This is a super convenient hotel, close to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center & Circle Centre Mall. Rooms were clean & updated, hotel atmosphere was great with plenty of space to hang out with friends, and the hotel restaurant was fantastic.
Everything was very good restaurants nice but costly Staff very nice would definitely stay again if funds permits
Absolutely beautiful lobby. Very spacious and welcoming and a good place to relax. Basic room but very comfortable and clean. Beware the $50 resort charge; but they make up for it in free offers. Within walking distance of the football stadium. All in all, a nice place to stay if you ever find yourself in Indianapolis.
I would have given a 5 for services except there was no hot water the day I checked which made the shower I took a little frosty! And we did not get hot water until the next morning.
👌It's close to the battle hall, but the management is a bit chaotic
Great staff, very clean. Love the lobby area with lots of food options. Valet guys were on top of things. (Thank you Miguel!) Overall excellent experience. Thank you!

Usually a nice experience, but water (unknown source) kept backing up in bathroom sink making room smell like a sewer. Woman at front desk said nothing they could do about it, disappointing all around.
Clean, nice hotel. Very walkable for restaurants and our reason for being there, Lucas Oil Stadium
Easy check in and very nice and clean rooms. I really like staying there. The o ly provle. Is that it is so expensive be ause its close to Lucas Oil Stadium. ******* saved me some money money for the room. I suggest using the valet parking since its only $7.00 more to have them park your car instead of getting stuck trying to get out of the self parking after an event at the stadium.
A+++ stay Room was very comfortable & our floor was very quiet! We are in Indy to watch the Big 10 women’s basketball tournament so we have not been in our room a lot but when we were - it was very nice & clean. We always choose Weston if it is available.
We have stayed at this property many times before. The renovations they’ve made are awesome. We enjoy the convenience of being able to walk downtown and all the fine restaurants surrounding it. Their new restaurant downstairs is also fantastic. Had lunch there and it was awesome. Also had late night drinks at the sports bar. Love the stay and the atmosphere. We all go back
Our stay was fantastic! The building itself seems to be newly renovated and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable. Very walkable from downtown!

Very good location. Room is comfortable and spacious. Staff is courteous.
The Eagle's Nest Restaurant and Lounge sits atop The Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis. Offering elegant dining and craft cocktails, the staff meets your every need. Nice hotel. Staff was friendly and inviting. The location is close to the Circle Center Mall and many downtown restaurants and nightlife. I recommend visiting The Eagles' Nest for dinner or drinks while you're there, fantastic views of the city.
We stayed here while in town for a convention. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool was easily the highlight for our trip, it was SO WARM and our daughter wanted to stay and play all weekend!
It's a very nice hotel. The check in and check out process was easy. The room was nice and clean. A good view too. Close to dining and attractions. I would definately recommend this hotel.

It was just average. Nothing special. Amenities could have been nicer, I could have been asked if I wanted internet, electrical sockets were very loose. I expected more from Marriott.
Bar stayed open until midnight and the pool is open until 11pm! The kids loved that plus the bistro was delicious! Amazing room and the hotel staff was very kind.
Great hotel I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. A big 'shout out' to Kara who works at the front desk and helped make a very frustrating day a little better!
Road trip We live this hotel. Walking distance to Keystone Fashion Mall. Bar is a great place to relax.
Good spot. Nice restaurant with lake view. Close to many amenities and a walking path around lake. Rooms are good for value
The hotel itself is nice, clean amd thebstaff were all very friendlyband professional. Nit a bigbfan of the sliding glass bathroom door. It looks nice, but provides very little privacy. The size of the room and batroom were fine. The rooom was clean, housekeeping was great. The restaurant was a bit pricey for what was offered. Indy Haven We really enjoyed our stay. It was a weekend trip with my husband. We've stayed at nice hotels but we felt like the Conrad staff really went over and beyond to take care of us. The pool and hot tub were really great added amenities and everything was well kept.
I loved the quietness but still in the city. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was there celebrating my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back in the future for my anniversary in the summer.
after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. Comfy but under construction. It was great but under construction and we had to enter a different way. There’s not enough parking right now. The one elevator wasn’t working. But it was a nice room and comfortable. No problems and staff was friendly. Front desk was set up on like yard sale tables with table cloths.
The friendliest hotel I have stayed in, by far!! From Jeff the front desk person, to the restaurant staff and housekeeping-everyone seemed like they genuinely wanted to make the stay as comfortable and friendly as possible.
Nice First room was absolutely nice only thing the was the heat would not turn off. We gave Gave it overnight to see if things will change call front desk in the morning and was moved with no hesitation very nice maintenance man. Nice people all around thank you. Awesome job.
Business trip with a little spice (wings) I love this location because the staff is always friendly and I love the chili wings.
Nice place but really hot 79F room Our room was 79F degrees when we got in late at night, making it very uncomfortable to get rest in. it was clean and nice but temperature that high seems like an obvious oversight.
Under construction. No lounge on friday and Saturday. If i had known that before i booked i would have stayed somewhere else.

I highly recommend staying in the Pullman Car room! My fourteen year old daughter and I had a blast stepping back in time walking around looking at all of the train cars reading the names of famous people of the past that are painted on the side of the cars and on plaques on the doors to the rooms in them. It was a great lesson in history sparking some very good questions and answers about the people
I stayed at the Crowne Plaza 30+ times over the last seven years. We have also had a big customer conference held there with 150 participants. First: The Grand Hall at Union Station is beautiful and makes for a great customer event center. Second: the hotel is under an active train track, so about half of the rooms experience rumbling and shaking from the trains occasionally at all times of the...

Good not great Nice room but not quiet. Highway and hallway noise. Nice bar and restaurant. Didn’t eat there because of the terrible Yelp reviews. Great Hotel! Bringing my own pillows next time. Our stay was great minus the pillows. The room was spacious and clean. Shower had good pressure. But sleeping was difficult due pillows being flat and instantly becoming nonexistent when you would use them.

Amazing place. Comfortable beds and pillows. Absolutely friendly staff. Great architecture and design incorporated into the building. Comfort coffee mugs. Highly recommended! Worth the price for what you get.
From the moment we arrived for my husband's birthday we had a great experience with the staff. From Jason at the valet to Taylor at the front desk the service was excellent. Loved staying at this hotel! Room was excellent and continental breakfast was great! This hotel is in such a great location very walkable to all sporting facilities and other attractions! The staff here was also the best!! The only this that would have made our experience better would have been a pool at the hotel! Regardless, would 100% stay here again!!

Staff is very friendly!! The room is very clean even the towels were decoratively folded. Not really up to the standard that it used to be but they still do a very good job. Overview: A decent place, hotel quality at motel pricing, especially if caught on sale (well worth the $45 a night I paid) and staff was willing to make changes for us to have a pleasant. Lovely, affordable hotel. I don't stay here expecting the Ritz-Carlton or anything like that. The rooms have apparently been recently renovated and they make for a lovely home away from home. I was in a hurry to travel, so I stayed for one night. I was surprised that the hotel actually provided a free airport shuttle bus. I waited in Zone 2 as shown in the picture. The airport hotel bus is fine. The hotel is very new and the facilities are easy to use. It's a chain hotel, but I'm generally satisfied.

The staff, lodging, and food were 10/10 phenomenal experience. The only constructive criticism was that the pool was not filtering correctly and was murky.
Very nice, close to the canal for walking and running. Not too far from downtown. Very nice gym and pool.

Check in great Staff great Room - meh but I just needed a bed Not enough pillows ugh Shuttle to airport great
You get what you pay for a bit. The hotel has all the amenities and bare necessities you would want. But there was not always someone at the front desk if an issue arose. Everyone was helpful when they were there though.
Disappointing.  I had a two night stay and I asked for my room to be cleaned with fresh towels and it was never done.  The room was not totally cleaned.  There were some things left behind from a previous occupant.
The location is perfect for us when we travel from east coast to mid west. Easily accessible from interstate and clean.
It's just a place to stay near the airport. The general feel of the hotel is dirty, but the room was fairly clean. The shuttle service to the airport was reliable and on time.
Stayed a night back in summer of 2017. It's close to the airport and, like the park & fly deal: able to leave my vehicle for a couple weeks while on vacation. Although I had no problems, the only thing I didn't care for was leaving it parked out back the entire time.

Loved it!! Our room is very clean. The front desk was very helpful when I needed a couple things. The breakfast that was included was delicious and all of the staff was very kind! I will be rebooking there for our next trip to town!
Check in time was supposed to be 4pm and it wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. Other than that the stay was great!
There were electrical issues-we lost power in our bathroom twice and had to notify the desk. They promptly had maintenance address the issue and gave us use of an unoccupied room to shower while the problem was fixed. Also, the gentleman responsible for the breakfast buffet was overly chatty with guests to the point of letting food run out.
Our stay was great! Rooms where clean and beds very comfortable. For what we’re paid for room rate, which was reasonable, the hotel had great amenities as far as workout room and pool. Our kids had a ball and the Complementary breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.
In name only I feel this location needs some Holiday Inn oversight. It definitely does not feel like an express. While the shell of the hotel is Holiday Inn, the rooms are not. Also the drive into the hotel is confusing and not in good shape. The bathrooms in particular need serious updating. See photos, the tub was not set right, so it makes loud poping and crunching noises when you move. I felt sorry...
