Granted we were there on NYE, the common areas were dirty especially the elevator area...very old and dingy. We had to wait over 40 mins for an elevator to take us down to the lobby to join NYE celebration in the W Club. I was excited to stay at this place because I'd been to the bar on the 27th floor and enjoyed the atmosphere there, however the hotel is very dirty and raunchy, sadly.

Beautiful room, staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions and the ambiance was out of this world. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel stay.

Beautiful hotel! Wonderful staff & services. Easy to walk to our concerts, one at US Bank stadium & one at the Orpheum.
Have already recommended to friends & family, and will be staying there again when we come to Minneapolis.

Spotless clean room and friendly staff. Wish the W’s skyway access was open on Sunday to facilitate US Bank Stadium entry without going outside

Staff were great and the room was nice. The only problem was not having any hot
water. Paid quite a bit for a suite with a soaking tub. One of the reasons the room was reserved. Very disappointing when I tried to take a bath.

Staff was great, Manny’s is always wonderful.

Room was only okay - poor water pressure, blackout shades weren’t operational in my room, and in my accessible room, the hand shower had a hard time staying in place and got waterfall over the floor. If I had been staying there for more than one night I would have asked for a room change.
