Park MGM has a calm, modern vibe that feels different from most places on the Strip. The moment you walk in, there’s this clean, relaxed atmosphere that makes everything feel easy. No heavy smoke, no overwhelming noise — just a smooth, comfortable space that’s actually enjoyable to be in.

The casino floor has a nice flow to it. It’s open, bright, and simple to navigate, which makes wandering around feel effortless. The whole property has this understated confidence, like it knows exactly what it wants to be and doesn’t need to shout about it.

What really stands out is how comfortable the place feels. The restaurants are inviting, the lounges have a laid‑back charm, and the overall design makes you want to slow down and enjoy your time instead of rushing from one thing to the next. It’s a great spot for people who like the excitement of Vegas but also appreciate a little breathing room.

The staff adds to the experience. They’re friendly without being over the top, helpful when you need something, and they keep the place running smoothly. It’s the kind of service that feels natural, not forced.

Park MGM is one of those properties that surprises you in the best way. It’s stylish, comfortable, and easy to enjoy — a refreshing break from the usual Vegas chaos. Once you spend time here, you start to appreciate how nice it is to have a place on the Strip that feels this relaxed.

The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The staff were also very friendly. I was traveling solo and was very satisfied.

There were several issues. First, the pool/hot tub I used last time and really enjoyed was closed. I was told it was open until March. But it was already closed by February 26 when I arrived. Second, there were no robes in our two rooms as there were during our last stay. I didn’t bring one and don’t care to walk through public areas in a swimsuit. Third, the hot water was out in one of the rooms Friday evening. It was near bed time and too late to call for service, so we had to take a cold shower. Finally, and actually quite disturbing was a picture on the wall of one of our rooms. It showed a young, underage girl scantily clothed, who looks frightened and unsure, and appears to be being coaxed into a vehicle. I have a young daughter and given the concerns about trafficking of children, I feel the photo is completely inappropriate. It bothered me throughout my stay. I strongly encourage management to remove that photo from room 306 on Floor 10. This was our second trip to Las Vegas and the Park MGM. However, given these issues it is unlikely I will return. And, sadly, I feel it appropriate to warn others through social media that there likely are better hotel options than the Park MGM.

Love the Park MGM due to being smoke free and no strong scents. Rooms are nice and clean, but they cannot guarantee a pet free room. Service is mediocre. Front desk staff are nice, but cannot assist with any type of issue. I had a comped room according to my reservation, but at check in there were charges for most nights. The front desk told me to go to the VIP area to resolve the issue. The VIP area told me to go to that Reward’s desk. The rewards desk told me to go to the front desk. So, I never got any resolution. The room was not cleaned daily. The air conditioning was not very cool. I hope my next stay goes better.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which makes traveling very easy and stress-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, so you can relax properly after a long flight. I especially liked how well-organized and quiet the room was, even though the hotel is near the airport. Overall, it is a great place to stay, whether you are traveling for business or leisure, and I would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and left very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is completely non-smoking inside it and the casino areas and you could really tell the difference in air quality between here and other casinos on the strip.

The room was a good size, but know going in there is no in room fridge or coffee maker, so plan your snacking and caffeine needs around those two limitations. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain system is top notch allowing some very easy sleeping in after a day of walking, walking, and more walking.

Eatly is hosted here also which accounted for most of our non-reservation based food purchases and the tram to Aria and Belaigio was fantastic and very easy to use.

The next time we plan a trip to Vegas, this will be our preferred hotel!

The room is quite spacious, which is great!
Facilities: Relatively new
Cleanliness: Good, very comfortable
Environment: Also good, quite safe, and there's a Chinese restaurant downstairs.
Service: Decent, self-check-in is available, but in-person service is better.

I'm a blackjack player, and my trips are almost always just about that. That makes this a difficult review to write. In most ways, Park MGM is a phenomenal resort. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel wanted. It's the only smoke-free casino on the strip. The spa was incredible. Just awesome. There were two issues. The first is minor: I had a Nighthawk suite. It's bathroom wasn't as nice as the bathroom in a regular room at Mandalay Bay. It's floor plan is meh. Instead of walling off the bedroom, giving you the added privacy you'd expect from a suite, the foyer is instead what's walled off. The foyer has no tables, chairs, etc. That results in wasted space. Not the end of the world. The second problem will keep me from going back. In my first four hours of blackjack, I won $1,150 on a $2,500 bankroll. Even by my standards, that's remarkable. However, I was constantly taking with other players, so there's no way I could have been counting cards, and how else could I be cheating? (Note: Card counting should NOT be considered cheating.) Nevertheless, one of the pit bosses made inappropriate comments towards me, constantly delivered dirty looks, and even made another player uncomfortable by suggesting I was cheating. This is unacceptable to me, but if it isn't the sort of thing that affects you, then by all means, stay at the Park MGM. You'll love it. I, however, will be highly unlikely to return. A single, unprofessional pit boss can overshadow the positive experiences I had with literally every other member of the staff. (Note: The casino chief called me to apologize personally, which is a nice touch.)

Our family ate at Brand Friday, Nov.25th. Our meals and service were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the pork appetizer, it was exceptional. Our steaks were all delicious and prepared exactly as ordered. The side dishes were fabulous too. Compliments to Chef Robert

Have been eating here since it was Blackstone's. This trip on Nov 17th was a surprise. We ordered the bread, it was wonderful. The mac and cheese, out of this world. The filet, average at best. The lobster tail, junk and barely worth anything. A inch long at best. So sad, so disappointed that you would mess up what was one of my favorite things and places in Las Vegas. And all this on a Thursday night at 6p.m.

So good. We split the 120 oz steak between 6. So good. So, so good.

I've been to Brand several times, and it's been great every time. Food is consistently amazing, and the waiters are extremely knowledgeable about everything in the menu, including the liquor selection. Pricey, but worth it.

Amazing!!! My husband had the 14oz New York bone in, he said it was the best steak he's ever had. I had the salmon, equally great! We chose this place at random and we were not disappointed!

Great service, ordered the whole duck roast which was awesome. I didn't like the appetizers as much.

I had a great meal here. Quality of food and service were exemplary. Daniel (my server) in particular was excellent, and a credit to the owners. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Based on my visit - Highly recommended.

Blossom is a good traditional Chinese restaurant inside the Aria Resort and Casino. Light and fluffy chicken fried rice, chicken with vegetables. Their signature dish is the $89 Peking duck. Some of the best Chinese food we've ever had. Pricey but worth it.
09.02.2017 Jesse
I'm no expert on Chinese food but I really enjoyed my meal here. The restaurant looks very elegant and the service was quite good. The waitress was very attentive. I've noticed a lot of complaints about $20 entree prices but honestly this place is cheaper than most of the restaurants at ARIA, unless you order the Peking duck or some of the lobster dishes which are quite pricey.

I ordered the sausage fried rice and beef chow mein and both were quite tasty. I especially recommend the fried rice. I had a mango dessert which had pieces of grapefruit in it. I liked how it tasted. It's not the type of dessert I normally order, but I'm glad I did because it was quite light and I was stuffed from eating most of two entrees.
