The overall general building was aesthetically pleasing, but the rooms themselves were very outdated and disappointing. The pictures online were different than the actual property. The bathroom sink water took forever to heat up

Very comfortable. Only issue - the heater made a loud high pitched squealing sound when it cycled on.

Very friendly staff with well-appointed, comfortable rooms. Only complaint was the Millertime restaurant. Food was so salty we couldnt eat it, and at about $200 for dinner for two, far too expensive.

Older hotel for sure but still very nice. 15 minute walk from pinnacle bank arena, a nice outdoor sitting area where we and some friends we made at the concert were able to sit outside and have a few beers. Highly recommended

Breakfast buffet institutionalized and cold and expensive Miss the old fresh kitchen cooked menu and omelette station on buffet Tub shower could use an update to walk in shower Double beds to Queens would also be a good upgrade

The room was so cute! Both front desk workers I interacted with were so sweet! It was super easy to park and get to the lobby which I always appreciate!

Room was fine. Loved the decor. Hotel was loud but probably because of the Husker football game. Good location.

In town for a footbal game, room was ready as the team had just left. Very accommodating holding luggage and finding us a place to change clothes. Bar service that evening also outstanding

Clean and easy. Added expense for parking was unexpected but everything else was perfect.

Room was good. We had a late check-in because the football team checked out late and our room wasn't ready, but the front desk staff held and handled our luggage very efficiently.

Staff were great people and did an excellent job given the circumstances of late check outs and game day.

Breakfast was really good. The cleaning crew were very helpful with some added needs we had, and very friendly.

Breakfast had something for everyone, but hot food was slightly overcooked or burned.

The hotel was quite clean, renovations were going on so there were some areas being maintained. The rooms were very comfortable, softer beds, the free breakfast buffet was delicious with eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast/pancakes, pastries/breads, yogurt, fruit, cereal/oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee. We needed an extra blanket during one night and the staff person (female) was kinda rude to me...

Location is undergoing a restoration. Lots of construction. I’m sure it will be nicely fixed up in several months. Currently needs some work. But room was nice. Breakfast very good.

Staff was very friendly. I thought the hotel overall was significantly overpriced for condition and cleanliness compared to other hotels in the area.

Hotel was great, with great staff, and great location downs. Only drawback was parking- had to pay for either valet or nearby garage.

Our mattress was so great, it provided a full night sleep for my husband and I! That is not usually the case in a new setting away from home. The room was great and the breakfast, delicious.

Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was decently clean. Breakfast was good, but took awhile for things to be refilled. Overall, good.

This will become a family favorite every holiday. Rooms were spotless all staff super helpful.

stayed 12/12/2025 for a concert at the royal grove. it was 10/10. the man at the front desk was SO kind and welcoming. i hope he is valued as an employee because he’s doing it right. the fresh baked cookies in the lobby???? chefs kiss. the hotel was like a warm hug which was so nice to feel considering how cold it was outside. room was super clean and comfortable. breakfast was good!! free breakfast...

Very clean lobby, breakfast area and room. Our room was relatively quiet, considering the hotel is near I-80. However, our room 222 was away from the trucks parked in lot next door, running overnight. We were given an accessible king room, probably all that was available since we checked in after 9pm with a reservation. Handicapped shower was less than ideal, spraying water all over bathroom floor...

The rooms hallways need remodeling. It doesn't look like many rooms have bathtubs (?) Everything else was Great 👍

The only complaint i had was the room temp was hard to control but everything else was perfect

Clean room, Kelly at the front desk very professional and friendly. Was helpful in directing us to our room (we were late and 3 kids tured. Also showed us the way to the 'doggie run'!

Hotel was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the overall size of the room was a decent size as well. Breakfast options were a variety which was nice. Hot tub and pool area was great. Always a plus with kids.

Beds were comfortable except sofa bed. Pool is small & hot tub old. Shower didn’t drain. Breakfast had lots of choices.

The room was clean. Check in and out was easy. They have a traditional buffet breakfast available. The area around the property was clean. It was conveniently located near several food places. Liked how quiet it was.

The people were very friendly and the place was clean however every time we came back to the room our key wouldn't work and we would have to go back down and get a new one! Also the breakfast wasn't very good the hot food was kinda cold and bacon wasn't cooked very good.

Ample parking was available. The Staff was very friendly frim check-in to check-out. We had a battery in the door lock fail during our stay, and the Hostess from the front desk was friendly as she immediately stepped away from the Lobby to help us access our room. I cannot compliment everyone with whom we interacted enough for being kind. The Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the tables were wiped...
