Good location if you take an airplane in IND airport. convenient shuttle service.
Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.
The Delta Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were awesome. Very comfortable beds. Outstanding staff, always willing to accommodate your needs. The restaurant has very delicious food. Overall, I give this hotel a 5-star rating.
The Delta Hotel by Marriott is absolutely a five star hotel. Incredible staff, received a very warm welcome and very accommodating. The restaurant has great food and wonderful servers. Beautiful property great location and conveniently located to and from the Indianapolis International Airport. Will definitely be booking this hotel for future trips.
The property was clean and somewhat close to the airport with a free shuttle. It had reasonable breakfast options. But for a room reserved for three, I would have expected the pull-out couch to be made up, and three towels to be provided, which they were not.
The hotel is very new, the room is not big, the facilities are complete, there is a free airport shuttle, the front desk service attitude is good, it is no problem to sleep for one night during the transfer

Stayed here to attend Carmel Christkindlmarkt. Easy to find right off the interstate loop around Indy, easy to check in with free parking onsite. Loved the lobby Christmas tree and Christmas music piped in over the speakers. Upper floor King suite gave us plenty of room and high vantage point over the city. 1st night we relaxed with the Kickback, lounge area was clean and kept clean by staff. ...
We were in town for a theater show and cheer competition. Even with local construction, easy to get to! We arrived right at check in. Staff was very friendly. Easy and quick check in. We are a family of 6 so we had to get a suite. Beautiful view. Nice room, very clean. The Kickback was why we chose this place. It was exactly as listed- FREE. Including adult beverages. Great food for adults AND kids...
Litterally the best hotel ranking second from the one in lafayette indiana. Kia from lafayette hooked me up after hearing about my father's heart attack/ 4 way bypass surgery sheduled in Indianapolis, which a hospital discount, extra free food cards to use outside the hotel and even ways to earn better points for the future that I didnt know about. The freebies that come with your stay here are so...
Always feel pampered and enjoy the Drury . Its like a small resort . No need to leave rooms are large and comfy and two fabulous mmeals and happy hour .
Room was great! Staff was very courteous and kind. The pool was a bit of a disappointment as it connected to the outside and there were leaves floating in the pool.
I was surprised that this hotel provides free diner including beverage and alcohol.

Hotel is close to IND airport.
Nothing special, just a clean room in a good location to the airport. Nothing to do with kids, but no complaint. We just needed two beds... FREE airport shuttle is plus
Very friendly front desk staff, good value and perfect location for travel!
Good stay, comfortable beds and the staff was excellent
I was in a hurry to travel, so I stayed for one night. I was surprised that the hotel actually provided a free airport shuttle bus. I waited in Zone 2 as shown in the picture. The airport hotel bus is fine. The hotel is very new and the facilities are easy to use. It's a chain hotel, but I'm generally satisfied.
I only stayed for one night. It seemed like there was a party in the lobby and it was very lively. I felt it was quite standard. Parking 🅿️ was also very convenient. There is a supermarket nearby but you need to drive 🚗

The staff was excellent. The bed was great. But the AC / heater unit made an annoying noise all throughout the night I wasn't able to get a good sleep. I should have talked to the front desk but I decided to just leave it alone.
Spotless room, amazing view of Lucas Oil Stadium, very nice bathroom and comfortable beds.
The rooms are clean and the staff seems nice but the rooms are incredibly small and cramped. There is no room to put your luggage without tripping over everything. I won’t stay there again.
The rooms were small and the air system didn’t function properly. Also not having a closet didn’t help.
Stayed there for 1 night on November 2nd with my friend to see the Jonas Brothers concert. Beds were comfortable, great service, nice breakfast. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Will definitely recommend staying here again if im in town
First 2 nights, the AC didn't seem to work and only the fan came on. The maintenance guy was out of office and Alex got on the phone with him and did what he could for me. Thats excellent customer service! After troubleshooting the unit and confirming something was wrong, Alex changed me rooms and made sure the new room was comfortable. Additionally, he also made sure to move me as close to my old...

When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after...
The young man checking us in was great, very fun to tlk to. The breakfast was really not good, and food ran out fast. The gentleman putting out the food was geat, and was working hard to keep everything full, there were just a lot of people.
Everything was great. The staff was very professional. We will be staying again.
Good place to stay. The area around the hotel wasn't the best but I didn't feel unsafe. I stayed here because it was more affordable then places in Bloomington. Would stay again if we needed a place in Indy.
Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!
When somebody took a shower you can hear the water draining. The air conditioning goes on and off and you can't keep it on a steady fan all the time waking you up. Not the best of stays.

Breakfast was fine with plenty of choices, staff were friendly and helpful. rooms were clean on arrival but all other cleaning was on request.
Loved the location easy to walk to everything. Easiest check in and out process ever. Valet was very helpful, car tire was low on air they filled the tire and let us know immediately so we weren’t stuck when we went to leave.
Really enjoyed my stay. Great location for downtown Indy. Contemporary style with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Ben, Christa, Nick, and Anna were standouts during my stay, but every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional.
The room was decent and not too cramped. The beds were relatively comfortable, the shower could use more pressure. Breakfast was average for the type of hotel. It was pretty much what I expected.

Conveniently located downtown. A little off the core of downtown, but everything downtown is still walkable. The rooms are specious and quiet with high ceilings. Use the valet. There is a garage across the street, but the valet is much more convenient and reasonably priced when you are comparing it to surrounding garages. The breakfast is standard Home2 breakfast. A bit more than continental breakfast...

I was there for a business meeting today and everyone from the elevator guy to the people serving lunch were excellent. They had a tasty dressing for the salad and everything was quite good. Highly recommend for professional meetings.
What a beautiful place to have a christmas party. The view was amazing of the monument circle with the lighted christmas tree. The service was fantastic.Ken was amazing bartender on the fifth floor for our party and the drinks were very strong and very delicious ken.Even made us a lavender martini that he made up, that was unbelievable. The doorman was exceptional, and he even had to help one of our employees...
The Columbus Club in Indianapolis was a nice venue that beautifully marries history with elegance. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a sense of timeless charm, enhanced by its rich historical significance. The on-site library is a highlight, filled books and artifacts that reflect the club's storied past. Whether you’re attending an event or enjoying a meal, the atmosphere is warm...
I have been coming to the Columbia Club since I was a little kid and this past summer we had the most wonderful wedding at the Columbia Club in September of this year! It all came together beautifully and I could not recommend more. The Columbia Club went the extra mile, made things convenient, and truly worked with us like a partnership through this entire process. We worked with Taylor and she was...
The lobby and building are beautiful. The bed/mattress was very comfortable. Staff and valet were friendly.
Nice place with great view of Monument Circle. Staff are generally nice. Valet staff was very helpful, especially helping to move props and gifts. Elevators are spacious. Food was good.

We were looking at using the inn and nearby gazebo as a wedding venue. We stopped in to see if anyone was able to give us details and Eleni, the sales director, happened to be on shift. She was great to chat with and incredibly helpful. Although we went a different direction with our event, we’ll definitely come back for a stay because of her!
On our way to Arizona and spun out on 465 so we parked it, our 40ft motorhome had a whole lot to itself thankfully and stayed safe! We ended up staying here a lot longer than intended but so thankful for the staff for working with us and our kitty Stinky✨ we tend to leave stuff behind in rooms and they always made sure we got it back not once but twice from moving rooms so much! 😂 The breakfast is...
We stayed at the Kendall Inn (Fort Harrison State Park Inn) on our way from Virginia to Iowa. We love to stay at historic hotels and this one has lots of history. The Inn is in the Fort Harrison state park, which is the grounds of the former Fort Benjamin Harrison, an army fort that opened in 1906. The army fort was an infantry training group and housed prisoners of war during World War I. Then, it...
WOW!! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff! Rooms are amazing!!! The bathroom in my room.. with two rooms I miss it so much! With the park practically in the back yard, you won’t find a better place to stay in Indianapolis !
Amazing historical hotel. Our room was huge and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Also we had jacuzzi in our room, so it was nice to take a bubble bath after long hot day. Personal was nice and helpful. The hotel is a little bit far from the Downtown, but if we were need to stay in Indianapolis again we would still stay there.
Tina the manager goes above & beyond expectations. A fine, kind lady who assures your stay is @ top of all State Park Inn offering of all State Parks. We have stayed at all 7 Inns and Tina & her efficient staff are TOP OF LIST!! Continues to asks everytime anything else you need or want she can do for all the guests. Super clean, large room! Good breakfast, bed ok, great pillows. Great stay for the price!
Great staff, helped checking in when we had our toddler, making it quick and offering some drinks for him.
The room was clean and the staff was nice. The free breakfast was the standard offerings, nothing to rave about.
The room was amazing. It was clean and was one of the most welcoming rooms I have stayed in, in a long time.
Check in was quick and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. We rode a very early shuttle to the airport and it was great. We will return whenever we need a room near the airport. Thank you!!
The television read "NO SIGNAL." I called the front desk. They told me to connect a series of cords into the modem. That didn't work. I called again and the young lady tried again to explain what I was doing wrong. i gave up. I was surprised that this wasn't addressed the next day of my stay. NOPE! That's not how Mariott rolls. The A/C unit hummmms louder than the plans overhead.
