Wonderful service, high quality amenities, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

My wife and I had a great time here; all of Maine, but the Flagship was perfect to come back to each day. I went downstairs to the front office to get plates and bowls sometimes, and the clerks were super friendly and was able to answer any questions I had about good local places to go or anything else.
There's always coffee down there too.
The breakfast they serve in the restaurant building on their property is a much better breakfast than I was expecting, and probably some of the best I've had a hotel.
And the server remembered who I was and was friendly each morning.

Wonderful stay, and I highly recommend.

The place is Very Dated. Thin walls but for a night or 2 it’s ok. Rusty towel rack, painted tub/ shower, chairs were kinda nasty looking. Probably not going to stay there again.

The room and property were neat and clean. It was a slow time of year. The room was well organized and updated decor wise. The mattresses could use and upgrade as they were not the most comfortable. The breakfast was basic but fine. I would recommend offering some juices.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable & the staff was inattentive and disinterested in solving a problem with the TV that we had. I love Boothbay Harbor & visit frequently...now we may just be making day trips, because this is one of the only places to stay in town! Definitely not worth the price per night...

Do not stay on the bottom floor. They put wood floors in all the rooms, which makes the floor above you very loud with people walking.

room in good condition except for a loud heating unit was very disturbing throughout the night/ Received a less than warm and welcoming greeting from front desk at check-in

Check in was less than satisfactory. I was texted no less than five times to ask about check in and what time I'd be there. Then was advised office hours were limited. I saw nothing during booking that would have made me consider this. I found out the office was only open until 8:30pm. Then the man called me to push me into cutting my evening plans short so he could close the office and go home. Everyone else had checked in, so he was ready to leave. Mind you, I'm on vacation. I'm traveling. I have tickets to a show in town at a specific time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

heat not on in room when we arrived. heater was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. November 20th in Maine! "breakfast" was a joke.
