I would recommend The Palace to family and friends. My only issue was the bed was damaged in some way making a huge dip in the mattress.

Was a good overnight stay on our way to Utah. Rooms needs a little modernization and better lighting. Nothing to write home. We chose this place because of the Oyster Bar Restaurant, quick stay and go eat there in the odd hours with little wait.

Highly not recommended come here:
Front desk only can provide smoking room for us after we arrive ,If not ,need to upgrade USD$100 per night .I try to go in smoking rm ,fxxking strong cigarette air around the rm .then we paid one night to upgrade .

But ! Second unfortunately the neighbour have dog keep barking all night! Like a [dog song ].

And next day we are strongly complain to change to room .even though downgrade is alivable .

However hear someone complain no water supply to bath .hotel just don’t give a **** and just give a little bit compensate to her .

On side :Bath water pressure too low、easily heard neighbours sounds, no service can tell

Good is near 7-11 ,gas station,Mc Donald,car park .

Conclusion: don’t choose this hotel anyway .ruined my holiday .
Photo is upgrade room ,but neighbour has dog 🙃

My name is laurance Lee, Around 5:50 PM on March 24th, I was waiting to check in. There were a man and a woman at the reception desk. While I was waiting, the woman told me to go to the VIP check-in room. When I entered the small room, the man inside was talking to someone, so I waited. However, he impatiently asked me why I was there. When I explained that the receptionist had sent me, he asked if I was a VIP. When I said no, he told me to go back outside and wait.

So, I went back out and continued waiting. A few minutes later, he came out and, once again in an unfriendly manner, told me to come in so he could check me in. I refused. The woman who had initially sent me to that room saw me waiting in line again but left for her break.

While checking in with the man, I mentioned the situation, but instead of apologizing, he simply said that the other person must have been busy. The service I received was worse than that of a motel reception. Mistakes can happen while working, but there were several opportunities to handle them properly. However, they failed to recover from their mistakes.

The first woman left without taking responsibility for what she had said. The VIP check-in staff member had a chance to make up for the initial mistake by apologizing and assisting me when he came out of the room, but he failed to do so. The receptionist, although not directly responsible, could have at least apologized on behalf of his colleague.

Overall, the way the hotel staff handled the situation was very disappointing.

I've had nothing but good experiences while visiting this establishment. I mainly visit during the busiest hours and still manage to receive great service, this is no exception during the night hours when it's less busy. I'm currently sitting in the establishment as I type this review, the crew has been exceptional and was very prompt with my order. I am happy to say that I will continue to frequent this location due to the great service which I have received.... I am definitely "lovin' it"

My order is either always WRONG, NOT FRESH OR simply half assed not to mention their ATITTUDE. Never fails! Their only consistency is failure to provide customer satisfaction. I ask for FRESH fries and nuggets and they’ll put the fries and nuggets they’ve been had out back into the fryer like I WONT NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE and have the audacity to give attitude when asked to correct it. Also they’ll give me unsweetened tea even if I specifically ask for their SWEET TEA just because they’re out and TOO LAZY to make more or let me know they’ve ran out. It’s really ridiculous I have to check literally every piece of food and drink before I even pull off because they seem INCAPABLE to get anything right!

They made us wait for over 20 mins for 8 cheese burgers at the drive thru...fresh burgers but 20 mins for 8 cheese burgers and no drinks or fries is a bit much!

A slim lady with coat and bad attitude walkinh doing nothing. Her unprofessional language was sad to hear at McD's. 2 young ladies behind counter doing all the work. I teach in Clark County, makes me wonder. The gentlemen I think was manager talking to slim lady and sitting down lacks manger skills. Will not return!

They blocked off the doors to the dining room before 22:15. The posted hours on those same doors state open until 23:00...This is common; one would think they could change the signage with accurate hours.... But no

My family and I went to this location this afternoon.
Not only were we the only ones there..(kinda creepy)
but also the food was horrible!! I love pizza hut but not from this place!!
The cashier was pretty quiet and not energetic at all which is fine just can't get over the fact the pizza sucked! :/

I came in on September 5th around 6pm you can tell they were very busy however they were very friendly. And my food was done. I ordered online so I got the 50% off deal and my pepperoni and spinach pizza with hand tossed butter garlic crust was delicious !!!!!!!! It literally tasted like olive garden pizza. But yeah so 5 stars pizza hut , you rocked.
06.08.2017 Joey
There was an error with my online order, so I paid for it and said I would just come back later. I call in 30-min to fire it up, and I was told it just came out. I rushed over, 1-min drive, and got back. The pizza was hot, but soppy, as it was sitting in their warmer the whole time. Typically, "well done" pizza is very crisp out of the oven. I hate being lied to. Especially over a stupid pizza.

DINE IN! I love dine in pizza huts! I actually ordered online from sitting at the table. They have better deals. Pizza is always hot, fresh and gooey when toy get it dine in! Amazing food! Always get lite sauce! Haha
