Reviews
We called for housekeeping to redo the room but could not stay as the work function was starting. On our return at midnight we found that housekeeping just took everything and put it in a pile on the dresser (minus the toilet paper). Not our trash, but they thought we might want to keep it or sort it? Too tired to deal with it at midnight we waited for check out. Front desk employee (Ria?) didn't bother to listen and didn't care for the photos, just printed the bill. When asked to speak to someone about our concerns she just said they'd charge me full price for the room to knock off a small inconvenience fee, even though we booked online with their travel Tuesday special and prepaid.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is near monorail station
