Great hotel in walking distance to the strip. Parking there is by a 3rd party (shared parking lot by Hilton/Marriott hotels) so yes, you’ll need to pay $20 to park per night & this is listed on the Marriott app. Not a surprise. Don’t want to pay parking, stay further away. Most hotels I’ve researched you pay to park..It’s Vegas everything is more expensive.

They let us check in about 1.5 hours early, which was nice. Parking lot was safe. We walked back and forth from hotel to strip daily but they do have a hotel shuttle to strip (you book in advance) but we didn’t need it. Few homeless people but not as bad as I’ve seen in other big cities.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, pillows always suck at any hotel so I brought my own, showers were clean & hot water came immediately! Breakfast was a carb fest as they always are at hotels, but good for me as I was running a Hyrox that weekend and needed all the carbs. 😂
Overall, great hotel. Staff was nice. There was a pool and a nice fire pit outside to sit around out front. In & out burger right across the street if you need quick food.

Decent hotel just off the strip. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to New York New York. Nice to have a full size fridge and be able to park without using valet. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff focused more on shutting down breakfast (early) than restocking anything or cleaning off any dirty tables. Parking is $20/night.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly. No big hotel frills but it worked fine for us. We had an early morning flight so its proximity to the airport was nice. We walked to the Mexican restaurant nearby for dinner.

Amazing. Conveniently located, really clean and updated rooms and lovely staff. Also had security in the parking lot which was really nice to know everything was safe

Pleasantly surprised about cleanliness, security presence in the evening, and the nice park amenity on the property to be enjoyed during the day time.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Right next to an amazing breakfast place.

Very peaceful and clean… if I ever go back to Vegas I’d definitely stay here again.

We love the Nirvana! Great location at the south end of the strip. We walked everywhere, from the Mandalay to the Wynn. Friendly staff. Basic, comfortable rooms, with no ridiculous resort or parking fees.
