The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa in Las Vegas

Very weird, not to mention the poor room.

Random deductions, three deductions up to $1,000, and the front desk staff said it was no problem, absolutely.

But now I haven't received the refund, fortunately Ctrip came forward to communicate.

Even though check-in time was 16:00, I was told that the room was not ready at 7:00 pm and had to wait until 9:00 pm.

Checked in at desk. Already had done all electronic key things and made in advance requests for the room. Had to basically do it all again at room. Getting to room I called down and told them despite now asking twice for extra towels and duvetthey would extradite. Well no one showed up and I had to call 3 more times over an hour and 1/5 minutes too finally get them. Then I attended a conference and arrive back at 5pm to change for dinner only to find them cleaning the room right at that moment 2 out of the 4 days. DESPITE, that every morning when I left the cart was right next door. Did they clean all the rooms except for mine and then do it last? Finally the rooms themselves were completely run down mold and broke fixtures and walls in bathroom, hair all over floor when you just get there. I used to stay there a lot but today it's a dump. Motel 6 would even be better. The bed saves the whole room but otherwise this is one of the dirtiest hotels on the strip. I am a Lifetime Titanium and will never stay here again. Lobby bar staff were friendly and food looked decent. So have lunch and a beer and get the he'll out of there.

We stayed 3 nights paid in advance last week.
Two hours after checking out I received a message from my bank that $ 827/- has been charged in my card by this hotel.
After several calls they advised that it was a mistake and they will refund it.
They made the refund and charge another higher amount !!
Again after inquiry they advised that the difference between the refund and the new charged amount is the property fees.
My concerns :
1) charges should be clearly advised and taken properly from the beginning.
2) take the advantage that the customer’s card details is available with the hotel does not give them the right to use it without prior information.
3) they are still blocking my card for the amount charged by mistake resulting that I have balance but can’t use it due to this blocked amount.
4) when I am sending emails, some one should pay attention to respond to it.
5) when i called they keeps me on hold for nearly 15 minutes till they answer which is poor communication skills required remedial rectification.
Finally I am still suffering from this bad experience which contradicts with what they announce in the recorded message played while you are on hold.
