It was a lot of money for really bad food and drinks... The lack of waitstaff in the lounge, leaving us sitting forever... the check-in process was very slow. The bathroom needs a full makeover for the amount of money we paid for one night ($600+ fees).

Nice clean room with a waterfront view, comfortable bed and quiet setting. We only had breakfast while there. I had the Lobster Benedict both days. Delicious. Service was slow. Servers seemed disinterested in refilling coffee, checking on tables etc. otherwise overall a great place to stay.

A very quiet hotel with clean rooms. The hotel is close to the sea and the beach is the day after tomorrow. It is also very close to the Bar Harbor Pier. For dining, it is better to go to the Bar Harbor scenic area, where there are many choices.

The hotel is in a great location by the sea, and the restaurant is good. But the room is terrible, the soundproofing is very, very poor, you can hear the neighbors talking, turning on the tap, watching TV, and the carpet smells very bad. I went there just for the environment

The environment is good. The deposit is returned very slowly. It has been 40 days and it has not been returned yet.

The service is very good, and it is very convenient to have a shuttle bus to downtown. Close to the sea, the scenery is beautiful

We just checked out after a 2 night stay in Bar Harbor. Housekeeping didn't make up our room by 3:30pm. After calling housekeeping they confirmed my room number and said they would be right over to make up the room. They never showed up. Advised issue to front desk upon checkout and all they said was they would notify housekeeping manager. No effort to make things right. So much for customer service.

If you value customer service, there are many Inns in area offerng far better client care for a better price.

Disappointed.

I stayed here for 11 nights for work. This place has terrible wifi. Sometimes you're lucky to connect in your room. It was hard to get anything done here. They claim the island has a bad connection, but it works fine in town.

The room is spacious and clean but have a musky smell. There is a laundry room with 4 machines, but 2 washing machines spin cycle actually works.
Nice hot tub and has a heated pool. Breakfast isn’t bad with a view.

When I sit at the reception, I hear people complaining all the time about something not working. I cannot recommend this place.

Hotel has a great view of harbor. Rooms are clean & spacious. Had a billing issue desk clerk told us at check in that room included breakfast this was confirmed by our waiter. However at checkout this wasn't the case. Manager did resolve fully to our satisfaction. I recommend & would stay there again.

Great location, close to the ferry, which was great when you don't bring your car.
The only thing I thought could be improved was the front desk /reception area -it wasn't very nice. Very small, dark and very outdated not welcoming all.
