There was blood on the sheets and my daughter got ate up with bed bugs I really want a refund

Go somewhere else it’s not worth the money and the location is in the middle of gang lands

Out of the 6 nights I had booked I had clean towels for 3 of those nights. Even after asking for fresh ones all I got in response was “we’re out”. And had to buy my own shampoo/conditioner while there as the provided packets are near impossible to open.

Holes in the curtains. The door didn't lock at all. The bathroom door was a sliding door with no privacy. Bare bolt sticking out of the wall. Either leaves or bugs in the air conditioner, not sure on that one. One of the pillows had a bloodstain on it and upon request they said they didn't have anymore to replace it with.

OMG, this place was the worst place I ever stayed. The room was dirty , shower moldy, sink lose, roaches crawling, no smoke detector, and lots of suspicious activity. The room is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. While checking out we had to wait for them to inspect the room (lol) to get the deposit back and he had nerve to complain by saying it's ok but not ok. Never again

My first room was not to our satisfaction, stained pillows, stained mattress, air conditioner didn't work etc. However the manager Ali helped us out. Staff was nice and courteous, the 2nd room a deluxe suite was much much better than the first. We only ended up staying 3 days but it was nice. Do pay attention that there is a 50 dollar deposit at checkout, it's not obvious on the booking site but it is hidden in the details. Do try to rent a deluxe room if you're not too tight on money you'll be much happier with the room. The area around the hotel is definitely rough and there are some rough looking folks around the area as well.

Rooms are very spacious, but there is a large open space with no sitting chair or desk. The pillows on my couch are bigger than what is on the beds.
I hate the zoom-bot check in.

Horrible
Bed sheets were stained, there was no fire alarm, we were given a half used roll of toilet paper, a worker just randomly barged into our room in the middle of the day. We also weren’t given our $50 deposit back because of the dirtiness of the room from before we got there

Roach infested wouldn’t give us our deposit back because of dirty laundry saying we stained everything but it was dirt from there nasty ass floors

I was told that in addition to booking online that I would also have to put a 50 dollar deposit that would be returned to my account with in three weeks . It has been several months since I had my stay and no return on deposit, I took my own garbage bag and had cleaned the room myself before leaving. My night was bad, people going down hall pounding on wall and yelling went outside my room. we had a ground floor room and someone kept pacing back in forth outside our window, I shut the blinds so that nobody could look into the room. TV remote did not work and they did replace it with another remote the changed channels with the vol. and the channel button would turn the tv sound up and down. gas can was sitting outside my car when we left in the morning. I will be looking for a more honest place to stay next time.
