Excellent hotel for kids and family

The hotel was quite basic, but the indoor pool was really fun for the kids. Overall, very good deal, decent facilities, and great location (can walk to Mall of America).

I have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years and always had free parking for this trip. Suddenly I am charged $10 per day to park. This cost me an extra $150. I was not happy! Also the room was dirty with sticky stuff on the bathroom counter and the bedsheets. The lamp beside the beds did not have any lightbulbs in them and when the worker came to replace them. My mom and I stayed here for our Mall of America trip! Location of hotel is perfect! Free shuttle service to and from airport which is less than 10 minutes away! The bed and room is comfy and clean but the bathroom is not that clean but is acceptable

The location is good the facility is clean, but they don’t do cleaning services on a daily basis they have only couple days they clean your room for your stat. The breakfast machines don’t work every morning new machines breaks down and you just go back without a breakfast. And one day they were serving expired food But overall rooms are good and it would be better if they clean on a daily basis

This room was similar but a bit out of the way, but the same reasonable budget option is good here i recommend for short layovers too.

We stayed over as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids, the 2 bedroom suite was perfect, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a common area with a full kitchen. The pool was also nice and clean, our 3 and 6 year old loved it, would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

The team here was hospitable and very friendly. The hotel and room was clean and very well kept. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The ladies who manage the breakfast and the evening snack hospitality did a great job with both the food and keeping the serving areas sticked and tidy. Kudos to the management of this hotel.

The hotel is getting a touch dated but overall was a good choice. The pool hours end at 10 PM (too early). The beds are listed as “double” but seem small even for a double. The suites are nice and very well equipped. The staff was alright but not very communicative.

Clean room tad bit dirty in some places such as pull out bed from the couch great appliances at the hotel room and a comfortable stay for 4. Pool facility was out of service for our first day at the stay otherwise pretty good. Good location and not far from many restaurants/ activities. Lastly food options were a tad limited however attentive staff and yummy tasting food .

Friendly shuttle service and huge suite room. I just flew in from Tokyo. A 3-star hotel room with only 1/3 of the size in Tokyo costs more than this hotel. The shuttle service is convenient. Especially in the winter time with snow on the ground.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The rooms were perfect in size and cleanliness. Staff were so helpful and the shuttle service was amazing in a blizzard.

The breakfast was better than most I've had. The room was nice and the pool was fun, however housekeeping never came when we were gone for 7 hours so that was disappointing had no shampoo in the shower, again disappointing but outside of the failures of the staff the hotel itself was nice.

Very comfortable and clean, very friendly and helpful staff. My 10 year old son loved the shower so much, he asked to take one as soon as he saw it and again before the end of the night (not like him at all). Located downtown, I feel that the public security atmosphere is not good. The skyway is only open from 12:00 to 18:00, which is too short. Some stores are not open. A hotel you can’t miss, a must-have for family travel

Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.

Everything was great. Pool was average. Workout facility was elite. Everything you want/need and more. Food portions were huge at the restaurant at night. But, breakfast was Meh. All in all, I would come back.

Staff were great and the room was nice. The only problem was not having any hot water. Paid quite a bit for a suite with a soaking tub. One of the reasons the room was reserved. Very disappointing when I tried to take a bath.

one thing we liked was the heating/air conditioning unit was quieter and ran less frequently than other hotels. However, there was a train two of the four nights that was very close and blew its loud train whistle during the night.

Since we now pay for parking they should plow the parking areas. We had to walk through a LOT to get to the sidewalk.

I have stayed at this Marriott at least five or six times and as always I had a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, rooms are relatively big and clean, the hotel gym is above average, and the staff there is always friendly.

The breakfast was delicious. The Happy Hour at the bar is one of my favorite things about Embassy Suites.

The room was quite big, but there was a constant rumbling sound, even in the middle of the night. Because we left at midnight or early morning, we didn't enjoy any service. My daughter carried the four large luggages. Mainly because it was very close to the target field where the performance was held.

Hotel is in good location, close to the university. Metro station just next to the hotel that very convrnience to go to downtown, mall of Amercia, etc. Hotel room is a little bit old, but clean. Breakfast is basic and sufficient choice. Service is amercia standard, that can't compare to Asian style, such as Japan, Hong Hong, Thailand, etc.

The location is great, across from Mingda University. There's a delicious Chinese restaurant downstairs. CVS is an 8-minute walk away. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, and you can get hot water for breakfast, which is very convenient. The shower was a little small, and the decor is a bit dated.

The hotel is old, smells moldy, and has poor facilities. It is located far from the city center, there are no amenities nearby, and there is no food to eat in the hotel. I would not visit again.

At 8 o'clock in the morning, construction began in the room upstairs, with electric drills and hammers being used in various ways. At 9:30, a woman came and knocked on the door urgently and said that room service would come in to clean. I will never come to this kind of hotel again.

Romantic and charming stay with friendly and welcoming staff

Lovely experience !! The hotel was beautiful, very cool atmosphere! Loved having the bar and restaurant right there, delicious food. The room was very accommodating and the bed super comfy. It was nice having coffee ready on our floor and the muffins hit the spot. We would definitely stay again :)

The hotel is historic and thus has some charm. The bed felt old. The shower head is also historic. Nice shower heads are $59 at Home Depot, so really no excuse to have an old shower head that makes for a less pleasant shower experience.
