We were there just one night. Everything in our room was clean and the staff was very nice throughout the hotel. But be aware about the parking if you purchase your parking ahead of time, they will still try to charge you.

Our room was super clean and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. We had a perfect stay.

Paid for what I thought was going to be the top floor of the hotel. It was not. There are 19 floors and we got floor 15. There was construction going on in the morning. Very noisy. Not the hotels fault but it would be nice to be warned before hand.

Room was awesome, shower kinda ******, they need a new style shower head. But down in the cafe, The best Lobster bisque ever!

I would have given a 5 for services except there was no hot water the day I checked which made the shower I took a little frosty! And we did not get hot water until the next morning.

The only major problem I had was I found a bug in my bed and NO ONE showed any concern! When I showed the afternoon clerk the glass I caught the bug he smiled and said “Sorry” and offered me a new glass. When I complained at check out, the clerk just laughed and when I asked to talk to management, he smirked and told me they were all in a meeting.

Room was incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent and kind! Only issue was the hinge on my door was gone, so I was unable to deadbolt my door at night. Fortunately I could still close the security latch while in my room at night. Rest of stay was great!

The hotel in all was very clean and inviting. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful property! Very clean, modern, nice gym facility, friendly staff. We even got bottles of water at check-in. There is construction in the area but was stile very easy to navigate.

I know constuction is going on..it didnt mention that when I reserved my room. Kind of inconvenient....I know u have too. I Know it will look nice when done.

The bed was really uncomfortable. Hard mattress with a hump in the middle. There wasn’t a full length mirror.

The room was spotless but loud, we were next to the private housekeeping space and heard the elevator and loud bangs. I was trying to take a nap after I arrived, around 3:30 PM and was woken up three times from loud sounds. Also I was disappointed that our room did not have bathrobes. I was told later by a woman working at the desk on level 6 that I could request one, but I wish there had been a note...

This place is always a wonderful time! The staff go above and beyond to assure an amazing stay, no matter the occasion. If ever anything is wrong, they quickly make it right. This place is my special treat to myself anytime I need a getaway!

Front desk and capitol restaurant staff were very friendly, also surprised my wife and I with a cheesecake, a rose and glass of champagne for our 34th wedding anniversary.

The rooms are quite dated for a high end hotel. They were clean but it is due for an upgrade at this price point.

Signs around the hotel as well as increased valet parking due to construction -parking at this time was a nightmare and extremely expensive

Historic Hotel, and if you ask, they will show you where the old portion of the train station is. Can see what the place looked like in the early 1900's. Very cool. Great staff. Room service was awesome. Would book again in a heart beat.

Wonderful experience overall! I remember staying at Union Station as a kid, and it's just as magical as I remember. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue, and very well put-together breakfast. Definitely going to be visiting again in the future!

We stayed in a train car this time and it was so unique! Hotel was spotless clean, staff was nice and so fun, great with the kids, restaurant was delicious. This hotel has SO much cool train and rail history, it's really a hidden gem! Only downsides: the Illinois ballroom and old station wasn't open because there weren't any events going on down there. The hotel and room view were amazing! I stayed on the lakeside King room with Sleeper couch. Also had a great dinner experience, staff was amazing and really took care of me when item I wished from menu wasn't readily available, 100% recommend this location!

Enjoyed some food and drinks, watched the snow fall over the lake, and finished some online shopping. Turned out to be a fantastic night to be snowed in at the hotel after a day of Christmas shopping. Staff was great to be around!

Well breakfast wasn’t free as your survey question suggested. Austin who worked in the restaurant/bar area was a very pleasant young man and provided excellent service. Front desk personnel were very attentive and did a good job.

Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.

The Delta Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were awesome. Very comfortable beds. Outstanding staff, always willing to accommodate your needs. The restaurant has very delicious food. Overall, I give this hotel a 5-star rating.

The Delta Hotel by Marriott is absolutely a five star hotel. Incredible staff, received a very warm welcome and very accommodating. The restaurant has great food and wonderful servers. Beautiful property great location and conveniently located to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. Will definitely be booking this hotel for future trips.

The property was clean and somewhat close to the airport with a free shuttle. It had reasonable breakfast options. But for a room reserved for three, I would have expected the pull-out couch to be made up, and three towels to be provided, which they were not.

The hotel is very new, the room is not big, the facilities are complete, there is a free airport shuttle, the front desk service attitude is good, it is no problem to sleep for one night during the transfer

Stayed here to attend Carmel Christkindlmarkt. Easy to find right off the interstate loop around Indy, easy to check in with free parking onsite. Loved the lobby Christmas tree and Christmas music piped in over the speakers. We were in town for a theater show and cheer competition. Even with local construction, easy to get to! We arrived right at check in. Staff was very friendly. Easy and quick check in. Always feel pampered and enjoy the Drury . Its like a small resort . No need to leave rooms are large and comfy and two fabulous mmeals and happy hour .

Room was great! Staff was very courteous and kind. The pool was a bit of a disappointment as it connected to the outside and there were leaves floating in the pool.

I was surprised that this hotel provides free diner including beverage and alcohol.

The decor was beautiful and unique. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay! They must have been under construction because it was loud with banging and other things from early in the morning. Very disruptive. Also, the room service was unavailable while we were there.

I love this hotel. It is SUPER dog friendly- they don't just accept dogs they love them. You get cute handmade treats and your dog gets all the love from the staff and there are water bowls throughout and the room is outfitted with bowls etc. it's a very clean nice hotel, parking is so easy and the attached restaurants are delicious. One of my favourite places to stay with my dog!

Very cool “rustic but refined” hotel with an amazing shower in a bustling part of Indianapolis.

Everything was so good & outstanding! From the cleanliness & structure of the room & bathroom! The view was amazing, staff was perfect, everything was equivalent to a 5 star hotel & now we have a favorite go to spot in Indianapolis for sure!

Hotel and all of its employees were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous to us , our kids, and our dog. They have multitudes or activities around for family or just for couples. The rooms were clean, bathroom and showers were amazing. And rooms were essentially sound proof which is important to us traveling with kids and a dog.

I was in a hurry to travel, so I stayed for one night. I was surprised that the hotel actually provided a free airport shuttle bus. I waited in Zone 2 as shown in the picture. The airport hotel bus is fine. The hotel is very new and the facilities are easy to use. It's a chain hotel, but I'm generally satisfied.

I only stayed for one night. It seemed like there was a party in the lobby and it was very lively. I felt it was quite standard. Parking 🅿️ was also very convenient. There is a supermarket nearby but you need to drive 🚗

Nothing was advertised that the hotel was under construction and they lost my reservation but another staff member came over and handled it

It was spotless and very comfortable. Jeff helped out tremendously when they had ran out of the requested room. He set me up with a good option that worked out for me and my family.

We stayed at this location 50 years ago on the first night of our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! When we checked in a very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic Jeff Bobbitt was so kind to upgrade us to suite and gave us vouchers for complimentary desserts. The room deposit was ridiculous! I have a major credit card and they charge a $150 hold for room charhes.! I still haven’t seen my credit day five .

Around 12 AM, Heating/AC unit beeped throughout the night. Front desk stated Maintenance would arrive first thing in the morning. No one arrived.

Would’ve rated better but the parking was $43 and had to valet because I left and got back the garage was full. When I picked my vehicle up the next morning realized down the road that the valet had taken all my loose bills in the center console ( about $25)

Breakfast was average, with limited variety, and there was no option to get lunch or dinner for a first-time visitor in the city, which made it a little uncomfortable. People are nice and welcoming. I love the fact that the property was non-smoking. Keep up the good work

cant pour water in coffee maker due to short cord in the middle dresser no sticks to stir coffee and paid for parking if known would of gone to different hotel

The staff was excellent. The bed was great. But the AC / heater unit made an annoying noise all throughout the night I wasn't able to get a good sleep. I should have talked to the front desk but I decided to just leave it alone.

Stayed there for 1 night on November 2nd with my friend to see the Jonas Brothers concert. Beds were comfortable, great service, nice breakfast. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Will definitely recommend staying here again if im in town

First 2 nights, the AC didn't seem to work and only the fan came on. The maintenance guy was out of office and Alex got on the phone with him and did what he could for me. Breakfast was just okay. Our tv signal was poor on just about every channel. The receptionist was willing to come to our room and help but it was getting late. The price was good and we got what we paid for but expected. Nothing really bad, just nothing really good either!

Since it was heating season the window unit I noticed was quiet enough. When it came on and off. So it didn't keep me awake at night. I had a shower handle that wasn't working properly. The young man checking us in was great, very fun to tlk to. The breakfast was really not good, and food ran out fast. The gentleman putting out the food was geat, and was working hard to keep everything full, there were just a lot of people.

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

When somebody took a shower you can hear the water draining. The air conditioning goes on and off and you can't keep it on a steady fan all the time waking you up. Not the best of stays.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke upon entry, numerous patches in the walls. Alarm clock buttons were broken or nonfunctional.

We were first assigned to Room 120; however the television would not work. We notified the front desk, unplugged the TV from the wall and it still did not work. She moved us to Room 119 and all was good.

A great value for the price, especially when compared to downtown hotels. Lots of restaurants nearby was a bonus. Not fancy, but functional. Extra kudos to housekeeping, who did more than one would expect for the price.

It was good for the night. No amenities like soap or shamppo. Glad I had some in my suitcase. Room was ok. Bed was ok. The area was a little noisy with traffic.

I've stayed at this hotel a handful of times. The hotel rooms are well kept. There is some carpet damage ever now and then, but nothing that is disrupting to the stay. Great place for an affordable price!

Met a friend from out of town that was visiting. Room smelled clean and bathroom was small but well kept. Seemed to be well kept.

On my trip down, I stayed at a Days Inn in Maume Ohio, my bed had dirty sheets I had one towel , the room was in disarray ; and my cc was charged 20 dollars more then I was told. Loved the location easy to walk to everything. Easiest check in and out process ever. Valet was very helpful, car tire was low on air they filled the tire and let us know immediately so we weren’t stuck when we went to leave.

Conveniently located downtown. A little off the core of downtown, but everything downtown is still walkable. The rooms are specious and quiet with high ceilings. Use the valet. There is a garage across the street, but the valet is much more convenient and reasonably priced when you are comparing it to surrounding garages. The breakfast is standard Home2 breakfast. The day time staff member was great, just the over night one was not friendly at all or approachable, lobby could be a lot nicer and breakfast could be better

Most everything was great aside from the condition of my specific room. Cracked window in several places, toilet not properly sealed to the floor, signs of black mold forming in the bathroom, and overall several noticeable signs of previous damage that was given shoddy repair jobs that made the vibe not so great. The room as a whole was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The eggs and sausage were nasty. The taste and texture did not seem like it was real food. The room looked like it had not been updated since 1999. The trim on walls and around doors needed cleaned and painted. The shower had weak water pressure and the design of the shower and curtain allowed water to go all over the floor.

The rooms were clean but the walls were very thin and we could hear everything in surrounding rooms. Pillows were short and thick sort of like a kids squish mellow pillow. Breakfast was provided and adequate.

Decent. Staff responded well when there was an issue with the tv. The rooms and hallways seemed much smaller than is typically the case for a Comfort Inn. It seemed like they were in the middle of some kind of renovation as the hallway had a lot of paint splashes. But the beds were comfortable and everything else was ok.

They were doing some minor work, that no way interfered my stay. Staff was Excellent!! So Helpful in Every Way!! Respect Given, Respect Received!! Very Hard Working Maintenance Man goes Non Stop!!! Didn't See Him Stationary once...Don't Know What They Are Paying Him, But He Definitely Deserves A Substantial Raise!!! I don’t get the horrible reviews at this place! Check in was quick and easy, the hotel was comfortable and quiet, the bed was VERY comfortable. Only complaints was it wasn’t the cleanest stay ever-but for the price it worked. Super close to downtown and everything we were doing for the weekend!

The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't try the breakfast because I slept in after a long drive. I was booked for two nights but left before the second night because of weather. My only complaint is that nowhere on this site or even through the hotel chains app did it state that the pool was closed.

The rooms were clean, only issue with it is the fact that the appliances and everything inside were a little dated. Biggest concern would be the shower tub, there were no grips in the tub so there was a chance for a fall injury. Another issue would be the bed frame, there's a metal bar that stuck out and a guest could potentially get injured as well.

The room was clean and the linens were fresh. The shower was a little weak and the towels a little thin, but about what you'd expect for a Comfort Inn. The staff was helpful and friendly, the location was good, and the price was significantly less than comparable hotels. On a very busy sports weekend, this was overall a pretty good deal.
