The entryway area was extremely clean when we arrived. The lady at the desk was courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast was the standard motel breakfast. The desk help was mopping and vacuuming the entry way in the morning. Very nice.

The AC/Heater in the room cracked and popped all night long every 5 to 10 seconds. It kept us awake all night and we needed to get up at 3:30am to catch a flight. I told the front desk in the am, and she didn't care a less. Guarantee if you get room 321 you will not sleep!

I stay here everytime I go on a trip and it’s always clean and a great stay! The shuttle is a huge plus and being able to leave my car there is so convenient.

Its an old hotel trying to look modern. There were holes in the sheets, dents in the walls and some paint missing. The ottoman smelled like urine. I parked the car as my party checked in. When I came in nobody was there behind the counter. During my entire stay, I never saw someome at the front desk. The only staff I saw was the housekeeper. We were woken up by someone pulling the fire alarm. While the shampoo, conditioner, soap brand is expensive, it ruined my hair, making it feel like straw. The beds were comfortable enough and the air temp was good. Soundproofing could be better.

I didn't stay at this hotel but was almost hit by their shuttle driver that was on duty tonight at 7:45 p.m. I am in a wheelchair and was using the sidewalk to get back to my hotel. As I came to the driveway for this hotel, I was very near to crossing when this driver sped out from the lot and blocked me from crossing. If I hadn't been paying attention, it would have been much worse. If this is the caliber of employees they hire, I'm really happy I chose another hotel. UPDATE: Right after this incident happened, I called and asked to speak with the manger. I was told she wasn't in, but I was adamant about speaking to her, so the employee (7:45 p.m.) took my number. Imagine my surprise when I didn't receive a call last night, or today. So, did the employee not give her my number, or does the manager not even care!? Probably both. Really glad I did not give this hotel my money during this trip!

Was here for two nights, as I ended a temp job in Des Moines, Close to the airport, in fact at the end of the run way. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable but a bit small compared to other Hampton Inns. The room was clean and neat as a pin. A plus for me is the small refrigerator in the room has a small freezer, important in that TAS required ice blocks to be FROZEN. All in all, I would go back for a couple of days if required. Oh yes and they have a good 24/7 shuttle service to the airport.

Room was extremely moist and humid. Floor felt wet/sticky. Room is rather small, outdated, tiny bathroom. Elevator had an offensive chemical smell. Overall, this is not a nice hotel at all. It’s a $40/night room at best and they are somehow charging a lot more. I would avoid. You can get far letter for the same money. This place is riding on the Hilton name. Also, no digital key like most Hilton properties.
