Silverton Casino Lodge - Newly Renovated in Las Vegas

The rooms have been redone in the past year I believe. the motif is great and staying with the lodge's theme. However, sliding barn door (2) on the bathroom are a complete hassle. Shower door is poorly thought out, since you have to be in the shower to turn it on, and with an approximate wait of 1 minute for hot water, not very pleasant. Bathroom overall is very small. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, heater/AC was very loud. Veil Pavillion was scheduled for NFR viewing parties for the entire 10 days, however they were not prepared as they have been in the past. Additionally, the last day, they had scheduled another show following the completion of the NFR, and they removed one of the screens, and turned the volume off prior to the end. I had to go through two employees who refused to identify themselves, and finally I found a subject who identified himself as a manager and he ultimately got the volume turned back on until the show was finished. I have been coming to the Silverton/Viel Pavillion for many, many years, and unfortunately this will probably be my last for this venue.
