If I have a nervous breakdown, I won’t be able to stay for a second

The feeling of a scenic spot, the ancient hotel building has a unique flavor. There is a small river next to the hotel, the river water is sparkling, it is a good place for a leisure walk👍

The parking garage charge l did it but I think it should be free with the motel room but I’m an old guy so what do I know

The room was missing items like Kleenex, hair dryer missing and hook for towel gone. This room wasn’t as nice and the loud rowdy nearby rooms made it less pleasant

very clean room, staff was understanding and helpful without giving off any bad attitude. this Sleep Inn was maybe at 1/3rd capacity and very quiet. I missed breakfast so no opinion there

The surrounding environment is excellent. Go out in the morning and evening to exercise. There are large supermarkets and many restaurants not far from the hotel

The Indian boss is very enthusiastic and willing to help the guests as much as he can, thank him. Next time I go to Indiana, I will stay here again

Upon departure the gentleman that checked me in checked me out, again with the same warm smile and pleasant demeanor. There was also another lady at the desk at checkout that was extra kind and sweet to my kiddos

I would recommend and stay again if I was back in Indianapolis. Do not recommend IU hospital though lol. I should have taken the ladies advice and went to St. I was pleased with my stay there

Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise

Location is right off the freeway, so convenient. Off down a side street that feels remote. No food options in walking distance for dinner

Good place to stay. The area around the hotel wasn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I stayed here because it was more affordable then places in Bloomington. Would stay again if we needed a place in Indy.

We were first assigned to Room 120; however the television would not work. We notified the front desk, unplugged the TV from the wall and it still did not work. She moved us to Room 119 and all was good.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry, numerous patches in the walls. Alarm clock buttons were broken or nonfunctional.

A great value for the price, especially when compared to downtown hotels. Lots of restaurants nearby was a bonus. Extra kudos to housekeeping, who did more than one would expect for the price

Pleasantly surprised by our stay here, was looking for budget friendly so didn’t have high expectations going in. Truly one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at

The room was decent and not too cramped. The beds were relatively comfortable, the shower could use more pressure. Breakfast was average for the type of hotel. It was pretty much what I expected.

My husband and I stayed here briefly but the experience was amazing. Ben checked us in and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Always greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile which can be rare nowadays

There is a garage across the street, but the valet is much more convenient and reasonably priced when you are comparing it to surrounding garages. The breakfast is standard Home2 breakfast

The room (2 Queen Beds) had a small sitting area and nice size Fridge, dishes and microwave in our room. The rooms were clean and the hotel seemed to have thick walls

The day time staff member was great, just the over night one was not friendly at all or approachable, lobby could be a lot nicer and breakfast could be better

Cracked window in several places, toilet not properly sealed to the floor, signs of black mold forming in the bathroom, and overall several noticeable signs of previous damage that was given shoddy repair jobs that made the vibe not so great

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is worn down but the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast included. Good for our need for an overnight stay on a long road trip. Excellent price for overnight stay.

Biggest concern would be the shower tub, there were no grips in the tub so there was a chance for a fall injury

Pool was under maintenance, I was not notified of such when I booked. Make sure you double and triple check. The hotel seems to be under renovation and it’s a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and very helpful

I stayed at this Laquinta and my room was very clean, comfortable, cozy, peaceful and very modern. The manager Cameron was absolutely the best

I stayed here with my child while we were in town for Hamilton. We were put in a room directly across from the pool. She loved that! The whole stay was quiet out side of the occasional sirens outside

Clean, friendly hotel. Lots of perks to this hotel, restaurant, valet, pool, golf suite.

No hallway noise, no noise from pipes, even the heater and mini fridge were quiet. Everyone at the bell/valet stand was super nice. Josh at the front desk was amazing! We will absolutely stay again

Our room carpet was badly stained and the shower floor was badly stained along with the shower head being dull and rusty. Everything else was fine, staff was very friendly

When our car wouldn’t start, a helpful young lady at the front desk provided us with a jump start. Her assistance was invaluable and made a challenging situation much easier to handle.

Airport Hotel Very clean rooms. Noise from planes taking off was not distracting. Offer shuttle service and there is covered parking you can pay for across the street for any trips.

However, a few miles and you can find standard chain restaurants, fast food, and plenty of local restaurants. I'd definitely return the next time I need a place to stay in Indianapolis

The stay was excellent. The only thing I would recommend is better shampoo and conditioner and body lotion. It dried out my hair and skin something fierce . I forgot to bring my own.

This was a bit inconvenient but the gentlemen who was working explained the reason for the delay, was sincerely apologetic, and got us into a different room as soon as he could

I like the motel 6 on bash road better. This one they ran out of towels so I had to wait for them to get washed before I could get some. They caulked a SCARY looking bath mat into the tub

Upon arrival got room 115 went in and water was on the floor coming from the AC unit. Got 3 towels from desk and moped it up and left towel to soak up water during my stay
