We spent 3 beautiful nights at this wonderful resort. You don’t ever have to leave. Shuttles take you to the store, 5 pools, bbq’s, full 1 bedroom apartment. And South Point is a bonus!! Food, ********, arcade, bowling, movie theater complete with food bar. Everything is so clean and quiet here. We will continue coming here u til we can’t anymore

I Love My Stay At The Grandview....It Gave A City Vibe And Was Close To Fwy Access And Other Places I Needed To Go To!! Amenities Hospitality Were All Great And Good Amount! Wish They Had A Fireplace....But Was Still A Home Outside Of Home Feel..

Spacious one-room suite with sofa bed; location ok if you have a car to travel around Las Vegas *****. Good reception by staff and good responce too. However, the cleanliness in the suite needs major improvement as there were stains over pillow covers and towels. The bedsheets and pillows for sofa bed were simply thrown inside the cabinet without blanket. And the worst experience was a clogged toilet bowl discovered during midnight after coming back from new year countdown celebration at Las Vegas *****. Very bad and unpleasant experience!

10 am checkout time means 10 am check out time. That’s twice in one week where the housekeeper comes banging on the door at 8:30 am asking us to leave to clean. That’s unacceptable.

This place was terrible their management truly does not care about the people who stay here. Then my boys went to make the bed and found that they slept on blood and when I contacted management they wouldn’t even speak to me. They did not follow protocol or do an incident report they simply said oh ya what do want us to do change it? I was so upset I left the hotel. I stayed here with my kids and grandkids for Christmas and our stay was less than pleasant. People all over the property were upset and complaining they were understaffed and kept using that as an excuse during Christmas I witnessed several other people complaining. I even heard the workers complaining about management. We unfortunately bought into their vacation dream scam promising top customer service we bought a time share only to really see how they ran the plan and now I want to have nothing to do with this place. My 8 year old slept on someone’s blood and they didn’t think that type of bio hazard was important enough to handle. This place is a scandal they just want to upsell you a timeshare and are very pushy and persistent . They don’t care about their customers and I definitely would not recommend this place for families even their gaming facilities were shut down. I contacted corporate I was put on hold and then hung up on after an hour on hold. I’m sad trip advisor recommended this place to me I’ve never stayed at a worst place with my family at Christmas
