Hotel Galaxy in Las Vegas

Grossest hotel I've ever stayed in. Nothing was clean and the only upside to this place is the tv and free Wifi. We stayed here because it was a 2 minute walk from the stadium our concert was at. The vending machines were empty be the second day of our stay and it never got refilled. Would I book again? No.

i stayed there in the 90s, early 90,s , back then it was a lot better, even had carpet, and did not have the beds inplanted into the walls..i stay there in 2024, stone floor, beds looking implanted into the walls, chair from back in the 60s.... talked to few resisdents..they could not get out of their as fast as they can....i dont know what happen to the place...they probably feest on the week end crowds where they can sell out and charge 2 or 3 times the price...its a shame they let it get so bad...i use to like to stay there...must be a slum lord that owns it ow

I really wish they had better towels, they were so rough and felt like sand paper... And barely cleaned. (Lesson learned:Always take your own towels)
The price went so much higher during March madness when the rooms were cheap and not worth how much we paid for.
Service was good they were nice, that's why I give it a 2 star.

Worst hotel I've ever been to.
There were cigarette burns on all the furniture. I dont think the floor has been cleaned in years. The crusty white substance on the bed sheets was suspicious to say the least.
I would never recommend. We checked out same day, didn't get a full refund, and slept in the car this place was so bad.

Wasn't expecting much for the price of this motel, yet was still let down. The room was incredibly dirty, with hairs in the bathroom, hair on the sink, hairs on the pillows, mold on the shower curtain.
There was a giant gap in the bottom and side of our door.
The TV did not work.
The shower didn't have a filter so it was straight firetruck hose pressure blasting at you.
Service was friendly, parking free, incredibly overpriced at $735 CAD ($500 USD ish?) for a two night stay.

We ended up staying here 2 nights in a row, then one more a couple of days later. Big mistake!!! The first visit was OK. You get what you pay for certainly sums this hotel up. Old, has a smell that's unpleasant, ugly bedding with burn holes, furniture falling apart, cheap little towels, nothing at all was up to date. The pictures are so falsified it's ridiculous.
When we stayed the second time around it was even more disappointing. This time there wasn't even a dresser to put our clothes away for the night. The toilet was so old and the seat didn't fit the bowl. Every picture hanging was crooked including the dinky TV. The bedspread was full of cigarette burns. Once again nothing nice about this place except a view of the Alegent Stadium. I know we won't be staying here again!!!!

Our flight was delayed an extra day so we found the cheapest hotel in the area - the Hotel Galaxy. Staff was super friendly and the room got cold quickly but the bed felt like a concrete block, the pillows had no fluff to them, and there was some kind of altercation in the parking lot. We did not stay there.

It can't be called a hotel or a motel. It costs 960 for two nights. The moment I saw the room, I decided that I couldn't stay here. I couldn't stay here even if I didn't want the 960! There is that lingering smell in the room (anyone who has been to the United States must have smelled it, it is often found on the streets), a dark gray thin blanket, which makes people afraid to lie down! It's very shabby, and I'm worried about who would live here before! The location is not good either. It's right next to the Las Vegas Strip, but you can't walk across it. You have to go around a bridge. The road is very far away and you can hardly see pedestrians. It's scary to walk! I saw Uncle Hat arresting people through the window! The room next to the highway is very noisy! The roar of the car is in my ears! Listings like this are also available on Ctrip! After entering the house and checking out ten minutes later, I booked a new hotel in a very large hotel. The room rate was more than 100 yuan per day. It was on the main road, so it was safe and convenient to walk shopping! Spacious, bright and clean! It's a far cry from this! You really can’t book a room randomly! I also hope that Ctrip can improve its services and inspect the properties! At least it should be safe and clean!

Stay away from this dirty hotel, the floors were so dirty I don’t know when they had been the last time cleaned. We had dirt /dust and hairs all over the floor. The toilet seat was about to come off. The bathtub top was so dirty and filthy that if you would take a shower, you would catch hepatitis .You get to see this only in scary movies.The towels had still leftovers from the people before on it. There was a gum chewed and put on the shelf that dried up for probably months before, the phone had dust on it from 1880. The worst was the smell in the room. The smell was like a ****** got killed and bleached out. The mattress was wrapped around plastic, so when you sit down it made all this kind of noise, probably easier to clean a dead body. The bathroom door was 10 inches off the ground cut off. The door was all chewed up on the sides. Do yourself a favor. Read the reviews before you book this hotel. We had to call ******* and complain about the hotel. How can they even post motels like this on the website?
