Wonderful experience overall! I remember staying at Union Station as a kid, and it's just as magical as I remember. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue, and very well put-together breakfast. Definitely going to be visiting again in the future!

Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.

Great location for a pre-flight overnight. The hotel is newer. The furnishings are modern and clean. But most of all the staff are friendly and efficient. We arrived on a snowy night and both the front desk and restaurant staff,who were understaffed, worked calmly and quickly. Bravo!

Always feel pampered and enjoy the Drury . Its like a small resort . No need to leave rooms are large and comfy and two fabulous mmeals and happy hour .

Room was great! Staff was very courteous and kind. The pool was a bit of a disappointment as it connected to the outside and there were leaves floating in the pool.

The property was fine but ******* did not send our reservation to the hotel so we had lots of problems checking in.

The room was wonderful! Tonya was very helpful...We had a few minor things happen but she fixed them strait away! We will always stay here when we are in town! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

very clean room, staff was understanding and helpful without giving off any bad attitude. this Sleep Inn was maybe at 1/3rd capacity and very quiet. I missed breakfast so no opinion there. however I would stay here again and again.

Breakfast was just okay. Our tv signal was poor on just about every channel. The receptionist was willing to come to our room and help but it was getting late. The price was good and we got what we paid for but expected. Nothing really bad, just nothing really good either!

Since it was heating season the window unit I noticed was quiet enough. When it came on and off. So it didn't keep me awake at night. I had a shower handle that wasn't working properly. Which is always unfortunate. More and more I find hotels that just had so many minor maintenance issues that are unaddressed

I was in a hurry to travel, so I stayed for one night. I was surprised that the hotel actually provided a free airport shuttle bus. I waited in Zone 2 as shown in the picture. The airport hotel bus is fine. The hotel is very new and the facilities are easy to use. It's a chain hotel, but I'm generally satisfied.

I only stayed for one night. It seemed like there was a party in the lobby and it was very lively. I felt it was quite standard. Parking 🅿️ was also very convenient. There is a supermarket nearby but you need to drive 🚗

The staff was excellent. The bed was great. But the AC / heater unit made an annoying noise all throughout the night I wasn't able to get a good sleep. I should have talked to the front desk but I decided to just leave it alone.

Spotless room, amazing view of Lucas Oil Stadium, very nice bathroom and comfortable beds.

The rooms are clean and the staff seems nice but the rooms are incredibly small and cramped. There is no room to put your luggage without tripping over everything. I won’t stay there again.

The rooms were small and the air system didn’t function properly. Also not having a closet didn’t help.

Stayed there for 1 night on November 2nd with my friend to see the Jonas Brothers concert. Beds were comfortable, great service, nice breakfast. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Will definitely recommend staying here again if im in town

First 2 nights, the AC didn't seem to work and only the fan came on. The maintenance guy was out of office and Alex got on the phone with him and did what he could for me. It was spotless and very comfortable. Jeff helped out tremendously when they had ran out of the requested room. He set me up with a good option that worked out for me and my family.

We stayed at this location 50 years ago on the first night of our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary! Around 12 AM, Heating/AC unit beeped throughout the night. Front desk stated Maintenance would arrive first thing in the morning. No one arrived.

Loved the location easy to walk to everything. Easiest check in and out process ever. Valet was very helpful, car tire was low on air they filled the tire and let us know immediately so we weren’t stuck when we went to leave.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location for downtown Indy. Contemporary style with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Ben, Christa, Nick, and Anna were standouts during my stay, but every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional.

The room was decent and not too cramped. The beds were relatively comfortable, the shower could use more pressure. Breakfast was average for the type of hotel. It was pretty much what I expected.
