Description

Meet Park MGM, a fresh take on the Vegas resort experience in the center of the Strip. Here we're all about what's fresh, Park MGM is smoke-free. This is the kind of place where excellence comes together—like Eataly, The Reserve at Park MGM, and The Library. A poolside restaurant conjures the South of France, and a bodega-style bar and eatery brings the best of LA’s food scene to the desert, courtesy of Chef Roy Choi. Enjoy flair without the formality at Bavette’s and savor a handcrafted cocktail at Juniper Cocktail Lounge. Try your luck at the table of your choice, or with a brew and a bite at BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar. Kick back in a cabana or cool off in one of three pools. When the sun goes down, linger over drinks on the terrace—at Primrose, La La Noodle or our club On The Record. Park MGM is located next to the 20,000-seat T-Mobile Arena and is home to 5,200-seat Dolby Live at Park MGM.

Hotel opened in 1996, renovated in 2007. In this hotel 2300 rooms, 32 floors.

The room is quite spacious, which is great!
Facilities: Relatively new
Cleanliness: Good, very comfortable
Environment: Also good, quite safe, and there's a Chinese restaurant downstairs.
Service: Decent, self-check-in is available, but in-person service is better.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent 👍 The environment was warm and comfortable, and the front desk staff provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service. The cleaning staff were also very polite! Truly great 😎👍👍👍

I'm a blackjack player, and my trips are almost always just about that. That makes this a difficult review to write. In most ways, Park MGM is a phenomenal resort. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel wanted. It's the only smoke-free casino on the strip. The spa was incredible. Just awesome. There were two issues. The first is minor: I had a Nighthawk suite. It's bathroom wasn't as nice as the bathroom in a regular room at Mandalay Bay. It's floor plan is meh. Instead of walling off the bedroom, giving you the added privacy you'd expect from a suite, the foyer is instead what's walled off. The foyer has no tables, chairs, etc. That results in wasted space. Not the end of the world. The second problem will keep me from going back. In my first four hours of blackjack, I won $1,150 on a $2,500 bankroll. Even by my standards, that's remarkable. However, I was constantly taking with other players, so there's no way I could have been counting cards, and how else could I be cheating? (Note: Card counting should NOT be considered cheating.) Nevertheless, one of the pit bosses made inappropriate comments towards me, constantly delivered dirty looks, and even made another player uncomfortable by suggesting I was cheating. This is unacceptable to me, but if it isn't the sort of thing that affects you, then by all means, stay at the Park MGM. You'll love it. I, however, will be highly unlikely to return. A single, unprofessional pit boss can overshadow the positive experiences I had with literally every other member of the staff. (Note: The casino chief called me to apologize personally, which is a nice touch.)

We are MGM rewards members and really enjoy utilizing the VIP check in and check out. We did not know as veterans we could still use this even though we are Pearl status. Shenee plucked us out of the long desk check in line AND got us into a room ahead of the normal check in time. Kudos to her! Room 15306 was pretty cool. Minimalist, loved the red decor. We love this location, in the middle of everything! Primrose, Betty’s Grill are both fantastic. Carlos at Primrose was a superb server!

We loved our brief stay here. The room was fabulous. Great and huge casino. We ate at Eataly which was delicious. Casino is smoke-free.

The best part was a free upgrade to a suite since our room wasn't available.

Very close to T-Mobile Arena, Dolby Live, MGM Grand, Aria, New York New York, Cosmopolitan, Bellagio, ...

We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the most bustling and upscale commercial district. You'll find everything you expect and even some pleasant surprises. Just be aware, the mini-bar is best left untouched; anything you take is automatically charged and quite expensive. Although toothbrushes and slippers aren't provided in the room, you can call the front desk and they'll send them up – a bit of a hidden perk! You're welcome for the tip.

I LOVE the smoke free environment. Its made Vegas, that I used to hate because it stinks like sweet smoke, an actual pleasant experience. And having Eataly downstairs was super convenient.

The rooms are meh. The building is older and the ceilings are low and still popcorn and the colors are dated even though it’s been remodel. And the carpet grossed me out a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad color or if it’s actually gross. So if you’re looking for aesthetics…this is just ok. But the smoke free saved Vegas for me. It will be the only place I stay going forward.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park MGM. The smoke-free environment made a noticeable difference and gave the entire hotel a fresh and relaxed atmosphere. The location was ideal for exploring other hotels and walking along the Strip. Taking the tram to the Bellagio was easy and made it convenient to catch a show there.

The pool area was spacious during the weekdays, with plenty of shade and comfortable seating. We especially appreciated the loungers placed directly in the water.

There were many great food options throughout the hotel. Prices were a bit high, but that is to be expected in Las Vegas. Our green room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a large shower and a clean, well-kept feel. We slept very well using earplugs. Even though there were concerts nearby, we did not hear any noise from outside. The only sound came from our neighbor through the connecting door, but it did not bother us.

We also visited the fitness center, which was well equipped and offered fresh towels along with a water station. Each floor had a vending machine for drinks and an ice machine, which was very convenient. The only thing we missed was a complimentary mini fridge in the room, especially with the warm weather outside.
