Came here for an industry exhibition. The group rate made it more competitive. The parking is not very clear. There are two entrances both show all the other brands. Drove By the first entrance because JW Marriott was not shown. Check in was pretty quick. Room was good. On then 9th floor corner. Wish had higher floor but the 9th was decent. The only major problem I had was I found a bug in my bed and NO ONE showed any concern! When I showed the afternoon clerk the glass I caught the bug he smiled and said “Sorry” and offered me a new glass. When I complained at check out, the clerk just laughed and when I asked to talk to management, he smirked and told me they were all in a meeting.

Room was incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent and kind! Only issue was the hinge on my door was gone, so I was unable to deadbolt my door at night. Fortunately I could still close the security latch while in my room at night. Rest of stay was great!

Although it is near the airport, the free shuttle takes more than ten minutes and goes around the airport. I waited a long time for the airport pick-up. Finally, I called and it arrived in 10 minutes. The deposit refund was very slow and I have not received it yet.

I was initially on the 10th floor but I got dizzy so they moved me to the 3rd floor.

The fitness center was well equipped, the bar area is very nice, and the location was great. It would have been nice to have an on site laundry & although this is a historic beautiful hotel, it is also very expensive. I always find it ironic that the more expensive a hotel is, the fewer amenities are included with your stay. No free parking, breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

Omni was great! Food was good and it was walking distance to everything we needed for the weekend- restaurants, convention center and punch bowl social. Service and overall hotel was a great stay.

Great stay. In town for GenCon 2026 and had an incredible time. Our room was clean. No issues with the amenities. Staff was always happy to answer questions. Short walk to the convention made this a great weekend!

The room description was actually incorrect on the trip.com description. When I got to my room and saw the room was not what I had booked, I went to the front desk and they immediately switched me to the room I needed with no questions, charges, etc. Their staff was wonderful!

Signs around the hotel as well as increased valet parking due to construction -parking at this time was a nightmare and extremely expensive

Historic Hotel, and if you ask, they will show you where the old portion of the train station is. Can see what the place looked like in the early 1900's. Very cool. Great staff. Room service was awesome. Would book again in a heart beat.

The room was spotless but loud, we were next to the private housekeeping space and heard the elevator and loud bangs. This place is always a wonderful time! The staff go above and beyond to assure an amazing stay, no matter the occasion. If ever anything is wrong, they quickly make it right. This place is my special treat to myself anytime I need a getaway!

Front desk and capitol restaurant staff were very friendly, also surprised my wife and I with a cheesecake, a rose and glass of champagne for our 34th wedding anniversary.

The rooms are quite dated for a high end hotel. They were clean but it is due for an upgrade at this price point.

A/C didn’t work well, bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom tub was chipping, dirty. Would recommend looking for different options if you’re staying near the airport.

My hotel stay was fair. My ac would not change from 77. Also, I asked someone to come by and pick up our trash and used towels and no one never did.

Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.

An unexpected and very special boutique hotel, worth a visit for anyone visiting Indianapolis

just bought muffins to go. not the best. the room was huge and comfortable. location was great, being across from the garage.

A clean room, a nice shower, and a safe place are what I want and this Super 8 delivered. We got here after midnight and the check in was effortless.

Parking was easy and secure. Check in staff was friendly and quick. Check out staff was sleeping at counter. Clean, comfortable room. 2nd night neighbors next door and across hall VERY noisy and taking running room chair up and down hall. Figured staff could see that since they have cameras in the hallway. Breakfast was ok, enough to start the day. Only one spoon available at 8am.

The room was dated 1970 and smelled old. The tv service was around 10 basic channels most of the programs were local news. The shower pull knob did not work to transition the water from tub spout to shower head. The breakfast was in eatable.

Nice place. If you're on a budget. Would have been nice to have a pool or a Jacuzzi. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The decor was beautiful and unique. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay! They must have been under construction because it was loud with banging and other things from early in the morning. Very disruptive. Also, the room service was unavailable while we were there.

I love this hotel. It is SUPER dog friendly- they don't just accept dogs they love them. You get cute handmade treats and your dog gets all the love from the staff and there are water bowls throughout and the room is outfitted with bowls etc. it's a very clean nice hotel, parking is so easy and the attached restaurants are delicious. One of my favourite places to stay with my dog!

Everything was so good & outstanding! From the cleanliness & structure of the room & bathroom! The view was amazing, staff was perfect, everything was equivalent to a 5 star hotel & now we have a favorite go to spot in Indianapolis for sure!

Hotel and all of its employees were extremely helpful, kind, and courteous to us , our kids, and our dog. They have multitudes or activities around for family or just for couples. The rooms were clean, bathroom and showers were amazing. And rooms were essentially sound proof which is important to us traveling with kids and a dog.

The staff was excellent. The bed was great. But the AC / heater unit made an annoying noise all throughout the night I wasn't able to get a good sleep. I should have talked to the front desk but I decided to just leave it alone.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, and breakfast was an extra à la carte charge with limited options. There's a commercial center, supermarket, and restaurants a short drive away.

When you book, ask the staff if there is a large group that's reserved because we paid good money to stay for 2 nights and a softball team of young kids were staying. The kids literally was playing tag in the hallways, loud yelling, running wild with no parental supervision. We couldn't enjoy our balcony in peace because the parents and the kids were in the courtyard being extremely loud! Not respecting...

The bed was very soft and there was little to no water pressure. There were stains on the sofa and the wall beside the toilet looked like a violent crime had been committed under blacklight.

We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!

Don't get ahead of yourself when you see the pool area, make sure you put away your card before you even think about swimming because when I saw the pool my kids just went in and forgot that they had the card, but then it was too late. But luckily the card was waterproof.

Quaint hotel with amazing staff. They were able to accommodate a room change last minute for me. Valet was also very nice and fairly quick. Room was comfortable, though the mattress was very very firm and the blankets are thin.

The location was very nicely situated only a block from the Soldiers and Sailors monument in downtown Indianapolis and it was convenient to everything. If you’re OK with an older building and don’t wish to use a hot tub, this would be a great place.

We were celebrating our 56th anniversary. We had dinner in the restaurant and received complimentary wine. We walked down the street to hear the Indianapolis Symphony concert. What a fabulous location. Valet parking meant no stress to find a parking garage.
