Stayed at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and everything was good! 🎰✨
Awesome off-Strip location (easy cab to the action), modern and clean rooms with killer Strip views, no resort fee (huge win), and the pool area is a vibe—perfect for chilling after a night out. Staff was friendly, casino energy was fun without the chaos, and dining spots like the food court hit the spot for quick bites. Vegas magic at its finest!

My food arrived very very COLD. I ordered with Uber Eats, so I was able to track everything real time. The driver picked up and delivered in a timely manner, I live just down the street from Panda Express, his drive took 8 minutes total. The whole thing however.. took almost 32 - that means my food sat for over half an hour before getting to me. I suspect my food was pre-prepared long before the driver arrived, which is unacceptable considering it was a small order, not hard to make (one plate and a side, no drink) and Panda already keeps their food heated in those silver tins. I didn’t expect it to be piping hot, but warm and fresh would’ve been nice. I tried calling several times after to speak to a manager about the issue, but the phone rang and rang then hung up because “no one is available to take my call”. I think they were busy, so they lazily pre-prepped my order and let it sit. It would’ve been even worse for someone who lived further away. Unacceptable- complete waste of $15.

The employees are very rude! The manager and the cashier named Marie! Every time we come here they are rude! Day or night! The food isn't even a great as a panda express that is not in a casino, for being in the PALMS CASINO you would think they would have better customer service and food! I'm very disappointed because I really like panda express.

This buffet is located in the Goldcoast. Food was okay. Best day to go is seafood night. Crab legs are good quality. Fruit at the salad bar was fresh when I went.

Just awful. I'm a fan of cheap divey eats, so my standards aren't particular high, and with the low price point I really wasn't expecting much. That being said, I don't think it could have been worse. My elementary school cafeteria had better food. They were out of many of the main dishes even though it wasn't much past noon. What was left was over cooked, under seasoned, and terrible quality. You could tell a lot of it was straight from a can. I didn't get food poisoning, so that's a plus, but then I didn't really eat much either.

Great food for the buck because there's many selections there is little variety but that's fine I understand I really give them the best review for the desserts oh God they were so darn good I had the pecan pie then some coconut cream pie which was out of this world and then some passion fruit gelato and man it was gooooood

Yesterday I went to the TGI FRIDAYS at the Gold Coast Casino and my server was Ms. Tiffany, and she was the BEST waitress I've ever had in my entire 49 years on this planet! The service was EXCELLENT! Thanks Tiffany and keep up the awesome customer service!

It's a TGI Fridays, you know what you're getting when you walk in the door when it comes to food. What I didn't expect was the PHENOMENAL customer service. Our hostess was very personable. Our server was friendly, thorough, and quite simply pleasant to interact with. Very much deserving of the 5 stars.
