TV, refrigerator, phone, not in working order. No one available for assistance. Homeless man sleeping in front of side, front door.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Otherwise this was good. Breakfast was amazing.

We liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, breakfast was good, pool was not open and they still put it in the advertisement for the hotel. Parking was very convenient but the property needed some upgrades like the elevator and walls, etc.

This hotel is the Worst holiday Inn that I have stayed over the last thirty years. I stayed there for 4 nights in a row and they NEVER cleaned my room or changed my bed sheets or gave new towels! I told the manager about this after ny second day and he said he would correct this but did nothing for the next two days! Never worry about the customer and the maintence of their room!

Fire alarm kept going off during our stay. When it finally stopped the lights inside our room were still blinking making it hard to sleep.

The front desk staff was extremely nice. I would stay there again for that reason alone.
The beds are very comfy, room needs new carpet. I walked around the room the 1st night putting our things away. When i looked at my feet they where so dirty. You can feel the stickiness on the rugs.

This is by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Not only a total dump but a health hazard.
Bathroom had thick black mold on tub facet that had a constant stream of water coming from it. Tub caulk also had huge amounts of mold as did the return air vent. I mean a serious health hazard kind of mold.
Room heat / thermostat did not function properly. No wonder the thermostat was from the 1970s at best.
Orange wall paper peeling off in the bathroom. At least it matched the orange in shower tile.
Paint chipped / falling off in the room.
No room maid service since – front desk advised has not been restored for consecutive day stays since COVID? WT.. Not told at check-in so I could adjust.
No lids for the coffee cup.
Bill not posted on app for several days. Front desk did not respond to emails or answer the phone. Had to stop by the motel to get a copy of my bill.
In summary how this motel is still a Holiday Inn brand is unbelievable. Have never had to check Google reviews in the 25+ years I have been a Diamond Elite member. Should have on this one, the reviews are terrible. Facts that a decent hotel chain doing their job would do.

It's a good hotel and quiet. Had a couple troubles with tv and a/c but the front desk attendant, Rosie went above and beyond and was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever cam across. She deserves a big raise! This hotel better do what they can to keep her!

I generally don't leave reviews on hotels, but in this case I am inclined to leave a one star review for the following reasons. First room I got had no power to the TV or the whole wall. I couldn't live without the TV but needed to charge cameras and other devices for work, so then moved to a second room which good for power only to find out in the morning the shower did not work. On top of this the room itself was $40-$50 more than most Holiday Inn pricing. For a subpar hotel. For example this was a Friday night at close to $180 where the same room on other weekends at other Holiday Inn's, including the brand new one in Santa Clarita or $140. It's OK to charge more money in Vegas, but should be in up-to-date hotel. I often if not always stay at holiday inns for works, and I've been to dozens of them. For the price I could've just stayed on the strip at a high-end hotel.
