Staff was great. Our room was very clean. Amenities are limited, with additional cost for hair dryer, coffee pot, conditioner, ironing board, etc. Pillows were extremely flat. Its an extended stay hotel, so people cook here. The hallway smells can be overwhelming at times. It was garlic toast night when we were there! Make sure you understand which amenities are included in the price.Over all, a clean budget hotel that suited us for an overnight stay...would bring our own pillows next time.

Noticed people outside smoking right by the entrances. There were also people occasionally loitering outside of the doors and entrances. The Dog area was not very useful on the side of a hill.

Walls are super thin. We stayed at this hotel for one night since we had an early flight the next morning. Several rooms around us played loud music well past 11 pm

Very noisy. Music was being played loudly from somewhere in the building until 3AM. People running up and down the halls most of the night.

The staff and even the guests here were so nice! The room was clean, you do have to request a blow dryer if you need one & the bathroom light will turn off automatically after some time. Overall, I would stay here again!

Overall, the room had everything I needed and it was clean. I did expect silverware, though, so it was hard to make food for breakfast in the room. Also, it took awhile for someone to answer the phone when I arrive at 9:30 pm to check in.

WiFi didn’t work first 3 days… we booked thru ******* & wanted room with cooking facilities including dishes, pots, etc. we didn’t see this on the hotel description when we booked. This needs to be explicit when booking. No coffee in room… Libby coffee was only open by 8 and tasted awful. It was a good bale but these changes would greatly improve the experience

Inviting atmosphere, reasonable rates, clean & comfortable room with basic amenities to allow me the option to prepare my own food if desired. Staff was very friendly & courteous. Hotel location is convenient to nearby public transit options.

Pet fees were resonable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. It's great if you're checking out during office operating hours. However, if you were to show up late or leave early (like we did) there is no one to check out with, just a desk area locked down like fort knox with a metal roll down door. So be aware, if you require their service, for say a lock out, at night. You will be charged!
