The service at MGM was amazing. It offered a fantastic view of the F1 track. I would visit again.

Arrived and the room didn’t have water. The accommodations were poor and they hit your card with random charges. Not worth the trouble honestly

It is a bit old hotel and all things are quite out of date. During our stay they even accidentally check out us and lock our room. Pretty busy hotel but not many receptionist around. Also their room service speed is pretty slow.

Great Stay! Balcony was nice and rare for Vegas! Jetted tub was amazing and huge. Stove was a nice addition! Would stay again!

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room is big and good for the price. The location is slightly further off the ***** (around 10mins walk). Provides valet parking and parking was free for us (tips only).

Great location. Amazing room! And the view was great! We love that there was a small fridge and even a 1 burner stove, but no plates, utensils, pot, cup anything that goes with having a kitchen. And its definitely not something we travel with, so we did end up eating out the whole time not being able to have quick cereal in the morning was a bummer. The bathroom did have all the soaps and amenities provided however the hand soap was in the lock position and because of the caps that are on there we couldn’t unlock it we used the body soap as soap. And there was 2 bottles of water in the room if you choose to use them $9 would be charged per a bottle. I thought that was an outrageous price for water on a 110 degree day.

Front desk behavior was not co operative. My half family’s was on different levels. Although booking was together. Parking facilities was weird. Pool was crowded and cleanness was compromised.

I had an amazing experience during my 3-night stay in Tower 2. Everything from check-in until check-out was great. Free valet is a great perk! My room was fantastic on floor 35. Everything worked and I never had a slight issue. Proximity to the strip is close and safe to walk. You can get to the strip by walking outside from where you first access with your car or you can access by going directly into the MGM Grand Casino. My only small complaint is the pool hours. 9 AM - 6 PM I think it would be better to be like 11 AM to 8 PM. Still, this was a 5-star experience in Vegas without all the hustle from the traditional resorts on the strip. The pool was amazing.
