Reviews
Service was average no water was provided. There wasn’t a chance to try their amenities so no comment. Given its room price and location I’d recommend it to anyone who look highly at value for money. Will come again.
On December 22nd, I requested basic amenities and had to call three times. It took nearly six hours for the items to be delivered. During these calls, the female staff member who answered the housekeeping line was very rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
In addition, there was a visible stain on the lampshade. I could not tell whether it was from food or something else, but it was clearly noticeable. I reported it, yet it was never cleaned or replaced throughout my entire stay. Seeing the same stain every day was unpleasant and negatively impacted my experience.
Aria is known as a luxury hotel, but this stay did not reflect that standard. Slow service, lack of follow-up, and unprofessional phone manners from housekeeping were disappointing. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both cleanliness and staff training.
the room was okay but the carpet was dirty with some stain and towels has unpleasant smell. the room has no sleeper,no cattle, no refrigerator,,,(only minibar) and no nexflix.
****** is very busy with the strong smell, it was the most full of smell among the ****** ive been to, so if you bring your kids, i dont recommend here.
so same price with other fancy hotel, i'd rather choose others.
Cleanliness: Decent
Environment: Convenient and comfortable
