Lovely place top to bottom with every amenity you might need, with a shopping district pretty much baked in. Every room and corridor is meticulously cared for. My view from the west tower north side top floor was breathtakingly incredible, with the entire strip laid out in front of me. The people in charge of maintaining this place are sticklers that really care and it shows. The staff are helpful and quick to assist you in any way they can on the fly. The casino is big, the restaurants are fantastic. During a corporate event Bottoglia catered, every meal was cohesive and thoughtfully prepared as an entire meal, not just individual items. Cannot recommend this place enough. I will be coming back on my own time.

Service and front desk was sub par for such a nice place. We had lunch the first day and our waiter disappeared for about 15 min while we were waiting for our check. When we went to pay, the cashier asked how everything was and I said not so good. She said okay and continued checking us out. No inquiry nor I'm sorry. Thanks for asking lol

Later in the day we stopped by the Bell desk because I had some packages shipped and needed them for a meeting the next day. Kevin Jay made a big deal about what an inconvenience it was and that he would have to dig through many packages. Needless to say he told me when I checked back he could not find my boxes (I doubt he looked).

The catering staff and staff and Starbucks were very nice and the rooms are immaculate but ultimately the customer service is lacking and not 5 stars.

Also, although they have a beautiful pool area, however you can only enjoy it until 4 pm because they schedule too many lifeguards during the day instead of spreading them out to keep the pool open later.

Will not be back!

Had an awesome stay at this hotel. Aisha at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic. Wow! Great view is the strip without the drama of the strip. I thought this would be far away but honestly 10ish minutes from airport and close to the strip. The pool area is beautiful and the service everywhere was awesome. Bartender. Pizza place. All of it was a great experience. Highly recommend is you are tired of the crowded strip experience and want peace and quiet and not feel like cattle call upon check in and out. The bell desk personally walked me to where I needed to go. First rate!

An oasis in Henderson that feels like a luxury resort without Strip prices. The pool area is stunning with a sandy beach and lush landscaping. Rooms are beautiful. The spa is world-class. Hank's Fine Steaks is excellent. Locals love this place for good reason. If you don't need to be on the Strip, this is an incredible option.

I visited this hotel for the Oyster Bar restaurant. Overall, the restaurant was nice. Casual layout and we had a TV over our table so we watched part of the Superbowl. We had the Cajun BBQ shrimp with rice, which was good. There were a lot of shrimp and they were a nice size. They could have seasoned just a tad bit more for my taste. I had a spicy pineapple margarita and that was good. The server was very attentive. Would definitely go back to try other menu items.

It's a little far from the city, but the parking lot is very spacious.
The restroom has plenty of space, but the lighting in the room is a little dim. The overall place is vast and the environment is open, but it may be easy to get lost due to its large area.

When booking in advance, I asked for a quiet high floor. When I arrived, the room I was given was on the first floor next to the parking lot. After asking the front desk, I was given a high floor but it was facing the road and was very noisy. The service was really bad.

The hotel is quiet and a really good place for families to rest^^
*** In addition, the resort has great amenities such as swimming and a fitness center.. I also remember the friendly staff who found out about my lost bank key and helped me fix it for free at the check-in counter. 👍🏻
