Front desk gal was a bit nonchalant at check in. Almost seemed like I was a hinderance to her day. Really the only disappointment of the trip, but not a good first impression.
Bellhop Fayez is always a delight and a shining star of the facility. They need to clone him. And all the valets were exceptional as well, as always. They hire very nice young men as valets.
We will be back! Location is perfect, amazing room views and nice ambiance.
I was surprised with parking charge at a small city with 0.2 million population. The hotel building is beautiful especially in lobby.
