Historic Hotel, and if you ask, they will show you where the old portion of the train station is. Can see what the place looked like in the early 1900's. Very cool. Great staff. Room service was awesome. Would book again in a heart beat.

Wonderful experience overall! I remember staying at Union Station as a kid, and it's just as magical as I remember. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful venue, and very well put-together breakfast. Definitely going to be visiting again in the future!

We stayed in a train car this time and it was so unique! Hotel was spotless clean, staff was nice and so fun, great with the kids, restaurant was delicious. Heating / air conditioning units in room do a poor job. Gym is good. Housekeeping staff should not wear heavy perfumes that leave an odor in the rooms. Do not disturb signs should be provided to prevent early morning barge-in.

Great location for a pre-flight overnight. The hotel is newer. The furnishings are modern and clean. But most of all the staff are friendly and efficient. We arrived on a snowy night and both the front desk and restaurant staff,who were understaffed, worked calmly and quickly. Bravo!

The property was fine but ******* did not send our reservation to the hotel so we had lots of problems checking in.

very clean room, staff was understanding and helpful without giving off any bad attitude. this Sleep Inn was maybe at 1/3rd capacity and very quiet. I missed breakfast so no opinion there. however I would stay here again and again.

Breakfast was just okay. Our tv signal was poor on just about every channel. The receptionist was willing to come to our room and help but it was getting late. The price was good and we got what we paid for but expected. Nothing really bad, just nothing really good either!

Since it was heating season the window unit I noticed was quiet enough. When it came on and off. So it didn't keep me awake at night. I had a shower handle that wasn't working properly. Which is always unfortunate. More and more I find hotels that just had so many minor maintenance issues that are unaddressed

An ok place to stay for the night to be close to the airport. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a vacation stop.

Staff was friendly, room cleanliness was ok. Parking area wasn't very inviting n breakfast was a huge disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy to control temperature to be comfortable. I greatly appreciated that the manager upgraded us to a room with a pull-out sofa bed so the three of us each had a bed.

Cons: The sheets were very stained and filthy. I didn’t notice until morning because I got in late and it was dark but it felt very gross to have slept on what looked like a HUGE urine stain. I don’t get the horrible reviews at this place! Check in was quick and easy, the hotel was comfortable and quiet, the bed was VERY comfortable. Only complaints was it wasn’t the cleanest stay ever-but for the price it worked. Super close to downtown and everything we were doing for the weekend!

Lovely staff from check-in to dining. All staff were smiling and interact well with each other and the customers. They made me feel welcoming. The room was spacious with many features such as kitchen appliances. It was a great for our needs. Good shower temperature and pressure. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Love the TV can spin. Overall a great place to stay. I will recommend.

We are on the road for work quite a bit, and always stay at Marriott hotels. This is by far the best Residence Inn we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are super clean and the staff is amazing. Terril at the front desk always has a smile on her face and went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would absolutely stay here again!

My new favorite place to stay when I’m working in the area. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern with a full stock of dishes and utensils.

We were in Indianapolis on Dec 4th. We had to check in about 9 o’clock and were greeted by a very helpful young man. The room we were given was unbelievable. The entire room was perfect. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choices, staff were friendly and helpful. rooms were clean on arrival but all other cleaning was on request.

Loved the location easy to walk to everything. Easiest check in and out process ever. Valet was very helpful, car tire was low on air they filled the tire and let us know immediately so we weren’t stuck when we went to leave.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location for downtown Indy. Contemporary style with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Ben, Christa, Nick, and Anna were standouts during my stay, but every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional.

The room was decent and not too cramped. The beds were relatively comfortable, the shower could use more pressure. Breakfast was average for the type of hotel. It was pretty much what I expected.
