Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.
Everything was great. Pool was average. Workout facility was elite. Everything you want/need and more. Food portions were huge at the restaurant at night. But, breakfast was Meh. All in all, I would come back.
Facilities, including the rooms were spotless, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly
The room was excellent, clean, and quiet. The service in the lobby was good, but I didn't receive enough information about the parking, how to access it, or what breakfast and dinner options were available. I had to ask many questions to find out exactly what was needed. It seems the employees only say what's necessary. In other hotels, I receive more information, especially in a city I'm unfamiliar...
Room was great and big. Staff super friendly and the food and service were great st the hotel restaurant
Everything about the stay was good, clean room, housekeeping staff was very friendly. Only complaint is there are no mirrors outside of the bathroom, which is kind of nice, so someone can get ready if the shower is being used. 44 minutes for my cat to be retriev

Minneapolis Marriott City Center, Minneapolis1 / 16

Minneapolis, 30 South 7th Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I have stayed at this Marriott at least five or six times and as always I had a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, rooms are relatively big and clean, the hotel gym is above average, and the staff there is always friendly.
The property itself was beautiful, and the room was absolutely stunning. However, there were a few service-related issues that took away from the overall experience. The room was stocked with only two bath towels and two washcloths, which felt limited for an executive suite. Check-in was inconsistent and disappointing. As new Marriott Bonvoy members, we were looking forward to learning more about...
Excellent service from all staff. The people were all kind and friendly! Such a joy to be around! I will be back!
The room was very clean. They came in and freshened up the room. It has been a while since we have had that happen at any hotel. Kudos for that. The conforter seemed a tad small for the bed but other tha that we love staying here.
Good hotel stay overall and convenient for attending Vikings game. Some people commented about unsafe street and complicated checkin but this is a downtown city hotel so nothing was unexpected from our perspective. Loved that we could walk to different areas and the game. Room was clean and comfortable although slightly more simple than some other Marriott’s we stayed in. Overall I’d recommend...
It was just okay, I felt it was overpriced for what you actually got. I would most likely not stay there again.

The staff is AMAZING. Especially Brittany, Zach, and Paul!!! So so accommodating and sweet. Truly went out of their way for us to have a great time. And a perfect location too!
We couldn't have have had better service. I called around the city to find a hotel that doesn't house ICE officers. It was important to us to support a hotel that supports their community. I am from the guest service side of things in the hospitality industry and when I say the service we received from the guest service agent Michael was some of the best service I've ever received at a hotel I'm not...
This is one of the best hotels ive gotten the pleasure to visit. The front desk was extremely professional, the security gaurds were friendly and the the manager Ronald was extremely helpful. My wife and I wished we could have stayed longer just because of how welcoming the staff was. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and comfy. Any time we come to Minneapolis in the future this will be where we stay...
I had an incredibly enjoyable stay at Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team stood out for how welcoming and genuinely hospitable they were. Their friendliness set the tone for the entire stay and made me feel well taken care of right away. The bar was also excellent — a great atmosphere, well-made drinks, and an easy place to unwind after the day. On top...
Ronald and zac are awesome!!! They are so kind and friendly and easy to work with. We got a room for 1 night but decided to add a second night. They said we would have to checkout and re check in the next day which was fine. They let us sleep in and marked off the room for us so no one disturbed us and let us re check in at our convenience. Super nice of them! I wish all hotels had staff as friendly...
I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes out to the Wood + Paddle Eatery for their kindness and generosity. It was my birthday weekend and their hostess Lolo comped our whole meal. She was very attentive and friendly. I also want to thank Ireony Farmer at the front desk. She was very helpful, friendly, and amazing. I would definitely recommend...

Spacious, good staff. A bit dated in parts. I feel that the lounge could be improved.
Located downtown, I feel that the public security atmosphere is not good. The skyway is only open from 12:00 to 18:00, which is too short. Some stores are not open. There are few tourists, no characteristics and no tourism value. If you want to take the Airport Light Rail Blue Line to the airport, if the skyway is closed, you have to walk 6 blocks with your luggage. There will also be small groups...

InterContinental Minneapolis - St. Paul Airport by IHG, Minneapolis1 / 30

Wondering if you should stay at a hotel at an airport? Will it be loud? Will you be able to sleep? The Intercontinental MSP is absolutely quiet. I was a skeptic going in. I stood in our room watching planes take off and land. I could not hear any sounds from outside, and I was amazed. If you have an early flight out, consider staying here. It's convenient, it's quiet, there are restaurants on...
Great hotel, management, and experience. Huge thank you to the manager, Janessa, who went above and beyond for us! We had a minor room mix-up, which was due to a third-party booking. Even though it wasn’t InterContinental’s fault, Janessa kindly offered us a complimentary drink, which we declined because it wasn’t their error—yet she still stepped in with genuine care and personally came to our room...
I'm very late in my review but here goes. I came into town the beginning of November and was wanting to book for a full week but there was one day they could not find a spot for me. Mikayla and Aaron at the front desk found a cancellation for me last minute when I was sitting at the bar and they had even steered me away from some of the other hotels that were a little rough. I was very happy to stay...
I had a nice 4-day stay at the Intercontinental MSP. The staff was very nice and helpful. They took good care of me and accommodated my mismatched reservations. I had a corner room on the 11th floor and the view of runway 30R was awesome. I could also see Minneapolis and St Paul from my room. The sound from the runway was minimal and didn't bother me at all. The restaurants on-site were very...
Great stay here!!! Rooms were large, we received a room away from the elevators (which we asked for) and it was rhe first time in a long time, I didn't have to wear earplugs to sleep. The mattress, pillows and comforter were so fluffy and soft - my husband asked me to contact the hotel regarding which mattress, pillows and comforter they use so we can upgrade ours at home. The TSA connection on level...

Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE, Minneapolis1 / 21

The only disappointment was breakfast.previously had hot breakfast.
The location is good and clean...
Hotel is in good location, close to the university. Metro station just next to the hotel that very convrnience to go to downtown, mall of Amercia, etc. Hotel room is a little bit old, but clean. Breakfast is basic and sufficient choice. Service is amercia standard, that can't compare to Asian style, such as Japan, Hong Hong, Thailand, etc.
The location is great, across from Mingda University. There's a delicious Chinese restaurant downstairs. CVS is an 8-minute walk away. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, and you can get hot water for breakfast, which is very convenient. The shower was a little small, and the decor is a bit dated.
The hotel is old, smells moldy, and has poor facilities. It is located far from the city center, there are no amenities nearby, and there is no food to eat in the hotel. I would not visit again.
At 8 o'clock in the morning, construction began in the room upstairs, with electric drills and hammers being used in various ways. At 9:30, a woman came and knocked on the door urgently and said that room service would come in to clean. I will never come to this kind of hotel again.

Booked a room to spend a night downtown for the holidays. Hotel is undergoing renovations. didn't have any construction activity or noise while there, but signs of it throughout the floors. our room was well sized, clean, with a comfortable bed. location is great for going to the theater, or target center. entrance is weird. very nondescript and the doors are locked, even during the day at check...
The room was very nice and clean. The staff was courteous I had a very pleasant experience.
Beautiful hotel. Quiet. Safe. Clean. Disappointed by: No coffee maker in our room. Bedside lamp broken. No GF options for breakfast (fruit and a hard boiled egg - nothing warm; no granola even)
Nice clean and stylish room. However, the bed was not Queen size. I have a queen sized bed at home, I know what size that is, but this bad was a smaller double
Outdated. Needs care and attention on every aspect. Room tv not ideal placement next to the bed. TV channels were minimal. No amenities at all.
Was very nice room, clean and close to all the downtown events. Orpheum was right across the street. Saw a show there.

Beautiful room, staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions and the ambiance was out of this world. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel stay.
staff was very helpful and welcoming. great location. we got a suet and the size ,space and view is wonderful
Beautiful hotel! Wonderful staff & services. Easy to walk to our concerts, one at US Bank stadium & one at the Orpheum. Have already recommended to friends & family, and will be staying there again when we come to Minneapolis.
Spotless clean room and friendly staff. Wish the W’s skyway access was open on Sunday to facilitate US Bank Stadium entry without going outside
Staff were great and the room was nice. The only problem was not having any hot water. Paid quite a bit for a suite with a soaking tub. One of the reasons the room was reserved. Very disappointing when I tried to take a bath.
Staff was great, Manny’s is always wonderful. Room was only okay - poor water pressure, blackout shades weren’t operational in my room, and in my accessible room, the hand shower had a hard time staying in place and got waterfall over the floor. If I had been staying there for more than one night I would have asked for a room change.

Romantic and charming stay with friendly and welcoming staff
Lovely experience !! The hotel was beautiful, very cool atmosphere! Loved having the bar and restaurant right there, delicious food. The room was very accommodating and the bed super comfy. It was nice having coffee ready on our floor and the muffins hit the spot. We would definitely stay again :)
The hotel is historic and thus has some charm. The bed felt old. The shower head is also historic. Nice shower heads are $59 at Home Depot, so really no excuse to have an old shower head that makes for a less pleasant shower experience.
Extremely friendly staff, inviting and knowledgeable about the history of the inn and all of island.
Lovely old property. Not loaded with amenities but just fine for a work stay. Only negative was the bed, mattress should have been replaced long ago. Otherwise, would definitely stay again.
Lovely This is a lovely place. It is quiet, stately and comforting. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place. We went there for no reason at all but to enjoy the hotel. Excellent service, food and rooms
The breakfast was delicious. The Happy Hour at the bar is one of my favorite things about Embassy Suites.
The room was clean and spacious, and the location is perfect for walking to dining and entertainment. The complimentary drinks for happy hour and breakfast were excellent and made the stay extra special.
Such a lovely place. Clean and convenient and near the tram and many shops and restaurants. Also the complimentary happy hour was great! Highly recommend !
The room was quite big, but there was a constant rumbling sound, even in the middle of the night. Because we left at midnight or early morning, we didn't enjoy any service. My daughter carried the four large luggages. Mainly because it was very close to the target field where the performance was held.
A bit old hotel in the city center

The hotel was making some improvements - though honestly it looked in good shape so not sure what needed to be done. Staff was very helpful.
There was a very helpful woman bringing out the food during your breakfast that was very friendly and helpful
Room was very nice, and the breakfast was good--clean and well maintained area with good options. The only thing that kept me from giving it a five-star rating was the anti-social clerk who checked us in. I've never had a less personable hotel clerk before; he acted like it was painful to wait on me and had almost nothing to say. Very awkward experience.
one thing we liked was the heating/air conditioning unit was quieter and ran less frequently than other hotels. However, there was a train two of the four nights that was very close and blew its loud train whistle during the night.
Since we now pay for parking they should plow the parking areas. We had to walk through a LOT to get to the sidewalk.
Staff was knowledgable and courteous. Check in was quick. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good too.
