Guests highlight the friendly and helpful 24-hour restaurant staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere. Many reviews praise the comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent Strip views, particularly from higher floors and corner rooms. The volcano show and casino receive frequent positive mentions as unique entertainment features. The hotel’s gardens and walk-through areas are described as beautifully decorated and relaxing. Easy parking and good location on the Strip are noted as practical benefits. Several reviews mention that the rooms, especially bathrooms, feel outdated and could benefit from renovations. Some guests experienced cigarette odor upon arrival, though the hotel responded quickly with air fresheners and filter changes. Thin walls caused noise issues when neighbors were loud, affecting sleep quality for some visitors. Pool chairs with shade require advance reservations and an additional $50 fee per person, which surprised some guests. A few guests reported skin allergies possibly caused by pool chemicals and found the on-site restaurants below expectations.

Had a great time at this hotel. Our room smelled of cigarettes when we first arrived but then they quickly came to provide an air freshener machine and change the AC air filters to remove smell. It worked great. I would say the only thing is the rooms do not get that cold, but that's it. Great 24hr restaurant. Perfect walking location. Really nice workers. Elevators were never super busy. Such a great experience.

Wife surprised me for a mini-vaca. We got a chance to check out this awesome casino and to enjoy it before it gets torn down. It was a joy to walk through and experience the sights and sounds and the volcano show! So much fun. Our room was large, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and we had an awesome view of the strip.

Lots of greenery, everything is very beautifully decorated. We went to a circus performance, the hall was very comfortable

The hotel is nice and welcoming, it has internet for visitors. We did not stay there, but attended the Cirque De Soleil LOVE show. The show is bright, the music of the Beatles, the artists are extraordinary professionals, we were delighted! Impressive to the point of tears!!!!

Nice hotel, central location on the strip

We stayed a weekend here and our family loved and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean (as clean as a hotel room can be). We had a great strip view.

The pool was very busy. Staff were friendly. We forgot our son’s floaties and were able to check out some at the towel place.

I didn’t know we had to reserve the chairs with shade ahead of time. It’s like $50 per person.

We had breakfast at Pantry in the resort and we enjoyed our meal.

Parking was easy to find.

The room was good, very basic but a nice comfy bed and pillows! Our room was next to guests who had a loud family, baby and the room was adjacent to ours so it was horrible. Not the hotel fault just sucks room walls were thin. We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the part of the strip we needed. For the price we paid we got a good deal and can't complain much. But the room was clean and the service was good!

Our stay here was great! The room service was friendly, helpful and thorough. The resort had lots of things to do, very pretty gardens, walk through places. The pool was so nice, clean, the water was heated which made it even nicer in our November stay. We were pleased with our overall stay. Was a little pricey, however, everything at Vegas is costly. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly we were getting married. They even gave us a food comp since we were there to get married. Housekeeping kept the room clean and the beds were great. I had a excellent view. The volcano was so much fun.

The hotel is very well located, the room was very good, however the pillows are all very high, they should put 2 high and 2 low. Check in was fine. The pool and the service are quite good, however it has so much chemicals that it gave us skin allergies. The restaurants are not good, I do not recommend them.

Never been to an authentic Jewish deli in NY, so I can’t compare. That said, the food was pretty good but extremely overpriced. $18 for a pastrami sandwich, but to be expected given resort restaurant. A bit disappointed my pickle was not tasty or crisp, I was hoping for better. Overall, definitely not the best sandwich I’ve ever had but it will do the trick if your at the Mirage and in the mood for that kinda lunch.

Not even close. This place is the deli in name only. I had been to the original Carnegie Deli in NYC many times before it closed. This place is nothing like it.

I ordered the hot pastrami on rye and was sorely disappointed. The sandwich was small, like regular sandwich from a corner deli small, and the pastrami was precut and reheated (probably in a microwave). It was dry, flavorless, and chewy. Awful.

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because they had started closing but took in the last few people stopping by anyways. Service decent but the food was far from acceptable, even if they had been giving it away.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I thought this place was dreadful. My beef brisket sandwich was a totally flavourless mountain of beef. There was literally nothing else in the sandwich. Maybe it's supposed to be that way, but given that the beef tasted like nothing, it could have used some salar or relish. It was served on "sourdough", which was white bread, but definitely not a real sourdough. Served with a bland soup and a pickle. Very disappointing for $20. Wish I'd gone to the Earl of Sandwich.
27.11.2017 Leedor
My family and I love this place. The portions are perfectly sized (except the omelette which is MASSIVE) and everything tastes absolutely delicious. They're not too expensive, and they have the best gluten free toast I've ever had. Bonus points for being dog friendly too.
We will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Vegas. They didn't disappoint us, and they won't disappoint you.

We used to come here all the time and refer friends food was amazing ...now its horrible service sucks..we were served black burnt toast and portions are cheesy. They took alot of good items off the menu...very dissapointed used to be one of our vegas spots...

Good food good service reasonably priced especially for the strip

Ordered a wild mushroom pizza and a Moscow Mule. Sent the drink back twice because they clearly don't know how to make a drink. First one was nothing but vodka, and the second one had ginger-ale in it! Server said something about a "push-button bartender". Ended up paying $8 for a bottle of beer instead. Pizza was strictly okay. For the inflated price, I wouldn't bother. You will not even come close to getting your money's worth.
29.11.2017 Paul
good pizza, decent price considering you are on the strip and they have pretty quick service. we always grab some at the end of our night when in the area. I haven't ordered anything and not enjoyed it.
01.10.2017 Cheryl
I ordered the Cob salad at the California Pizza Kitchen in the Mirage Hotel, it was like eating dry lettuce from a bag as it had no dressing. When I asked for dressing the waitress asked "what kind of dressing would you like". This place has no idea how to make a cob salad!
27.04.2017 Shaquille
I came here after walking the strip and drinking to get some pizza to soak up the liquor.i decided to go with the original BBQ chicken pizza and I wasn't disappointed. It was the first time I had onions on a pizza and it tasted pretty darn good. Im from NYC so Im a harsh critic when it comes to pizza but I can admit I was satisfied.
